Is fairshake.com Legit?

Do not believe FairShake when they post online when asked a question if one's can sue Amazon. FairShake states in response "you must ask permission before filing a lawsuit." Totally untrue, American citizens has federal constitutional right to litigate anyone they wish. FairShake, stop misleading the public; and, FairShake if you all were a reliable online presence then be honest with the public, and stop puffing like you're response is law because it is not law, it humbugging others to stay away from their relief. USA has a federal constitution to protect its citizens, people died and many injured making sure that constitution stayed active; and for ones at FairShake to misleading others is just none sense stupidity. It's people like FairShake that makes the entire world unfair society because they hide from truths.

Bs business label as nonprofit. Look at their income. They get paid from your opposing too its a cheap way to point out the case and provide evidence that will be destroy or manipulated. Cheap settlement with agreement you shut money forever even to future abuse or wrong doing. Also they get a small and you have to pay tax from settlement of what defendant stole from u.

company soo dumb even up to now i freaken told them that they had someone claim on my email or account. even after telling them they say its will be fix dumb support is quick to put resolved issue. all them fake nonprofit organization gets alot of aid along so claim fee to keep operation. damn well aint much for maintanence and is able to be located in wealthy areaLow life corp pay out settlement can use for tax your lost u get no other damge reinburse have to pay tax for wat u lost and agree to being abuse forever its justice of the wealthy america is fakerica

I contacted FairShake after being defrauded on a large auction site and having the refund claim denied by a large financial entity based upon false data. I got my money back thanks to FairShake and wouldn't hesitate to use their services again if needed. No way this would have happened without them.

I have an account with chime for five years and no issues.but on march 29th I was send a email my account was closed and my money I have in there it’s not refundable every time I try to talk to somebody customer service nobody knows nothing

A lot flaws one it does help you demand for fairness but charge from your lost. Settle amount that petty use them beside that don’t. All settlement force people into another agreeement that waives future wrong doing? They help u initiate but when things gets serious they back out and leave in at arbitration time. Now you up against a monster with the little knowledge you know as beginning? Non profit means doesn’t mean employee time can’t be compensate highly and purchase as long it for corp it’s ok! “I got a Ferrari for company cause ceo has to drive in ceo vehicle class”

I've been fighting T-Mobile for nearly a year for credits owed to me from a phone trade-in, but to no avail. I stumbled up on the company FairShake who mediates disputes on behalf of the consumer. I submitted my complaint and in less than one month I agreed to a settlement amount arranged by FairShake. This company is legitimate.

I’ve used fairshake twice against Shady Suddenlink & been successful both times. They are extremely helpful & I wouldn’t have fairly got my issue resolved without them. Highly recommend!

Excellent service! It was fast, safe, and very precise. For months (4 months) I was dealing with charges of a closed and cancel line in account with big US internet/phone cable company, Fairshake service helped jump all the loops, and get the communication straight to the place where this was able to been reviewed and cleared. I contacted Fairshake regarding abusive billing by Optimun Cable. They promised 1 gig of Internet for an additional $20 month, but my bill exploded. It went up an additional $142.00! I contacted Fairshake and they got me discounts for the next 12 months. These are useless to me because I cancelled Optimun effective today. In effect, this was money lost on top of the money Optimum is sucking off me. I wont be using this again or referring you to anyone else.

I'm so glad I gave FairShake a "fair shake" (pun intended). Seriously, I'm more than impressed with the service and results. I was skeptical that the process could be as easy as they said. They did everthing they said they would and offered updates throughout the process. I spent almost a year trying to resolve the issue myself. I tried calling creditor multiple times and got the run around, i disputed with credit bureau twice and was at my wits end. Had I tried FairShake back then, I would have saved myself alot of time and headaches. I would highly recommend them to help to get resolution in a prompt manner. The creditor responded to FairShake within 30 days with exactly the outcome I wanted. Easy Peasy!

Complete scam long story short don't sign any agreements with them you will regret it no customer support or telephone service. Chat bot will answer questions but limited response just trash and pathetic

Sprint/T Mobile merger caused one big headache. They charged me $$$ per line to switch to another carrier. I contacted FairShake and explained the situation. Results are a refund and cancellation of the last bill. Great job.Thank You

FairShake had me pay them immediately, but I have never been paid for my so called settlement from T mobile. Fair shake has told me twice that they have gotten a guarantee from T mobile, but it has been six months and I have not received the promised settlement. I want my case pursued by FairShake or they can return the money they were paid. This whole experience has been a miserable waste of time.

They were not kidding when they said they send a letter to the company that you're working with and it literally save me thousands of dollars and my time for me to just resolve the issue right then and there I want to thank everyone involved with fair shake for everything that you've done to make my life a little bit easier moving forward I highly recommend fair shake to anybody no matter how rich or poor you may be because they do a assert and make sure your rights are heard. Thank you Fairshake. I honestly didn’t think it would work, but I gave them a fair chance. I filed a flame in May 2022 and my claim was successfully resolved in September 2022. I filed a claim with Uhaul and got a settlement offer of a whopping $1000! Fairshake does require a percentage of the settlement offer, However it is extremely reasonable. I’m grateful to have this resolved. To those that have had mediocre results, please understand that you need documentation and reasonable cause to file a claim. Fairshake Will do what they can with the information you give them. Thank you again Fairshake!

Pretty sure they didn’t actually do anything. They said they got a statement from sprint but that never showed once I talked to someone that was actually from sprints company to get it resolved. Best way to get things settled with T-Mobile and Sprint is to file a complaint with FCC don’t waste ur money on this. I only paid for this bc I was desperate to get a settlement with sprint/T-Mobile but I’m pretty sure these guys are just scammers.

ScammersThey consider canceling my service With at&t. Within 14 days is settlement They want $900 commission. After 1 year of sending me a letter saying They can't do much because At&t didn't Answer their letter.You can't call them ...you can't leave a voice mail....!Big scammers..
