While some are self-explanatory concerning factorialhr.es, let's look closer at the remaining ones.
Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites
This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between factorialhr.es and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.
Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam
These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of factorialhr.es. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of factorialhr.es, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. factorialhr.es is a suspicious website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Customer service was horrible and the sales reps lied to me. What a horrible experience, and most important is the hidden fees and the lying about costs. They will charge someone else much less than they charged you. Avoid at all costs
We were excited about getting Factorial but it has been a nightmare. Overcharging, under-delivering and then after we cancelled, they keep taking payments every month. Apparently, this is down to us to query with our bank and they 'don't do refunds'. Avoid.I have never been moved to write a review like this in 30 years in business but after trying for months to sort it out, there is no other option but to warn others.
I really liked the fact that I had someone to help me with my onboarding. My specialist Maria was super responsive and we met several times to go over how we would implement our performance reviews and time tracking for my staff. We also have had an account manager Sabela, she's great and has helped us out a ton. It's been about 4 months with Factorial and we have no complaints.
This has to be the worst hr software I've ever used. First of all they take an eternity to respond to a query. And then they proceed to charge me even after my cancelation, I had a call with this random dude and he was like okay your account is going to be canceled, you'll not be charged anymore but guess what? They still charged me.
We've been using Factorial for more than 2 years, and it has been proven to be a great tool for managing people either in small or large teams. The product has been evolving over time, and not only have they been developing new features, but they've also been strengthening their core, therefore creating additional value. The product is also intuitive and easy to use and makes our lives much easier when it comes to HR.Support is great, and the team is always available to help.
I've absolutely loved using Factorial! In the past, I've always found it difficult to ask for time off, but now I can send a request through the platform instantly rather than exchanging tonnes of messages back and forth with my manager. My other favourite part is the Applicant Tracking System. I recently had to hire someone to fill a space in our team and the whole process was so easy. Factorial filtered candidate CVs for me across multiple job boards. I could then use templated messages to reach out to all of them through the platform. It took so much of the stress out of the hiring process.
The platform itself is not too bad, although quite basic and that was one of the reasons why we decided to switch to another one. When we did so (Oct 2022), the nightmare started.. Although we canceled our subscription with the appropriate notice, we were billed and charged anyway (for the full year). We contacted customer support and they started giving us a thousand excuses on why the reimbursement was taking so long, etc.. 5 months and tons of email follow up later, we still haven't seen a euro and the customer service simply does not reply to us anymore..
Our experience with Factorial was absolutely terrible, over the first 2 months we had - to add to that the product was grossly over sold, only for us to find out when it came to implementation that promised features were not available. The support is slow, getting any support outside of Europe is near impossible. Any complaints were met with promises that were never kept. This is honestly the worst experience we have ever had with a software vendor, there were commitments made that money would be refunded whilst the company were not delivering, these were never followed through. My honest advice is unless you are a very small business is to stay away from this company.
Highly recommended program!Factorial HR has a great design, it is super friendly and very useful. My favorite part in Factorial is the file you can build for every worker.I also appreciate the help I receive from our account manager, Alexandra.Always positive, happy to help and knowledgeable!Â
Joined a call with a salesperson who told me the benefits of the platform they offer. But after the first call, I felt harassed by the number of calls and emails to sign up. I explained we weren't in the financial position to do so but was hassled so much that I put in a request to be removed from the database. 6 months later, that salesperson left and I start getting calls again! Feels like the staff are under pressure to make a sale and are hounding people on their database. I was interested in their platform when we had the right budget, but now I won't be.
I recently started using Factorial HR SAAS and I am blown away by its capabilities. This software has made HR management a breeze for me and my team. The user interface is intuitive and easy to navigate, making it simple for even novice users to understand.
I do not recommend this company to work for. They claim to be a "modern" company without any kind of social exclusion. Personally I saw a resume of a very qualified person in sales with a recognized and demonstrable record of success and that could make the company grow in sales but because of his age, HIS AGE, (he was not so old only 45 years old), they discarded him because of his age. I ask out loud: to what extremes are we reaching in companies in terms of selection of colleagues? I already advance you one of the possible answers of this company: He did not have the necessary conditions to work in our company.
Our experience with Factorial was absolutely terrible, over the first six months we had four different success managers, (they did not seem to be able to retain their people) - to add to that the product was grossly over sold, only for us to find out when it came to implementation that promised features were not available. This is my personal opinion based on my personal experience and may not be representative of your experience.
Inflexible systems, super clunky and ineffective customer service approach. We signed up for this software hoping it would make things easier for our HR, but we kept bumping into its arbitrary limits. We then found we had been overcharged for way more seats than we actually used, and raised both issues with customer service (there are no options to adjust your plan on the website once it is already activated. You have to wait and do an online meeting as the ONLY mechanism for getting answers or adjustments). Since the meeting, we have been waiting almost a month, repeatedly chasing for the resolution after the meeting with no answers. Terrible customer experience overall, and we are likely to cancel the subscription just to be free of dealing with such an awkward service.
As an employee, this software has made a huge difference in how our company handles internal processes. Requesting time off, checking schedules, uploading expenses and accessing internal documents such as payslips is super easy. It's a user-friendly tool that improves communication between employees and management. I recommend everyone to give it a try!
I'm impressed with the seamless integration of this HR software. From recruitment to performance management, everything is unified. The ability to generate customised reports has made data analysis a breeze. Truly a time-saving and efficient solution.
Super simple and smart and makes all HR matters a breezeseriously well designed and easy software
Managing HR tasks was overwhelming until we found this software. It has transformed our approach to HR, from benefits administration to performance evaluations. The real-time notifications keep us informed, and the support is top-notch.
Factorial is an u profesionales company and I can't believe they market themselves as caring about because. They prioritize only profitability.

Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]
There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:
How To Remove Your Information From the Internet
Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.
We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.
Our staff verifies that this service works and is trustworthy. For robust, essential protection, their Standard plan is a steal at just $8.29 for individuals, and you can extend that crucial peace of mind to your entire household with the Family plan (up to 5 users) for only $16.49. They also introduced the Unlimited plan starting from $14.99 that covers not only automatic data removals, but also unlimited custom removals available right away upon purchasing the Unlimited plan. It allows users to submit websites not yet covered by Incogni and get their data removed from there, too. They also offer a free exposure scanner that will give you an insight into what data of yours is exposed and where.
