A big giant that wants to do everything.It used to be interesting before all the spam and abuse of personal privacy.Your information isn't safe anymore if your account isn't private!Ps: i don't recommend linking facebook with your other apps!There so much mis information and fake news, everyone wants to get a like for their marketing.New spam tactics from fake accounts using public comments to get your attention.P0rn advertising shows up from time to time if you are looking at hot chix.When everyone wants something no one gets anything!

This company face book ,Ebay and other American tech company don't feel any responsibility for the people account which they host in Europe and around the world.any time they want they harras people by illegally blocking them from having access to their own face book or account and they never respond to people about their own account properly or they never respond.we call all the governments to be tough to such a soft dictators and Respect people rights before the people raise to inforce you.those rootless people who owned such a companies they come from nowhere and earned billions by lies and treacks and give nothing to people.

I'm having a nightmare trying to change the name on my business FB page. It won't let me change it at all and my business name changed on the 1st sept 2024 so I am advertising now with the incorrect name. Very confusing for potential clients. I've tried all sorts of variations to try to change and still won't do it. I've reported it numerous times thought he help centre but still nothing. I'll amend this review pending Facebook contacting me regarding this. There is no way of contacting them. Very frustrating

If you have been hacked you can't speak to someone can't log in because someone has stolen your identity friends and family have reported it and it comes back saying nothing wrong

I took a break from FB and deactivated my account a few days ago. After reading these other reviews and seeing how I am seeing that many people have had/are having the same problems I have. Last year my account was hacked and I have not been able to get it back. I started using my 2nd account. Its gotten way way too overwhelming. CONSTANT Ads. Constant friend suggestions and group suggestions. I am a fan of FB groups but please stop showing posts from groups I am not in! Its sadly not a place to just connect with friends anymore..

Been to darfoulds garden centre and cafe today for breakfast they were really busy but still the great service all with a smile and an apology that things were taking a little longer food was delicious so no problem with that they really are a good team.😋

I had some craft stuff to sell.I listed it at less than Amazon and aliexpress prices to get rid of it quickly. Within 3 days I received about 3 warnings my ads were fake items or misleading.They were beads with accurate description including pictures taken with a US coin to show size.I had at least 3 warnings I had to reply to.Then on about day 4 of this ordeal in my account I find out my account was logged into in Vietnam.I try to change my password. Facebook does not allow me on the grounds I have not had the account long enough. My account was suspended 2x and opened after replying to their complaint. I spent 3 days making the ads.I had dozens of replies. The ratio of completed transactions to replies was very small.I also have strong poltical veiws.I wonder if the people I was informing the public about looked up my ads and made false accusations. The stress level they created when they allowed someone from Vietnam to log into my account gave me only 1 option.Delete account. I had to Navigate through many instructions to delete and I deleted account.

I was hacked and then Facebook has blocked me from everything. There was no option to appeal or try and get my account back. It's even stopping me creating a new account. Get a proper customer service please.

My favorite part about Facebook is how none of the search tools work. I can be looking for the word doctor or the name of my town in a group and the search results come back with none of that. Meta al should be removed from all platforms an have the option to remove it immediately

Facebook decided to suspend both my mothers Facebook and Instagram accounts for no reason whatsoever. We tried appealing and it said there would be a decision made within 48 hours. 5+ days have past and there's been no review. My mother has lost 16 years worth of memories... She'll never be able to get them back. Facebook never gave a reason to why they suspended both accounts. The EU and Goverments need to hold Meta accountable. They are erasing people's years of memories for no apparent reason, and when you want to resolve the issue, there's zero ways to contact Facebook/Meta directly. As there's no contact number or email to reach a Facebook/Meta representative, we will be considering our next options with a lawyer to take things further legally. We will also be filing a complaint with the European Ombudsman.

Facebook deducted money from my credit card without my authorization. Oddly enough, this shot was taken from Vietnam in Vietnamese circular currency and what's funnier is that I don't even have a Facebook account. You cannot make people members of your site at gunpoint. Facebook took my credit card information and money without permission. I had to close my credit card just because of this. For this reason, although I expect both an apology and compensation, if there is no response on this issue, I will definitely sue your company financially and morally!

my account got closed for supposably an instagram account that was synced with my facebook abount that I don't know how or who that account is made a post of I don't know what and now I can't acces my account because this """"""" of a company closed my personal account without me giving an appeal option ... not worth even 1 star

Honestly, this platform has fallen so far into the toilet its staggering, I just wish the groups I'm involved with moved to another platform as facebook has long gone being socially enjoyable and it has no shame making you the user a commodity for its advertisers .

Facebook is a useless platform in fact it’s a monopoly. They suspend your account for no reasons without giving any explanations what so ever and the customer service is zero. Facebook just don’t care as their customer relation is worst. It’s a dictatorship when it comes to users rights nothing exist.
