Is fabricgiant.com Legit?

Looking for 2 particular fabrics which my usual supplier didn't have I came across what I wanted in fabric giant. Very reasonable price and quick delivery. However one of the fabrics I received is not what it stated on website or invoice . Contacted company who apologised and said to send it back royal mail but offered no alternative. The fabrics I received are good quality just the one that was not as described. I will keep it and use for a different project

I have been purchasing fabric from fabric giant for a good few months now. The orders are packaged well, and dispatched within hours of ordering. (Subject to stock). Whenever there is a question with the order someone always rings to offer alternatives. I use fabric giant as my main supplier. The quality is always excellent the range of fabrics are second to none.

I can't praise this site enough I have piles of good quality fabric from the sale section £1 section for nt to nothing always speedy delivery and any issues have been delt with quickly and easy and that's only happened once they are amazing and the fabric is always fantastic quality I've clocked the 14th sept but I have ordered from them 15-20 times

Ordered c.£70 worth of fabric, 4 different types. Got a 'phone call two days later to say they couldn't supply one of them in a continuous piece and did I want to change, cancel or take it in two pieces. As it turned out, two pieces was okay. Full order delivered two days later and each piece had a little extra added to the length. Fabric quality is superb for the price. Customer service great. Will definitely be buying again.

Just received my fabric order. The fabrics are great quality and postage was very reasonable. I will definitely order from this company again.

I was really worried about ordering because of the bad reviews but I took a chance and ordered 2 different colours of cotton drill fabric to make some trousers. The price was amazing and the fabric was very high quality and exactly the same colour as online. Delivery was quick. Will order again. Brilliant find.

The fabric I ordered was gorgeous, neatly folded and delivered within a couple of days. Fabric Giant were easy to contact and very helpful with a query I had. The fabric I bought was much cheaper than a rival shop. I would definitely buy from them again.

After reading reviews I was dubious about ordering from this company, however I am extremely impressed! The material I ordered is beautiful, the prices are excellent and I received my order within a few days. What more can you ask for?? I would definitely buy from them again, thank you fabric giant

I purchased 5 metres of polycotton fabric for a project. Washed and dried it on a low heat and unfortunately it wrinkled so much it's totally unusable. After washing, it just looked like a dish cloth. I appreciate that the fabric was cheap but it should at least be useable. Have ordered from other cheap fabric retailers but have never had this problem before. No amount of ironing will bring it back to life. A waste of money

I put in quite a large order for different fabrics. The customer service was excellent, the order was delivered very quickly and I'm delighted with the fabrics I received. I will definitely be ordering from them again.

Honestly a bit confused by so many bad reviews because I've never had anything other than stellar service from FG. They even ring me up if something I've ordered is a few meters out of stock and offer alternatives. They're one of my go-to places and shipping is speedy.

I wish i had read these reviews before ordering. It says despatched however that was yesterday, bank holiday. Tried phoning numerous times, fb message, email etc. Needed fabric urgently, requested express delivery but that didnt add. Wanted to talk to them this morning to sort. Now panicking whether I will get this on time. If someone is answering these messages i want to know before contacting paypal to cancel.

Expected to receive order within a few days but still no sign of the fabric I ordered. Foolishly I placed a second order a few days after the first fully expecting both to arrive shortly after each other. Little girls waiting for their new outfitsOrder tracker just shows dispatched, no way of finding out when or when delivery due! No reply when you telephone or email.Very disappointed will stick to my usual fabric supplier as orders arrive within 48 hours.

Fabric arrived a lot earlier than expected, fabric is absolutely beautiful and really good value for money! I had to email as I had accidently put the wrong address however it was very quickly amended with no issues! Will definitely be ordering again

Terrible.Claims to have refunded me for an order which they didn't post but pretended that they did (two orders, only sent one, but attached the same tracking number to both orders). Keep saying they have refunded, but they're clearly lying.Use PayPal so at least you have some way to try to recover your money and don't rely on them to actually provide goods.

As other people company is clearly a con won’t give tracking number despite numerous requests and still not received item.I have opened a case with PayPal.Address on website seems to be a mailbox company and will be reporting these to trading standards.They should be closed down a soon as possible to stop them deceiving anyone else.

***DON’T TRUST their reply below: I contacted ‘Olivia’ and no-one ever replied, surprise surprise… They’re clearly just trying to make people think they did nothing bad, on Trustpilot. Well played, just another reason to call you scammers. ***SCAMMERS. Please read their reviews online before trusting them with your money. They repeat the same scam - they sell on their site fabrics that they don’t have, then send you random fabrics instead when you complain. They stop responding when challenged. Worst company ever, not even sure why they’re still allowed to trade

I'm surprised at the 2* average rating.Unbelievably poor customer care.Ordered wool to finish a time sensitive gift. Received an email saying it has been shipped. Weeks later it was refunded.The person on their live chat was incredibly rude and uncaring, simply saying to "ignore emails" as the item was out of stock so was refunded.This company simply doesn't deserve anyone's future custom.

Would give 0 if I could. Sent order they took payment immediately and never sent wool despite me emailing and putting question on their 'chat' button but no answer. Thank goodness I paid via PayPal so I'm hoping for a refund. Disgraceful company they shouldn't still be in business taking good people's money.

Absolutely shocking company...customer service is not existent. I've tried to get a tracking number and courier info all week, sent 5 messages, rang 3 times, left voice mails, no response. Still don't have my order and no means of tracking it.I'll never use this 2 bit company again.
