The algorithm detected a low risk for activity related to phishing, spamming, and other factors noted in the Standard. Valid. Common. tags above. Long story short, this site's trust score still warrants a little caution. Use common sense when using this website. But let's explain in more detail.
Explaining Our Analytical Approach
We've displayed some important information within the Company Details section above, each deserving more explanation:
- Proximity to Suspicious Websites
- Threat Profile
- Phishing Profile
- Malware Score
- Spam Score
- Domain Blacklist Status
- HTTPS connection
- Domain Creation Date
While some are self-explanatory concerning fabletics.co.uk, let's dive deeper into the remaining ones.
Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites
This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between fabletics.co.uk and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.
Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam
These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of fabletics.co.uk. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of fabletics.co.uk, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. fabletics.co.uk is a likely trustworthy website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.
Domain Blacklisting Status
This term indicates whether fabletics.co.uk has landed on any online directories' blacklists and earned a suspicious tag.
Assessing HTTPS Connectivity
This section provides insight into whether fabletics.co.uk boasts an 's' at the end of the 'HTTP' protocol listed in your browser's address bar. If the tab displays in green, consider it a positive sign.
Safe Check
We want our trust scores and reviews to be as accurate as possible so that you can protect yourself from online fraud. Our algorithm aggregates factors that efficiently analyze a company's website, in this case, fabletics.co.uk.

“Stay away”
The membership system is immoral. I signed up many years ago under a false advertising that isn't permissible in UK trading with the "sign up before..." and a countdown etc. I naively made a purchase and somehow found myself tied in to the VIP membership. I appreciate that you are able to skip the month but over the many years the membership has been running, I have obviously forgotten a number of times. I asked to cancel the membership at one point and was told I would lose the credit. I did receive a refund of a number of months credit at one point, but they continuously change the terms of the membership without any agreement. Now suddenly the credits expire after 12 months which basically means they take £54.99 if you don't skip the month and then they keep it if you don't buy something. I've realised since this change I've had 6 credits expire which means that they've taken £330 and "expired" it. I don't understand how this can be allowed. I actually have a medical condition which causes forgetfulness and have requested a refund of the remaining credits because I keep forgetting to skip the month, but you get pushed off with a standard response of 'you can use your credit for outfits'. They have another £250 of my money in "credit" so that's nearly £600 that's in their accounts rather than mine, let alone anything prior to that. I have absolutely no issue with the clothing itself and in fact quite like it, but I cannot warn you enough to stay away from the company due to the VIP membership scam. You will lose money with this business model and you will not get it back. I am currently having to go through citizens advice to try and work out a way to reclaim some of my money that Fabletics refuses to refund. Service Value Shipping Returns Quality
“Scam scam”
This membership concept is an absolute scam. Bought two pairs for Christmas for my wife. Since then they are charging a monthly membership for Nothing. Unbelievably misleading tactics. Ombudsman should be on their case.
“SCAM”
Their false advertising scam which stole £88 out of my 17 year old daughters bank account over 2 months is disgusting! Dont be fooled into investing into this website, they trick you into becoming a vip member and singing your money away without you even realising
“Poor quality and horrible service”
I ordered leggings and they fell apart after only wearing them twice. Seam fell apart on the hip. Then you are roped into a monthly subscription that is very difficult to cancel. Don't bother with this.
“Shocking sales tactic, spam and refuse to refund”
Would have given 0 stars if I could. Avoid this company at all costs. I ordered some kit which was fine, what I didn't realise is I had signed up for their VIP service which entitled them to take £44 per month from my credit card. I can now see the t's and c's in light grey at the bottom of my email confirmation order. To be honest they send you so much email spam you don't even read them, I counted 67 emails in just over 4 months. Ridiculous. I cancelled my VIP membership today and Fabletics refuse to refund my £176 that has accrued telling me I can use my '4' member credits to buy more kit. Absolutely disgusted by this, total scam. Do not use this company.
“Terrible company”
Absolute disgrace of customer service. My past 2 orders with Fabletics have never arrived. When you contact their customer service about it instead of fixing the problem right away, they just keep asking you to wait one more day and assure you that your order will definitely arrive by then (shocker, it doesn't). I had to contact them 3 times before they finally issued a refund. The company used to be good but is absolutely terrible now- avoid at all costs.
“Terrible Service - Still waiting for my refund - 2 months on!”
I got sucked in and ordered few things. I kept some, but returned a pullover 2 months ago. Still chasing my refund, they are saying that they have not received an item even though the collection was arranged by their own courier service! I have wasted so much of my time on this and have not come across a scummy company such as this ever! Kate should be ashamed to put her name to this... Do not use! Save your self time and money and just buy known brands!
“Misleading and cannot get through to customer service to cancel!”
I don't like to post negative reviews, but has been impossible to get through to anyone in customer services at Fabletics. Have called several times and been on hold for over ten minutes each time (even when it says 'approximate 4 minute waiting time) never get through to anyone. Call gets cut off or I hang up. Have tried to communicate via online chat - never gets responded to. Even when it says 'connected' but no comments come back (& then had an email for me to review my chat?). I thought I was making a one off purchase and was quite careful not to tick the VIP subscription box, but somehow I am still signed up and they have taken 2 months payment. Not sure how to cancel if we cannot do it via email, no-one answers phone or online chat! Expect a full refund. Feel duped! Tip for consumers:Be very careful you do not sign up to their subscription service. Service Value Shipping Returns Quality
“Tricked into VIP membership - no customer service”
I got tricked into signing up for their VIP service for one purchase. The clothing I received was a poor quality and they started billing me a ridiculous $59.95 monthly fee. After that. Fortunately I used PayPal for the purchase and was able to cancel the recurring payments but could not contact anyone on Customer Service by phone or chat, and I'm working with my bank to deny payment Please do not buy anything or use this website as it is a scam
“Don't bother”
Amazing products, shocking set up I absolutely love the products, they are however overpriced. You are being lured in with 2 for £24 leggings but once you sign up you would pay min £48 for each pair unless there are on sale. £44 a month VIP charge is unreasonable, yes you can skip, but often you will still be charged! To close account you will need to jump through many hoops and if you are not careful, they will trick you into signing in again without even knowing! Don't bother, a lot of similar products available on the market now. Fabletics - rethink your strategy. On a positive note, customer service assistants are very nice, I feel for them to have to deal with this set up!
“Scam. Fabletics burn in hell”
Debiting my card for VIP membership without clearly communicating this to me is the worst user experience I've ever had. To stop it apparently I need to log in from 1 to 5 day of the month. Every month! Seriously? Fabletics clearly think that their customers are lazy people with no other life.
“Dodgy bodgers”
They sign you up to a £49 per month subscription without your knowing that's what's happening. Sarcastic, pass agg customer service when you finally get through. Avoid what you think is a great offer, because it really isn't!
“DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM FABLETICS - THEY HAVE TAKEN £680 FROM MY CREDIT CARD FOR OVER A YEAR”
I purchased a pair of leggings from Fabletics in July 2018. As far as I knew I was making a one off payment... that is the conventional business model when shopping after all. However, they have now charged me £680 over the last 15 months. - helping themselves to £44 monthly from a credit card I rarely use. When I complained they claimed I agreed to 'VIP Membership' - something I would never have agreed to with full knowledge of this monthly payment. They only sell a few exercise leggings and tops - who needs that many? They did agree to refund half but I am left with over £300 of 'credits' for things I don't need or want. Seems like a scam and shocked they can get away with it.
“SCAM! STAY AWAY AND DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY”
Made a purchase as i was "deliberately" mislead by the advert to buy "2 leggings for Gbp. 25.00". What they don't state clearly is that once you place the order you are automatically enrolled in their VIP membership programme! Stay away as their customer service follows tactic answers that don't lead anywhere.
“Total scam”
Purchased some leggings (which I love, even though they took ages to arrive) for £15. Just randomly had £44 debited from my account and have recorded the phone call so if I don't get the refund then I will be livid. This company is the biggest scam operating in plain sight - I never signed anything that would have agreed to the £44 'membership' payment yet they have taken it anyway.
“Fabletics are con artists - do not use!”
Don't buy products with this company. They are a bunch of crooks. Once you make your first payment they automatically make you a VIP member, which means that if you don't have time to read their terms and conditions or their emails (which, let's face it, is most of us partly because normally when you buy something off the Internet you don't get conned into this money laundering), you end up paying them and extra £44 a month every month until you realise they have ripped you off. Frankly you can find better quality clothes at better prices with companies who behave in an ethical manner. Do not make a purchase with fabletics!
“ABSOLUTE SCAM!”
Worst experience I have ever had! This is just a Scam! They cancelled my order 4 times and I had to keep chasing them! Eventually after several frustrating calls and emails with people who do not know what they are doing, I asked for my money back which was meant to be back into my account within 10 days later another month passed and still nothing! They just take your money and cause endless amounts of frustration!
“SCAM. DO NOT USE THIS SITE”
My daughter purchased an item in April this year for £17.95. Having checked over my bank statements yesterday I have just seen that £44 has been taken for 4 months! A whopping total of £176! It's disgusting. My daughter said she had no idea that she was committing to anything at all - she thought she was just buying her item and had she known she would never have bought anything. I obviously telephoned and cancelled the membership this morning. However I would like my £176 refunding so come on Fabletics do the honourable thing. I'm a single parent and don't have his sort of money to "give away to a greedy company". The order number was *******. You will be able to trace me from that order and I look forward to receiving my refund in full. Others beware!
“It's a scam to get 50 eu every month”
Clicked an add on Facebook for Fabletics, found 2 yoga pants that looked nice on the website and ordered them for 29 euros. All good. Everything normal. Did this before - you order, receive the package and keep the products if you like them or send them back. In this case, the leggings didn't really fit as I expected and, therefore, I sent them back. Now imagine how you would feel if, instead of seeing your money back into your account, you see that 50 more euros are withdrawn. Looking up closely I found out that, unknowingly, given the wording and position, I agreed to a membership (paying them 50 eu every month). Why would you agree in full awareness to a membership for ordering clothes every month eludes me. Would be as if the clothes are good for one use and then you need to replace them constantly. At this point, they are not willing to give my 80 eu back.
“NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY”
I have ordered an outfit for 27 pounds almost 2 months ago, and for three times in a row, they never found my address whereas they have "confirmed it" many times. It doesn't come from MyHermes, but from Fabletics who doesn't do their job, and let you think everything is fine. This is so unprofessional.
“Dont waste your time!”
Dont waste your time! Dont waste your time! Im surprised I have been so silly and ordered from their website. They will offer amazing discount for you to place order within 2 hours… than—— 3 weeks and no delivery. I called them 3 times and have been just miss lead and lied to. Honestly there are hundreds of companies that will appreciate my money and certainly amazing quality! Its joke! Tip for consumers:Its a real disappointment Products used:None not delivered Service Value Shipping Returns Quality
“Disgusting Selling Tactics”
They have been unknowingly taking £49 a month out of my account for the last 6 months. Be careful! The default sign up option automatically enrolls you into a contract after you have bought something and the tick box is very easily missed Tip for consumers:Do not ever use this site Products used:Gym clothes Service Value Shipping Returns Quality
“I am disgusted at this service”
I am a student and recently bought myself two sets of workout gear for my course at college. Little did I know that two weeks later nearly £50 was taken out of my bank leaving me with NOTHING. No money for food... I was told on live chat that the problem would be resolved, my membership cancelled and my money returned. They said after 4 days the money would have cleared and would be in my bank. I never received this money. I'm still £44 short. Such a shame as the products are ok. Tip for consumers:If you use, checkout as guest. Service Value Shipping Returns Quality
“Scammed out of £264”
I made a purchase six months ago, failing to notice that it was in fact well disguised subscription service. I failed to realise that they have taken six payments of £44 from my PayPal account, money that I simply can't afford to give away for no goods or service in return. I'll now try to claim my money back, but this company really need to examine their unethical practices.
“It's great”
I ordered from here over a year ago. I bought some basic black leggings as part as the first order deal which was £24. It gives you the chance to sign up to VIP memebership so you can get discounts with a fee. However you get the opportunity to skip a month so they don't take the fee away, however if you forget to skip a month they will take the fee. But the clothes I got are of great quality, they still look brand new. I recommend this company!

Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]
There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:
How To Remove Your Information From the Internet
Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.
We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.
Our staff verifies that this service works and is trustworthy. For robust, essential protection, their Standard plan is a steal at just $8.29 for individuals, and you can extend that crucial peace of mind to your entire household with the Family plan (up to 5 users) for only $16.49. They also introduced the Unlimited plan starting from $14.99 that covers not only automatic data removals, but also unlimited custom removals available right away upon purchasing the Unlimited plan. It allows users to submit websites not yet covered by Incogni and get their data removed from there, too. They also offer a free exposure scanner that will give you an insight into what data of yours is exposed and where.
