Is fabkids.com Legit?

Many different options for my girls and boys. Very easy to navigate the website to find everything you need. I was honestly excited to order this month. I am a constant vip member, I love having the option to skip a month if we don't find anything we like. Overall very happy to be subscribed this month.

Got 3 pairs of shoes that all broke in a week. Next thing i knew i was charge a monthly subscription fee! Was on chat for over an hour saying over 37 times cancel the subscription. They wouldn't listen!! Reporting this company!

I have been using fabkids for over 8 years and the price and quality of the products are amazing. I have not been buying shorts pants or summer dress in stores because they are always offering a sale every season. I hope they had more pyjama options.

I don't recommend it because I've been waiting for my products for two months and still nothing until today I haven't received it!😔😔

I have purchased next year's summer clothes for my grandchildren.I live in the UK so I am not usually able to buy.as you usually only ship in us and Canada.I love the Halloween leggings.I wish you would ship to UK as I like the clothing.The only downside there was no kids size chart on the uk site.

Be aware when you place an order you are placing a subscription they will continue to Charge you monthly. It is impossible to call the number they have listed to speak to a representative. I reached out to the bank and the only way to stop the charges is to cancel my CC

The $5 shoes are absolutely amazing deals‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ It makes it easier for me as a parent that's not working and hasn't worked in a while to purchase my child a great pair of shoes 🔥👏🏽‼️ the quality of these shoes are absolutely amazing as well! I enrolled in the VIP membership with a thought that I would be charged only once. Next thing I know, I'm being charged 50.00 monthly. Do do get caught up in this scam of a company.

The navigation allowed me to look at and review my items with ease. I just didn't like having a time limit, because of it, I had to hurry and select some items, therefore not being able to look at what all there was to offer. The prices was reasonable as long as you're a VIP customer. We'll see how well the quality of the items are once they arrive. Pray I'm not disappointed!

I like that fab kids offer unique outfits at discount prices. Their website is easy to understand and navigate and if you need to return anything there's no hassle. My daughter feels like a princess in her outfits. The shoes /boots make her a little fashionista amongst her friends. The clothing styles say child not a child trying to be a grown up which is extremely important to me. We enjoy browsing through the child friendly outfits and my daughter is excited every time she receives a delivery from fab kids and she doesn't get excited easily.

I will start by saying the quality is really good! The clothes I’ve purchased for my kids last and good quality. Things come in good timing. However, I’m now trying to cancel my membership and waited an hour for a representative to join the chat as the bot can’t do this. I left the chat because no one joined. I placed a call over an hour ago and hit one for a call back. Still waiting. This is ridiculous. I just want to cancel

I have been shopping on Fabkids since my 9 year old was teeny tiny, and although I skip many months now that she’s getting older, I always find great deals! This past order I was able to get two pair of shoes, 2 tops, and overall shorts for only $25! The quality is always great as well! UPDATE: when I received my order, I realized I was missing an item. I took photos of everything and chatted with an agent who was able to let me know the extra item was in a separate shipment. (Not sure why it didn’t all ship at once) but nonetheless, they provided a tracking number and it came a few days later. 😎

What I don't like is that I lost so many points on things I bought I didn't think they expired and lost 8000 points I could've used to buy my kids something. I do love this but my kids are starting to outgrow and now buying for my nieces and nephews but the fact that I lost 8000 points blows my mind so I'm not sure what I'm going to do

I love this site to order clothes, shoes and accessories for my kids. Everything is super affordable and the clothing is unique. I love that everyone at my kids school always ask where I get my kids clothes, I always recommended Fabkids to them!

Trying to find the right size in shoes is a bit difficult. Then trying to use the credit it doesn’t exactly work for just the item you want . So you have to pick something else and then your order comes out not so great in savings. So if I wanted just to spend $19.67 but get a Red comment saying try your order again again so I think 7 times was enough for me .

"Doesn’t accept Cashapp BUT charged my card at time of sale!" I wish I would've came here before I put my card information. I purchased my daughter some boots for our pictures and they still charged my card. I shouldn't have to wait 5-7 days for my money!!! WHERE IS MY MONEY, BECAUSE I NEED IT NOOOWWW!!!!!!

For the first time on FabKids I had a frustrating time trying to see what garmets there were in the price range that had been advertized. It took me almost 25 minutes to order 6 items due to having to jump back and forth and then to start over about 5 times.The clothes are wonderful and I'm looking forward to receiving them. Thanks for the great savings!

The VIP membership coupled with the back to school sale is amazing! I managed to get 34 pairs of totally cute shoes for only $317! This website is the best! I highly recommend the VIP membership. If you do not want to be charged for the membership just skip it between the 1-5 of each month. LOVE LOVE LOVE IT! This is one of the best shopping experiences I have ever had 🥰😍🤩

“Meh”

The styles were good as well as the quality but sizes and shipping left me wanting. The ship a month didn't always respect my wishes, which caused issues, but I was able to find items that would fit my growing granddaughter. This'll be our last order for sure. She's aged out of their sizes. I do think it would work well for parents or grands who have younger smaller children.

This package is being delivered massively late. At least 2 weeks. Unfortunately my daughters birthday was ruined because of this experience because I was unable to afford other gifts and the only thing I was able to get her was these shoes which did not even come.

I got my little girl 3 pairs of shoes for less than $20! I've gotten fabkids in the past and absolutely love their shoes and they last a long time. Not to mention adorable styles and patterns... The only issue I have is the wait. I placed my order on August 25 and I'm not to expect my package till Sep 8 😐

It's taken nearly 2 weeks for my order to arrive. I STILL don't have it and I've been asked twice for a review. Shopping info just completely stopped updating. Customer service was kind but had no answers. Waiting to have my package delivered MAYBE in 3 more days. Maybe.

I seen too many flaws in the shoe and they cost too much to look the way they do. One thing of the shoes was so unsupported it leans sideways when she put her foot in it. Unsatisfied customer unfortunately :(

I ordered my daughter some shoes for school on 8/9. It is 8/20 and I have yet to get my shipment. The tracking says "will be delivered 8/19". When attempting to find why there is a delay no one can answer me. Worst experience ever with purchasing online.

The sizes for shoes were out of line. A size 7 in kids is a size 9 in women! Quite the shock. But the return process was quite painless. The refund was quick. Revisiting and buying a new smaller size took very little effort. The quality in products are always on point! I truly appreciate the entire process not being overly complicated nor did it take any longer than a new order would take.

I figured I would be try them last and found the quality to be very good. My granddaughter loves boots and I was not disappointed. Thanks for making affordable for someone like myself. My income is not much but you have been a blessing.

I can understand a day or so of delays but this is ridiculous! I haven't received items for my daughter and she really needed new shoes. I would've went in the store had I known this would take so long. This sounded like a good deal and turned out to be a horrible experience. Probably a scammer site smh!

I ordered 2 pairs of boots, 1 for my little girl and 1 for my son. Seconds after placing the order the confirmation came through with our old NY address, it took 6 hours to get ahold of someone from customer service then had to cancel and replace the order. This was placed over 2 weeks ago and I just received the package yesterday. Awful experience oh and then I received a message saying that my membership was cancelled as requested and I responded that I wanted a supervisor to call because no where did my request for change of address say cancel my membership. That call never happened.

“Eyelet not secured”

Was excited for these shoes to come for my son. Not only did they take awhile to get here. Went to put them on for the first day of school and one of the eyelets were not secured properly. The thread came out instantly and fell off. Shoes were loose and falling off my son due to not being able to tighten them enough. Very disappointed as he cannot wear these now 😞

Placed my first order with FabKids to give it a chance. Ordered new school shoes for my daughter which should have arrived two weeks ago. The shoes still have not arrived and school starts tomorrow. Very disappointed.

Love fabkids! You won't be disappointed! Yes everyone says you get what you pay for but how long does your child actually stay in the same size shoe/clothes? With that being said what do you have to lose? Your child will love the site and so will you!

I ordered more than 2 weeks ago i got an email that the order shipped but then u got a message 2 days later that my order will be delayed. It has been delayed twice and it still says " when it ships". So are my daughters shoes on the way or not if not i need a refund now.

I always get excited when my FabKids package arrives because my great grandchildren really love the clothes and shoes. I am so happy that the clothes are not just cute & unique, but also well made. The shoes are also super fun and of good quality. One of my granddaughters says that I am "the best gift giver." At first I got a message saying my shipment was gonna be delayed then it was supposed to be here today by 5 PM and at 5 PM. I checked again and now there's no delivery date at all. Still have not received it.I am very disappointed!

“Good Quality Shoes at Great Price”

My daughter absolutely loves all seven pairs of shoes I got her and I love it only cost me $61 delivered. Even if I went to a cheap discount store I'd be lucky to get 3 pairs for that price & they wouldn't be the high quality shoes that last and last like these do. Her shoes from last years are still in great shape and are only being replaced because they're outgrown.

I ordered four pairs of shoes for my 6 year old daughter and she absolutely loves all of them. One pair was too small and they didn't have the next size up but other than that, everything was great. She loves the light-up ones. Pretty colors, too! My child is picky about shoes and the feel of them and she said they all feel good on her feet. I bought in during the sale where each pair was less than $10; most of them were $5/pair so it was an amazing deal! I'll be using FabKids from now on for shoes for sure!

I took a look at their website and was amazed at the amount of different types of shoes I could get for my kiddo! I ordered 3 pairs for less than $25 and they came within a week of the purchase. The quality is 10/10 and my daughter loves them!

As a long distance YaYa I just let it draft out each month then go in and use my rewards to outfit for whatever season we have arrived at...or birthdays fall in. Last purchase I used 13 of 21 Rewards that had accumulated and rolled over to purchase Their Price of $500+ bundles of clothing and shoes and paid $50...for what I can't remember but it WAS WORTH IT. I went onto fab kids for my daughters back to school shoes, after seeing a big sale advertised. I thought with buying such discounted shoes they wouldn't be as nice, but I took a chance and bought two pairs for less than $15. The light up ones are so cute and she loves them. Along with the black unicorn ones, which she says are very comfortable. Overall very pleased. Great solution for cute shoes for kids who tend to wear out shoes quickly like my kids do!
