I have a couple of pawn tickets been paying on forever. I had a family emergency out of town, my grand baby is in the hospital and they refuse to hope my jewelry for a extra day til I can get back. Never NEVER use this pawn shop they r crooks and don't care about customers only money money money. So wise advice don't waste your time with these people.

They're not trying to give anyone a deal. I took a $450.00 amp brand new, they offered me $70.00. Customer care, yeah right. Their add clearly states the more it's worth, the more they loan. Every EZ Pawn I've been too, is lame, trying to lowball a person. Don't fall for it folks. VERY dissatisfied. Back to other pawn brokers I know, at least they're fair! “Pure Dishonesty and Lack of Integrity!”

Store: 212 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV ******* Extremely Disappointed in the way our purchases were handled! Spending a decent amount of monies on Jewelry and discovering that defective gems being enhanced. Furthermore, sales associate overcharged us several hundred dollars and claimed to discount our purchase! In addition, added a value plan on our bill and refused to honor warranty!

“Two Different Stories?!?!?!”

I called E Z Pawn on Elizabeth the other day to ask if they are taking electric razors. I was told over the phone that they do take them and I can get anywhere from 10-40 dollars for them. I go into the business and as I am about to be handed the money from the sale, another associate comes up. He asks her what she was doing. She said she was buying a razor from me. He said to void the sale and that we don't take them. When I asked, "How come I was told that I could get 10-40 dollars over the phone if you weren't taking them?" I was told, "Get out of my store or I'm calling the cops." The customer service was very rude. I would not recommend going through them. You will get one story over the phone and go in and obtain another story. This has happened at least 3 times to me in the past 2 months with them. VERY DISAPPOINTING

I don't know if this is an Oklahoma thing but where I'm when you pawn something it's the customer that's in need of money not the pawn shop in need of stuff how does EZ Pawn come off telling you what they need in their store I'm the one trying to come up with money to pay my utilities so I guess they're more in need than me telling me what they need in the store here's a good one we're not taking those or we can't sell those for much. Defeats the purpose of pawning.
