DO NOT BUY FROM EZIBUY they made their entire NZ contact centre redundant to move it to the Philliphines for cheaper labour. A once new zealand company destroyed thanks to greedy CEO’s such as Steve. Asked their staff to work for free during lockdown to ‘save the company’ only to do this. Think he has now jumped ship. Don’t support this business, shein’s more ethical honestly.

Ordered 3 items. Delivery was quicker than I expected. Love all items. Good quality. Unfornately 1 is too big. Doesn't come any smaller so would like to return it & exchange for something else. I have been an Ezibuy customer for decades now but have recently found their customer service very poor. They do not seem to have any intention on resolving your issues or appreciating loyal customers. I will not be buying from them again.
I recently ordered from Ezibuy [First time since there being no shop in Palmerston North]. One item needed to be returned, only to find out I had to go through Ezibuy post to return item to Palmerston North branch costing $9.95 -Absolutely daylight robbery, even more so when you find out you have to deliver the parcel to NZ Post!!! There needs to be an option customers can select themselves. This could have been taken to the depot myself or couriered through "Trade Me" couriers, for $4.50 and collected from my door.
Again shocking service from ezi buy waiting 3 weeks for a confirmation that things will be sent, have so far blamed Covid, shipping, katies, mosaic bros. Found out items were only coming from Australia. Now blaming a new system, will not cancelmy order. Last time I buy anything from these guys. This has been in-going poor service since before Xmas.
This company is unbelieveable and shouldn't be trading on thye trusted name of Ezibuy. I placed an order for $234.00 worth of merchandise and from the 9 items1 Jacket had a hole in the suede - put in a complaint and sent a photo nor response1 jacket was advertised as white and is labelled as white, but is clearly cream - misleading advertising1 item apparently doesn't ship to NZ, but was processed as part of a NZ order.I am really disappointed and wouldn't recommend anyone buys through this site

I’ve ordered over $200 of products & still have not received an acknowledgment even though payment has gone through. I have no delivery date or any communication even though I have emailed them.Update: spoke with them on the phone & straightaway received an email with my order. They where very apologetic about the emailing not working well .
The phone was answered promptly without having to listen to lists of options or advertising. The lady knew her job and spoke at a comfortable speed as if she was talking to a human being. It made a nice change from the usual mechanical response designed to make the caller give up.

I am astounded by the cost of the courier, I purchased one small peice of lingerie and am charged $10. That is insane, I order things all the time online and am never charged this amount. I won't be ordering again, there prices are also much higher than other department stores with the same brands.

Company is misleading its customers about their click n collect timeframe. Call centre staff is the worst. Dont even understand a word. Keep saying they will direct queries to the appropriate department.Resolution time is always 3-4 days! You should be able to quickly amend orders within a short time period. I accidentally ordered a size 10 but needed 12 for a swimsuit. Once orders are locked in there’s no going back you have to wait and then return items, possibly have reorder online and pay postage too which is another added cost. Also not easy to understand the accent of person who assisted on the phone. Screening through the poor feedback I agree this is not the NZ Ezy Buy service we once knew
Delivery delays… come on ezibuy update your emails and website with a more truthful account on delivery times. Ordered 5 items 4 weeks ago and still waiting for shipment. You’re still emailing out to customers all your specials and happy to take their money quickly.. but then it’s radio silence until you phone for an update and get told there are delays..

I ordered 3 items shown as in stock On 6 May as at today 24th May no confirmation of shipment. Ezibuy silence is deafening. I called 3 days ago and advised my order would be shipped this week. It appears their notification system has fallen by the wayside and I still wait. I note that quality of clothing has plummeted too. Hopefully someone can buy the company and revive the once reputable business.

My previous Reviews have been disappointingly negative, but I have now got something positive to pass on to the punters. EZIBUY - I have had nothing but a pleasant experience when ordering items from this Company. My last order arrived today - 10 days from my original order. Free Postage and all items present and correct. The quality is there as well as the Customer Service. Just wish other Online Stores would be as professional. Will order from them again.

I've been an Ezibuy customer for about 15+ years and have always been satisfied with my online purchases and customer service has up until recently always been very good. However I recently put an order in (April 2023) - paid for with PayPal and although I received an email confirmation from PayPal immediately following the order, I did not receive an email confirmation of my order from Ezibuy so I waited a few days, and waited... Ten (yes 10) days passed and still no confirmation email (but did receive lots and lots of Ezibuy sales 40% off etc emails...)? This is very unusual and has never happened in the past? So I phoned up Ezibuy (in Australian business hours Mon-Fri 9:00-5:00 PM) but instead of getting the usual happy helpful greeting from the NZ call centre that I had in the past, I was met with a non-English (as first language) staff member (think they said Philippines?) who seemed disinterested and at first couldn't find my order and seemed quite bored to be honest... I mentioned that I'd received a confirmation email from PayPal informing me that the payment had gone through to Ezibuy for this particular order...?! Firstly, he to look for my order he asked me my order number to which I responded I do not know this as I have not received a confirmation email so therefore how would I know my order number? He then asked for my phone number which I gladly gave but also gave him my name (even though he hadn't asked for this?) After which he finally found my order! On asking why there was no email sent to me he just said that they were having "issues in the warehouse" and something about "changes to staff or warehouse"... Not sure if this is the answer to my actual question and no he did not look up to see if any email had been sent to me (from their end)? He ended up apologising for the delay and basically blamed the warehouse and that I will receive an email when they send my order to me... Well things certainly have changed? So what happened to the confirmation email that every single other place including Ezibuy in the past, send out to the customer? I checked thoroughly all through my entire emails including junk and bin (to see if I'd accidentally deleted it) but no nothing?! The customer service now seems to be a zero (yes a big 0) - I've given them 3 stars overall for the actual clothes quality that I've ordered/received/customer service which many years ago was excellent but during Covid did decline somewhat (understandable). Post Covid I've hesitated to order anything as during Covid it had taken like 3 months one time for an order to arrive.
