Is ezhire.ae Legit?

Let it be said Yaseen is an exceptional customer agent whom has helped me to solve my problems.Exceptional communication skills.Had a big problem which was solved tremendously and what a follow up has been done.I am quite satisfied with Mr.Yaseens service.I hope more agents like him work for Ezhire hire.Ezhire give him a raise or a promotion this man deserves it.

I had the worst experience with their customer service. I rented a car for 2 days, and on the first morning, the car wouldn’t start. I had to travel a total of 87.4 km across three client locations, so I notified them early in the morning about the issue, asking for assistance or a replacement. However, I was told I had to wait for 3 hours at the service site, which I couldn’t afford given my tight schedule.Their call center agent, Muhammad Mohamil Adil, kept asking me to be understanding of their situation. I’m the paying customer – shouldn’t it be them trying to understand my situation? I told them I could only assist them after finishing my work, but despite already paying for the rental, I was forced to cover my own travel expenses that day, which ended up almost costing as much as the entire 2-day rental.When their fleet partner called to arrange a replacement car, they offered to deliver it to my client site and pick up the faulty car, which was a far better option than what the call center agent suggested. After my rental ended, they sent pictures showing scratches on the car, but I wasn’t intimidated by this. I had thoroughly inspected the car beforehand and documented all its flaws.I’ve heard numerous negative reviews about this rental company, and it seems they routinely charge customers for anything they can get away with. Beware of these scammers. They're from a country notorious for fraudulent practices. This was, without a doubt, the worst customer service experience I've ever had.

Best advice - Just rent directly from the rental company. EZ Hire is a third party. They cater to the renal company, not the renter. It there are any issues, even minor, it turns into a massive headache dealing with a middle man.Do not trust them with your credit card information. They will charge first, send an invoice later. I've used at least 5 or 6 other rental companies in UAE (like to switch it up), no other rental company has done that. They will share your credit card information with third parties and charge it weird amounts without consent or logical explanation.Dodgy customer service - very lazy attitude, no effort to adequately answer questions, simply repeat the same scripted line that does not answer the question (at one point, I thought I was talking to an AI Robot).Sneaky Tactics - They'll tell you one thing over the phone - e.g. "we won't include a surcharge given the situation" - two weeks later, there's an email with an invoice that includes the surcharge the said would not be included. When called out on it, they try to lie their way out of it.Their only selling point is "no security deposit" (otherwise there would be no reason to use a third party). It's tempting, but really not worth the headache you will have to deal with if anything goes wrong with the car. I've had things go wrong with other cars (like car breaking down - exactly what happened to this one) in the past and the rental companies dealt with it like pros (not EZhire).Not many other companies offer no security deposit, but there are several that will do CC pre-authorization (blocking), so there is no official charge. Two of the companies are Dollar Rent-A-Car, and AutoRent - I've used both and have had excellent experiences with both (but NOT EZhire)

I just wanna say thank you to sir Yaseen and Sir Raja from customer service department for helping me to resolved my issue for replacing the car immediately, these two staff’s are very helpful, patient, polite and knowledgeable.! All I can say they are one of the most accommodating staff’s member I’ve dealt with. I’m so happy and satisfied! They are both highly recommended

The most appalling customer service (or lack thereof) I've had the displeasure of dealing with. I was a loyal customer, renting a car for 3 months and paying a substantial amount of money in that time, but I doubt I'll be using their services again. On 2 separate occasions, they charged the wrong card (without permission), and refused to refund the amount and charge the correct card. There were numerous incidents where I'd reach out and got no help at all. The level of incompetence and ineptitude is unacceptable, and all I received was useless platitudes. Be very careful with this company

I would like to share my experience with Ezhire App Rent A Car. I have been charged multiple times without proper invoicing. While I didn’t initially investigate the first two instances, the third time prompted me to look into the charges. I reached out to the car provider (a third-party partner) to understand the breakdown, and they clarified that I had no Salik, traffic fines, or other additional charges. They only billed Ezhire for the car rental.To my surprise, my one-day rental, which was supposed to cost AED 89, ended up with charges exceeding AED 600. Additionally, there were repeated charge attempts on my card, one of which was declined because I removed funds to prevent further deductions. When I contacted Ezhire for clarification, I received inconsistent explanations—first being told the charges were for traffic fines and Salik, and later being informed they were for over-kilometer usage and Salik.One explanation given was particularly concerning: I was sent a Salik record dated December 5, but my rental period was from December 9. When I questioned this, my account on the Ezhire app was suddenly blocked, and I have since been unable to receive any further assistance from their customer service.Ezhire has strong marketing campaigns, but I feel it’s important to raise awareness for potential and existing clients about my experience. My intention is not to harm anyone’s reputation but to share this as constructive feedback and encourage better practices. As expats, we work hard for our earnings, and I believe businesses should operate fairly and transparently. This experience has left me deeply disappointed, and I urge Ezhire to review and improve their billing and customer service systems to ensure fairness for all customers.I would recommend to all people who just renting a car to better go with really trusted car provider directly. Yes, it’s a bit expensive but you can rest assure there would be no hidden other charges and this kind of feeling of disappointments.

Worst car rental in the city. Delivered car too late. I was in a car accident and asked them for help and what to do and they ignored me and kept charging me for 4 additional days before saying they need police report and is not helping with anything. Scammers. Unprofessional and not polite. Stay away. They are not picking up car or letting me park it at their parkingspot while I wait for police report.

I had a wonderful experience with ezhire team, specially Mr. Fahad is so supportive while handing over the car.

I am writing to express my frustration again again with the situation regarding the fine associated with the car. We have already provided the RTA proof below, which clearly shows that no fine was issued during the period we were away ( December 1 to 3)The information provided was not up to standard, and it is completely unacceptable that I have not received the accurate details I requested. This delay and lack of clarity have wasted my time and caused unnecessary....I need a proper clarity regarding this issue..I think this site can't upload the attachment..I have already send through your email..I need I need a proper clarification right now....Please find the attachment

I had an Issue of Wrong deduction of 460aed by Ezhire and was continuously following for the reimbursement for last 7 days. There was no prior information provided till I called them Personally. however, One of the Staff named Yaseen assisted beyond his line of duty and resolve the Issue after 7 days. I really appreciated his efforts and dedication; follow-up call and internal correspondence with concern department is well acknowledged

I rented a small car for one day. Everything worked out wonderfully. I choose the self pick up option and the handover was super punctual, everything was explained properly. Telephone number exchanged so that we can be contacted straight away if there are any problems. So I am very much satisfied with there service.

Excellent service. I remember i booked attrage but they could arrange but they gave me ASX in the same price of attrage. This is my 2nd time i took car on rent i don't have such issue with eZhire team and car. advantage of choosing eZhire is no-advance payments and good condition car providing internal and external wise. eZhire Only think to do is increase the KM range, that could be help for customers

Few genuine things that made my experience best with Ezhire are:-- In the last few months they have added many pickup and drop-off locations, making it easy and accessible.- They keep on providing great offers which makes me go for them repeatedly.- Customer service is very understanding and issue-resolving.

eZhire is a good car rental app, serving in UAE.I'm always booking the rental cars with them, whenever needed in my weekends, and also surprised from their weekly or daily offers for car bookings :) :)AND its easy to book a car without depositing security :)

I have been a avid user of ezhire since 2019, the bookings are instant and hassle free, cars are super clean and almost new fleet as the mileage on cars are always less than 100k. Lastly ezhire is the saviour at least for me as i have experience a good journey with them and morelikely to go with them in future too. Thanks ezhire for giving such a good platform. And please increase your fleet with much more cars as it will attract more attention. 👍🤝👌

Ezhire provides the fastest service 24 hours - I was able to book a car in the midnight & also return the at midnight, as per my convenience. I get 24 hours prompt service centre response. No deposits. Car received in an excellent condition. No unnecessary or wrong charges debited to the account. Ezhire is a friend of mine. I don't need to worry for any travel plan as I can get Car within just 3 hours delivered to my door step.
