Ezeewallet has an intuitive interface, it is straightforward, direct and instant in both sending and receiving funds. However It hasnt all been clear sailing. Support isnt Live and it doesnt run 24/7. So there have been instances where a response can take many hours and if large sums of money are involved then 4 hours can suddenly feel like weeks. Being able to speak to a support member immediately can mean the world of difference. Sometimes the customer needs only reassurance. So support isnt the best howeverr nor is it the worst. It is ......... Okay and most issues are solved within 24 hours, and yet if they had support running 24/7 then issues would be resolved in minutes.So not a big issue

My account was suspended due to what I was writing as reference. I was asked not to reference casinos as bank might flag, which never happened I was flagged in case I may be flagged???? When suspension lifted there was no longer a need to write reference. So the suspension and the lecture now seems totally uncessary and more than midly inconvenient.

I would like to be able to send & receive from my other wallets or to anywhere else useful, apart from email. Thanks
