This place is a complete scam and I reported them to the department of health in WA state. They are associated clinics named ezcareclinic, medvidi, and mangoclinic. This place is an absolute scam and they took my money but had no available appointments. This place isn’t legitimate and they take your money don’t provide services and provider very very unhelpful support. Please redo this review. They may have in person clinics but they advertise prescribing controlled drugs and have their clinicians listed that have no verifiable medical licenses except Stacie Daniels the neurologist. They are nothing but a scam.
This place is a scam, don't waste your money. Doctor didn't call until after scheduled appointment (30minutes late). Did not listen to me or prescribe me the medication I needed. I explained to him what medication helps me and why I did not want the medication he decided to prescribe me after talking to me for only one minute. He argued with me and would not listen. Prescribed me medication that doesn't even help and is not right for me. I'm really mad I spent money at this place. Save your money, go somewhere else.
EZ Care Clinic rebranded to MedVidi, and did not give good service to me in the slightest. In short, I would strongly recommend that most people use one of multiple, much better mental healthcare practices and doctors that are actively accepting patients. Many of which provide drastically better care for significantly less money, whether online or in person. ( I have had a positive relationship with more than one of them that lasted years and some still to this day, and no online doctor or practice has been provided such a negative experience, one in person one provided a significantly wore negative experience but overall the experience have been good, great or at least reasonable outside of MedVidi) Terrible, service, lack of care and insincere suggestions are all I think I experienced or witnessed from them. Micheline Epstein in my experience was inaccurate dishonest and did not seem to care about the well being of the patient enough to even contact back. And the overall business of MedVidi was only concerned with making money and not with my health well being or safety in the slightest from what I could tell. and I really tried to work with them.
