Great product but terrible fulfillment and customer service. Received order TWICE. Automated chat bot not helpful.

The company has agreed to replace a shipment of eye vitamins that were expired, due to having missed an opportunity to postpone an authorship order. They were very accommodating and polite regarding my situation!

I was skeptical, but these eye vitamins are definitely helping my dry eye symptoms. I'm currently still on my first bottle, I'm doing the recommended loading dose of 6 tablets a day. I've really noticed a difference. I've been able to use less eyedrops, which is great! I'm very happy!Mary

I can’t describe how happy I am with these products,my eyesight has improved greatly using Vitaleyes and the dryness is much less troublesome with Dry eye comfort. The customer service is outstanding and I couldn’t fault with this company for quality and service. Top class in every way.

I have had significant relief from dry eyes since I discovered Eyetamins in an article in Shape magazine some time ago. Living in Arizona had made my dry eye issue worsen. I don't like to take prescription meds unless absolutely necessary and I always try out an alternative first. I noticed an improvement the first month of using Eyetamins. I only use Refresh eyedrops additionally when dust and heat during Monsoon makes it necessary if I am outside.

I was a bit skeptical because so many therapies I've tried before didn't work but I figured Eyetamins were worth a try. I only bought a 60 day supply and didn't know it was recommended to start with a "loading" dose of 6 per day for the first 14 days. I was on vacation for 3 weeks so I couldn't try this method knowing I'd run out before I got back home in time to re-order, so I started with two per day. It's been just under 1 month and my eyes have greatly improved even with a lower dose! I will definitely order more!

After Cataract surgery my dry eyes became extremely dry! I had to live with discomfort, pain, inflammation and red irritated eyes. I have been taking this product for some time and I find it helps with maintaining the good health of my optic nerve. I'm 80 years old and I've had glaucoma ever since I was in my teens. Doctors were puzzled as this is considered an old person's disease but here was a teenager diagnosed with it. It could have been inherited from my grandma who had it. The eye specialist said my optic nerve is very good and healthy especially for my age. So I'm happy with eyetamins.

I have only been on Eyetamins for about a week. I suffer with extremely dry eyes, dry mouth, and dry skin, being Diabetic. I particularly notice that my eyes are much better and feel lubricated which makes me happy. I think the longer I am on them I will also see relief in my other areas.

I’ve suffered with dry eyes for more than 20 years, and I’ve tried all kinds of drops (commercial and homeopathic) and fish oil supplements. I finally found something that works. Eyetamins works really well and I felt the difference in just a few days. Highly recommend this product!

Previously have used product clearly marked “Sea Berry” on my doctor’s recommendation with noticeable improvement . When reordering the product packaging is changed and does not mention sea berry. After calling company they say it is same product but details on box and bottle are different and product does not seem as effective with respect to helping alleviate dry eyes

I have been taking this product for several months... Maybe a year, and I still have not noticed any improvement in my eyesight. There are other mainstream products that cost less and do as much for me. Plus, the others available are paid for by my OTC insurance so I don't have to foot the bill myself. I had hoped your sea berry would be the fix I needed, but it wasn't. Clearly my eye problems are deeper rooted than I thought. Even my ophthalmologist has been unable to solve the problem. I've been trying Eyetamins for a couple of months or so. I liked it enough so I ordered more ($235.00 ) of Eyetamin products on June 29th. Here it is July 6th and they haven't even sent out the products yet. So the products are probably OK, although I haven't used them long enough to know if they're working well. The company functions very slowly, though. Why? Shipping problems? Supply chain issues? The company never kept me informed, until today...after 7 days of "no communications" I asked for update and they told me they're working on it.

The product actually hydrates my eyes and relieves my dry eye problem. I give 3 stars due to some other issues. There are only 60 capsules in a bottle. Yet your instructions suggest that one should take 6 capsules per day for 2 weeks followed by 2 or 3 capsules each day. Following your instructions one will run out of capsule in 10 days. All these for over $60 inclusive of postage!Your product took 4 weeks to be arrive and in the meantime I received numerous emails of offers to buy more of the supplement at a discount as well as informations on how good your product was. These are all useless to me as I had not even tried your product yet, to form my own conclusion. The problem with your junk mail is it lacks a link to unsubscribe.I do not think I can afford to spend $180 a month and be subjected to your junk mail every other day.

Sorry I missed the date for -20% - there should be personal discount codes for good clients. Otherwise I find that the fact that shipping incudes Customs is comfortable and avoids multiple bills - so that is a plus. The product is of course very good. ------MCM

I have asked you to let me know in advance of your sending the vitamins to me what the charge would be as I am overcharged on every shipment. I received a notice the day before you billed me that I could review the bill but the link would not open. I cannot pay the amount you billed. I wanted to unsubscribe but could not.
