Same situation. Attracted with slightly lower price. Payment though the bank. No response or confirmation for a week. Then I contacted them when they plan to dispatch order. Answer, they can't find delivery options to UK! :) Deuche Post. Anyway next thing, they offer refund, but parallel started to come generic emails that they haven't got any payment for my order. I sent payment confirmation.After that 2 emails with weekly sequence as answer to my question when I will receive refund. Silly answer - payment is ready to send out, we sent all details to accounts to proceed payment. Customer service person was Marharyta Klymenko, smells like Ukraine scam. Phone number in emails and on website isn't real, no chance to call them! Be careful, don't waste your money and time!

DO NOT PURCHASE from this company is my advice. Same as other reviews , paid for the order through bank transfer and initially received a generic email saying they had not received the funds. After contacting my bank and sending them the transaction number as proof they have completely cut contact. No response to emails, social media and the phone goes dead. More than a month and no contact. I would avoid at all costs.

Same Experience as all recent reviews...Ordered goods... Goods not dispatched... All attempts to contact via Email, Social Media & Telephone have been unsuccesful.... No refund recieved so having to puesue via credit card issuer.My experience coupled with so many others suggest that there is something major wrong with this company. thet have either gone, or are rapidly going out of business.Best to stick to tried & tested retailers... You know the story.. If the price is too good to be true... it probably isn't

Absolutely shocking Customer Service, I should of realised when I returned my faulty boots and they told me it could take up to 3 months for a refund, have contacted them on numerous occasions and if they even bother to reply it’s just false promises, I have contacted Scarpa directly to see if they have even sent the boots to them for inspection. 4 months now and waiting!

Same case as others, I contacted the European Consumer Center. The whole matter is already being investigated. Contact the European Consumer Center!!!!

The same as all the other reviewers really. Ordered a sweet helmet as it looked like a good deal and a legitimate European shop. Customer service started well and kept me up to date saying the helmet would be delayed a week or 2 because of stock levels, then I had no contact from them. Asked where the helmet was and they did reply offering a refund but that has not appeared and they are now not responding to emails. They have taken their phone number off their website as well.They seem to be a scam shop to not buy from them!

Incapable of fulfilling orders to customers. Website shows items as ‘in stock’ with short delivery estimates which are all untrue. They then just send you generic template email excuses saying “there are many reasons for the delay” etc without any specific information. Probably all automated and designed so they get to keep your funds as long as possible.. Avoid. Amazon pay claim submitted for refund but could have done without all the hassle.

I ordered a pair of walking shoes for my girlfriend and when I still did not have an order update three days later I was concerned that they might not arrive before I went on holiday, I asked if instead of being sent to the UK, they could be sent to her address in Sweden. When I didn't hear back I resent the message and have just received a generic reply which ignores the issues. They appear to be selling goods which they do not actually have, don't provide a contact phone number and fail to respond to specific questions. I've initiated a refund request via Amazon Pay, but will probably lose out due it being priced in Euros and refunded in £. This company is crap. Avoid.

I ordered a jacket online from eXXpozed sports & fashion (also trading as Outdoor Sports24) on 23/05/24 order no UK-0015581 and had to pay by bank transfer as their portal wouldn't accept credit card or PayPal payments. After accepting the bank transfer, they informed me that they didn't actually have my size in stock (despite accepting the order and payment) but I would be refunded. Over a month later and after numerous emails with their customer service department still no refund received, and I was forced to go through my bank to get my money back. Even then they only returned some of my payment and kept £40.89 of my money and gave no reason whatsoever. My experience with eXXpozed – sports & fashion (also trading as Outdoor Sports24) is that this company will accept payment for goods that they don't have in stock and if eventually forced to make a refund will keep a significant amount of your money. I would recommend shopping elsewhere.

These jokers have a 'Swiss' website exxpozed.ch. When I made an order, then (maybe my mistake?) the payment method was bank transfer, when I asked how I could pay my credit card, they gave me some BS about there being some 'technical reason' that DHL are not able to deliver to Switzerland. So what's the point of a .ch website?I couldn't believe it, and though maybe they were just too lazy to go through the effort of changing the payment type. So a couple of weeks later, I tried again and used Amazonpay. No comms, no dispatch note. I go through Amazon to find out what's going on, I get an email saying 'they hope to send me the dispatch confirmation soon'. The next day, I get a refund!Save your time, save your patience, stay away!

I ordered a jacket (order number: EU-00116675) and returned it (because it did not fit me). They sent an email saying they received the item on 30/01/24 (return number: EX2103090).Meanwhile, it's 22/07/24 and I still have not received my money back. Ordered some walking boots, and made the payment according to their instructions. The day after the order they emailed me to say that they will cancel the order as they don't ship to the UK ... pricing is in GBP and they took the order with a UK delivery address, and the order number has "UK-" at the start !!I have chased twice a week for the last month, still no refund, clearly a fraudulent organisation ... avoid like the plague. (Note: I have reported the fraud to my bank, not sure what else to do)

Credit card says fully paid but, after 10 days I'm still waiting for an update on my order.After 7 days I requested an update - it took them 2 days to say, either there was a problem with the payment or the stock level.Amazon Pay (online) are very unhelpful when trying to resolve this so you need to request a call-back and talk to them - refund issued next day.I cancelled under the EU's 14 days right to withdraw.

Never seen such a horrible and poor service. Doesn't match the description of shipping on the website at all, no update at all on any courier information for three days after ordering. Terrible payment method, only supports amazon pay as well as credit cards (UK credit cards don't work), quite dodgy. I tried to contact them via email, Facebook messager, Instagram, exxpozed app but invariably nothing. I contacted the amazon pay team to react to my payment issues and got no resolution. I submitted an withdrawal request but no response! Please don't trust this shop !!!!! You will experience hellish service !!!!!!

Placed my order on April 26 and followed up with the team on May 2nd. I received a response within 24 hours about delivery status. I received my order within a week, and it was well packaged and exactly as described. Despite all the negative comments, my experience was fantastic!

Placed an order on the 6th July, still not received my order. When you call, you get hung up on. When you request a call back on their website, it never happens.When you email, they do not respond.They have taken my money but have not shipped an item that is clearly in stock.

I have read a lot of negative feedbacks and a few positive feedbacks. I was reluctant at first but I would like to give a try. I ordered a pair of shoes and would like to exchange for a bigger size. I checked online instructions saying returning is free but I didn't find any return post label. So I try to contact eXXpozed to request a return post label. And I tried calls, emails, and online form to ask a call back... No response at all.. Nothing so far happened... I dont know if I should return the shoes back with my own cost and request for a refund.. After I reviewed all other people's comments, I am not sure if they will even refund me.... eXXpozed, if you see my message, please let me know if order exchange is supported and where to request the return post label!

I was a bit concerned to buy in this website after reading all the reviews. However, I decided to try and it was absolutely perfect! I bought 2 pair of Black Diamond trekking poles and there are high quality I could not believe the price . 100% recommended. The delivery took longer than I was expected but defo it was worthy.
