But even so, if it was just a matter of my item turning up late I may have changed the star rating to a higher one as it did eventually arrive. The fact it arrived late is now irrelevant to my 1 star rating. It’s the subsequent bombardment of emails they sent me at all times of day/evening which borderlines harassment, not just asking me to reconsider my rating but actually telling me to change it to a 5 star. I can back all this up. But because I refused they are now trying to discredit me and my rating. Avoid this company.!!
