Is expressofferstoday.co.uk Legit?

I was told the offer would be around the market price, but actually it was made clear this would be between 40 & 20% reduction, this could have been over £240,000 my expectations was not met. Complete waste of my time.

I think that Ieva was straight forward with her comments and did not waste time. I am looking forward to an early sale!

I cancelled the appointment to proceed and also cancelled for the photographer's appointment to visit. They would not take NO for an answer. I received a phone call on the morning they were sending him to visit and I repeated that I had cancelled the appointment. He turned up at my door within the hour not knowing anything about the cancellation. I have been bombarded with follow up emails and phone calls pressuring me to advertise with them, it is all wrong. VERY DIS-SATISFIED

They were a bit late on the call but a good experience overall. The offer to buy your house is 20% less than market value only suitable for people who need cash quickly like in a divorce situation for example. Very professional in their sales pitch. Their 2nd option and differentiator is that they can get your house advertised far more widely using 22 platforms instead on the agent’s web site with Rightmove only with their own estate agent called Express.

Booked a video house valuation online on 19th October, for 11:00 on Saturday 2nd November.Received text from ‘Holly’ a few days later ‘to chat about valuation’ but when I tried (multiple times) to reply, message was not sent (I suspect because that message box is full…) On 2nd, as arranged, I travelled 20 minutes to property, no one there. Rang ‘24/7’ number to find out what was happening, tried all 4 options, no reply & was cut off after about 4 minutes on hold for each option.Left my details to be called back ‘within one day’ but we’ll see…

Samantha gave an informative and detailed account of what Express can offer in respect of selling my property. This was backed up with her experience of the current market conditions with good examples on how this will benefit me which were extremely useful whether or not I decided to engage Express going forward. Time well spent to understand what options are available to sell my property

Dan gave me a first class presentation of your services and, living in Ramsbottom, he obviously knows this area and its properties really well. We are now seriously considering using the Express system, probably with option number two. We are tempted to ask what sort of an offer you might make to purchase 14 Gisburn Drive, baring in mind that you are in business to make a profit and a living. Don't think we will follow up two previous offers to try and sell the bungalow from earlier agencies, as Dan's presentation was so very professional. Thank you.
