Is expost.uk Legit?

Unprofessional and negligent conduct from expost.uk I am aware just now that the team did not dispatch 7 documents in May of this year and miss 7 cars plated and 1 debit card in the last shipment on demand. The 7 documents are in the today delivery.I am pretty upset! No words. The damage is terrifying for us. I have just contacted our Solicitors. I get all proofs of my complaint. Be careful to deal with expost!

A truly first class mail redirection service from Expost. All the staff are friendly, efficient and helpful. I only wish I had known about this company sooner ,it would have saved me alot of hassle when I was moving around Europe and the UK.Thanks so much !

I have just closed my account after three and a half years because I now have a permanent address and no longer need the service. I used the service because we lived on a boat and had no permanent abode whilst we sailed round the UK coasts. My family of 4, my Ltd Company AND my Royal Mail redirection (from our previous home) service were all included in the one subscription. When HMRC demurred on us using the Expost address, Expost customer services gave me the advice on the wording I had to use in my correspondence with HMRC in order to get HMRC to accept our new address.I also have to say that during all that time, Expost have provided a superb, effective, efficient and courteous service that has worked pretty much 100%. The only issue I had in those 42 months is one set of forwarded mail that took 10 days to arrive. and this was probably Royal Mail's fault. My query on the matter was dealt with immediately and the information provided was accurate.The online dashboard is simple to use and enables me to see my mail status, get it sent to where I want and to pay my account dues in a simple intuitive manner. It's not a cutting edge digital app but it does what you need to do without fuss or problems.I got huge peace of mind as we in remote anchorages and marinas knowing that our mail was being stored and then sent to wherever we were. If we ever need a mail management and forwarding service again, I can't think why I would use anyone else. In fact, if I was in the right place, I would want to run one of their franchises!

Marvellously kind. Incredibly well organised. Conspicuously trustworthy and reliable. A very efficient and easy to use online system that even lets you see your docs remotely. Reasonable prices and transparent. Safe forwarding of bank cards and important docs. And... They're just plain nice!I can't recommend Brodie and his team too highly. Hey there! So, I've been using your service for a while now, and things have been great. But lately, I've noticed a bit of a dip in the quality. Like, my mail forwarding requests are taking forever to get processed, and I asked for a mail scan a few days ago and still haven't heard anything.

I have been using this company for many years and yes agree with a previous poster Brodie is helpful, friendly and efficient. Never had a problem with mail forwarding

Just had to stop and write a review of Expost's fantastic customer service. For weeks now, I've been haggling with an external courier about a delayed parcel. Brodie intervened on my behalf, cut through all the red tape and now they're expecting my parcel shortly. Expost's support staff is also consistently helpful and friendly. As far as services go, their scanning, forwarding, etc. is always prompt and reliable. Expost is far superior than the High Street competitors. Can't recommend these guys enough!

I cancelled my service after explaining to customer service that it was overkill for what I wanted. After delaying my cancellation request for days they finally conceded that I could cancel within the first week but insisted I had to wait 30 days for refund! Then after 30 days they refused to refund and did not respond to multiple queries to issue refund. I had to go through my bank to issue chargeback! They gave off a very unprofessional scamming vibe from their hardball attempts to try to stick me with the bill. There's no reason why you should trust them.

I’ve been with ExPost for around three plus years and find their service beyond excellent. We run a UK based boat business in France which requires us to spend much of our summers working there. Using ExPost allows us to route all our post when overseas. It is a seamless operation that works well. So much so, we also use it for private mail too. On the rare occasions that we’ve needed to make real person contact, the service has been friendly, professional and prompt. I have no hesitation in recommending ExPost to anyone :o)

I've been using Expost for around 3 Years or so now, since moving to the USA from UK. It's a fantastic service that has really helped with the transition. Especially love the ability to see my mail online before it's even forwarded to me. Would definitely recommend for any expat.

I've moved abroad on a contract which will last 5yrs or more. As it turns out Royal Mail only allow a max of 2yr redirection, even into the EU. It's expensive too for those 2 yrs. No good for me as I have memberships of clubs and things which I wanted to maintain regardless of where I live, also if you buy something on Amazon or eBay, on moving abroad I realised that often they only ship to a UK address.Enter Expost - the perfect solution!Affordable, easy and great customer service (if ever needed). Highly recommended solution for those who need to receive things to a UK address.

No company is perfect but this one is as close as it gets. I had a small query recently and the boss phoned me immediately early in the morning (I was still in bed tee-hee when I took his call). You cannot buy that kind of personal attention. We have both earned mutual trust and respect and I am sure I will remain a client for as long as Covid allows. No hesitation in awarding 5 stars - there should be 6!!

I'm a contractor living all over the place, in rooms, flats, the occasional hotel and b&b, I'm often in my motorhome for periods and abroad for periods. Post should be a problem in my situation, however because I'm an Expost customer, life is simple.I've never had any post go missing.I've never had a call go unanswered when I've phoned Expost with a question.Expost do customer service as we'd all like it to be, quick with real people on the phone.For myself, it's a great solution to the increasingly complex 21st century way of life so many of us young-uns are trying to navigate.
