I would like to thank my coordinator Nataliia for an amazingly good service! She was awesome! I planned my whole trip with her from scratch, and everything went smoothly. The doctor was amazing as well and my whole trip was simply pleasant. I have had many questions before, during and after my medical procedure and Nataliia was always there for me with a quick response. Thank you again for helping me to reduce my unnecessary stress and focus on my procedure instead.

I would like to thank the Experts Medical service for the organization of our medical diagnostics and comprehensive support. I contacted the company by website and I received a reply from Dr. Konstantin for the next day. He is a man with great empathy and patience - he gave explanations and recommendations to all my million questions very competently, quickly and professionally. Our doctors recommended to my son corrective surgery at the clinic in Serbia. Dr. Konstantin helped to contact the clinic directly and get their correspondence consultation. Additionally, he has already organized a full-time diagnosis at the University clinic LIV (Istanbul). Fortunately, the need for surgery was not confirmed and we returned home. We had the experience of applying to foreign clinics for the first time and we had clear instructions and constant communication with Konstantin. So everything was great!

My name is Julija and I come from Germany. I would like to thank Dr. Ercan and his assistant Natalija for the indescribably great care before, during and after the lipedema operation. I struggled with pain and anxiety at the same time, but they were taken away from me. Now I live completely pain-free! I had 24/7 care and always had quick answers to my questions. The pickup from the airport including all hotel rooms and hospital rooms was TOP! I can only recommend this service. God bless Dr.Ercan for his work!!!!

Thank you to my coordinator, Dr. Vadym, and Translator, Sule. I visited Istanbul for a blepharoplasty and was well informed, accommodated, and taken care of through the entire experience. My boyfriend travelled with me, and he was also accommodated and taken care of during our stay. The doctor was well experienced and gave his honest advice about the situation, not just what would be best for him. Overall, it was a very enjoyable, safe, and clear experience.

Dr. Konstantin has been great in coordinating my mom's facelift surgery. He communicated with us in all hours of the day and night. He addressed all of our concerns and gave us great advice when we asked for a recommendation. He negotiated rates on our behalf and helped us arrange for transportation when the surgeon's team pushed back on some of their promises to us. Our experience could have been much worse. One of the best coordinators, my mom got sick and made terrible diagnoses. Dr. Konstantin organized everything clearly quickly and comfortably in a few days . For us, everything was organized to the smallest detail, starting with the daily transfer and ending with the delivery of medicines to the hotel, since we ourselves did not have time to go to the pharmacy. He was always available and we are very thankful to him for all these services!

Dr Vadym has been brilliant! and has always been there when I needed him, no matter what day or time it was! He has not pressured me or made me feel he was chasing business. He has shown great patience and understanding with me throughout the 14 week research process. He recommended a Joint Commission International hospital and arranged a 'free' consultation with the appropiate Vascular Surgeon for me to question and get reassurance. I had made my decision to go to Turkey for my procedure, confident in the surgeon and the hospital care. However, as I was preparing my flights and accomadtion the UK NHS informed me they had a place for me in 2 weeks time. Dr Vadym was professional and curtious and wished me well. I would definitely recommend Dr Vadym to assistance anyone who is looking for medical assistance in Turkey.

Hello dear readers and future patients. Be very aware of only one person or whole clinic in general in this medical service . I have no idea why this clinic has 5 stars , but I’d give them even 0 if i could . Im not blaming doctors yet , however if coordinator acts rude and absolutely unprofessional way , possibly owner of this clinic and doctors about the same level .Coordinator Konstantin one of worse uneducated, respect less to the customer person in this clinic . Problem is that , he absolutely doesn’t fallow customers messages , emails . Plus their computer system can’t open PDF files made in Istanbul, Turkey . That what Konstantin said . On top of all when he feel he is wrong , he neglects customers evidence and requests, communicate with them like he is the which owner of this company . I have screenshot of our entire conversation, whoever needs i can share . I’d publish it here , but I don’t think it is possible . All in all dear future clients, make sure that you do all clarity before you go there . Because when it comes to clarification of procedures details , they hide majority of info . Possibly they like make visit them, then catch you and your money , but results might be good or even very bad . I think they have so many fake reviews added by relatives and friends here . I’ll publish it on Google as well . Good luck to those who skip reviews .I’m updating info because of Maria , I think she is the owner , and she contacted me and spent 2-3 days try to help me. She is very nice lady, and worry about her business . Hopefully she will keep her promise, to fire this guy or take serious steps to avoid future problems with this kind of employee . This reason makes me change my mind, update little bit their rate. However I’m still insisting , whichever you go people , make sure do detailed research.
