Is exodus.io Legit?

On 29th September a large amount of funds left my wallet with out my knowledge.i asked exodus for support and they said the cant do nothing other than investigate the situation. Iv recently tried to email the support team but im not getting no reply. My app keeps saying secure and my phase is not stored on any device.i have 2 factors of authentication but non of this stopped the funs exiting my wallet. Im looking for answer for all my question .how was this allowed to happen ?

I still continue to be so appreciative to Exodus for their customer support. I don't need it very often, but the times I have needed supported they responded back quickly, gave detailed explanations, and always so professional. My latest support email came from Johnny and he sent me a detailed email on how to pull my LUNC off Exodus and move it to a new wallet. A+ service for sure! Much appreciation EXODUS for all you do!

I am so happy to own Exodus wallet. Whenever I have a problem and contact the company, I get an answer within an hour or so. Amazing. Serena, the 3rd person to help me, was fabulous! "Serena, you are a treasure!! I followed your instructions and downloaded exodus. It now works like a charm. I do have the 12 word pass code tucked away in my safe so I'm good there. Whew, I was so scared for a while. Thank you, thank you!!

Many people got their money frozen and Exodus is uncooperative holding their money for months. You are able to only swap 100usd+. But for me the worst thing is they will hold few usd on every chain you deposited(to keep wallet alive) and they will not warn you about it. For many years now it makes no sense to use exodus, you can be fanboy of their marketing until they freeze your money...

I am new to the app and was confused when I accidentally changed my 12-word password and created a new wallet when I made my first transfer from Coinbase. Customer Support was patient, knowledgeable, and terrific. They worked diligently with me and my busy schedule over a couple of days to identify the problem through screenshots I sent. They sent me the right links to follow to correct the issue. I then restored my original wallet and saw my transfer in my portfolio.

The exodus group will not answer phones or return email Do not invest with them as I am still trying to get my money out and can't get ahold of anyoneI feel they are scammers

Absolutely amazing!Over the weekend I tried to unstake my ETH but with no success. I have spoken to four different people via email and on each occasion I felt that they were all in my corner trying to work out my problem for me. Man, I was in a ball of confusion. I had to do something with crypto and had 0 knowledge base about it. Though I consider myself to not be dumb it was literally like speaking a foreign language. Anyways, I musta done something wrong but I couldn't get the crypto back to Moonpay to send back to my bank. I was gonna just write it off but no.. I reached out to Exodus for help and I think the problem was a bit confusing they never gave up. I worked with Ashley, Hilary, Erik, Tetiana, Osian, Timothy, JP and Robert over a 3 day period and figured it out and got it back. They were truly awesome possum. They didn't give up and and Im prolly 200% more knowledgeable in crypto than I ever would have been had I done it right the first time. They rock and I'm totally satisfied and would recommend them for your crypto needs and to utilize their support team if ya need it.

I contacted Exodus as I was concerned about a email I received concerning money I have . I was requested to send all the correspondence I received and Exodus came straight back to me and said do not give this man any money as it is a scam.Thank you Exodus

Been using Exodus for at least 4 years now, on both Mac Desktop and Mobile. So far so good, no complaints, and customer service always helps when I need it. I'm always sharing Exodus with friends and family...can't see myself using any other hot wallet!

Went to swap ALOT of the money that I own within the Exodus app, the swap was frozen by support - I reach out to support and get no response, by not being careful and using this app I have now lost almost 5 years worth of money…. Please be careful when deciding which crypto platform you use

Exodus support always responds quickly, follow up closely the issue untill resolution - simple and obvious but I do appreciate!

I have been using Exodus for years and highly rate the app and the service Exodus provides. I had an issue with my LUNC disappearing in my Exodus wallet after transferring the coins from Binance, so I contacted their support. Davor helped me with my issue and provided a step-by-step guide to recover my coins. Davor was very responsive (Withing 10-15 mins of me contacting support) and solved my issue. Highly rate Exodus and the services they provide :)

Brendan and David went above and beyond to assist me with a transaction issue. They responded quickly and worked with me until my issue was resolved.

Avoid this wallet at all costs... The exchange did not work at all... you will have to wait an infinite amount of time for it to complete... eventually they will block your transaction and explain that it is not their fault...Exodus' help is a mistake... they blame it on another company they work with... changelly.com which you should avoid also at all costs. They blocked my funds 7,500 USD despite the KYC procedure and sending them proof of purchase and transferring XMR from Binance.Anonymity no longer exists. Avoid this wallet because Exodus is no longer anonymous and there is no service or help if there is a problem. They replied to my urgent and begging e-mails that it was not up to them and each subsequent e-mail would remain unanswered!!! This is some sick joke, a nightmare... I have no money and I don't know when I will get it back... or ever!!!

Since I started using Exodus, both desktop and mobile were very easy to use, and I never once had any issues with either of them. The portfolio section is also very useful; the seamless swaps are top-tier, and it holds lots of crypto assets. Overall, Exodus is a great platform, and I am very satisfied with it. I just wish there was more information available regarding each crypto asset necessity before I decide to get it.

Didn't know how I would be able to retrieve my coins. Went to find them in a wallet and discovered the wallet was no more. They had changed how they operate. Fortunately, working with EXODUS I was able to retrieve them. If every business was as nice, helpful, responsive and efficient as they are, the world we be a tremendously better place.
