Having made an order, I had some significant delivery issues with DHL. I contacted the customer service team and ended up speaking to Marlon who was extremely helpful with locating the parcel and ensuring I was able to collect it. Was excellent service from Marlon.

Purchased xbox package including 24 months ultimate pass. In light of the recent price increase the bundle was very good value for money.I ran into a problem when validating the pass, contacted the customer service team who resolved within 24 hours.Really good communication and customer service from Jamie who sent clear instructions on how to solve.I rarely can be bothered to write surveys/reviews but this definitely warranted the time and recognition.Highly recommend

Excellent customer service.Received a TV from Exertis via a 3rd party, which arrived broken. Jamie was on the case, and I received a replacement in under a week.

I purchased an Xbox package which included Game Pass and some other bits and pieces. I encountered difficulties in the set-up process including access to Game Pass. The assistance I received from Jamie (D2C - Customer Services @ Exertis) was second to none. Replies were given swiftly to whole host of questions and queries. A truly excellent customer service experience. Well done Jamie! You are a credit to their team.

Have ordered two new Samsung devices and since making payment I haven't received anything from exertisOne of the devices has even delivered and I still haven't received a confirmation from them regarding the order It's over a week now and no sign of the other deviceCan't get them on the phone Number immediately goes to a queue that never gets answered (Held for 2+ hours before hanging up)Easily the worst online experience I've ever had If you can help it Use someone else

Used Exertis for around 3 months. OK pricing but got a number of orders wrong which really upset clients. On top of this, they don't remove returned orders from your statement unless you chase them and get them to do it; apparently this is their normal process? Confusing back end for invoicing and order tracking. Removed our credit limit without any notice or reason. Will never be using Exertis for our clients orders again.

Tech support / Paul Moores was super helpful in aiding me resolve an initial issues with my Xbox X series. Quick response over a couple of days and engaged tech support, something that is not always available from other firms in todays world! Thanks to the Exertis team, would definitely use again.

Found the while process of setting up purchase, delivery and forwarding communication with Klarna for the XBix Series X very easy. Can't fault the process from the initial "buy" command online. Thanks for a very easy transaction. Many other companies in the same sector of business should wake up and pay attention.....this is how it should be.

I purchased a 3 month Xbox PC Game Pass code from the EE Store and attempted to redeem it through digitalredeem.com. I haven't received the digital key and have tried to contact multiple customer services emails. I have yet to receive any response.EDIT: After being contacted by customer services I have updated this review. Paul was incredibly helpful and quickly resolved the issue. There seems to be some issues with the Digital Redeem service and their contact/support system.

Ordered Xbox Series X All access bundle through the Asda website which took me to Exertis. Ordered on the Thursday and they said to expect an email with details about delivery in 3 working days. Wednesday came still no word so sent an email and quickly got a response with tracking information for the Xbox being delivered on the Wednesday.

Attention for small business.Avoid this company as much as you can. After purchase, if anything goes wrong with your product or any dispute you will be left over like you were never their customer even though you are their business partner for a long time. Shameless and unfortunate, Not to forget it is a proven discriminative company (Case Ref: Exertis Vs K Sidhu). They will ruin your business in one transection.

I cancelled a Firewall as a Service, with a date given for the 2nd of March, I have to pay until this date but on the 6th of Feb VPN services were disabled making the firewall useless to remote workers. Basically, told that is the policy, they can get turned off anytime. So I have to pay for a service that my client does not receive. I have had to refund the client, emergency install their new device. Not best pleased.

I had to return a product I had bought twice in error. Paul and Jamie in customer services were amazing. Talking me through the returns process, Keeping me informed throughout, and dealing with courier problems for me too. The refund happened very quickly afterwards too. An excellent Customer Service and I would definitely use this company again.

Quick and easy to sort out payment details, kept up to date with payment details too. Its a good option to buying, with no interest added on. Had originally planned on buying Xbox on its own, but couldnt get one. Took this one with all access and pay monthly, which is fine. Would recommend to anyone who doesnt want to fork out a large amount in one go.

Quick ordering process and lightning dispatch. Was very surprised when Xbox arrived after 2 days from ordering when most of the retailers have them out of stock.One improvement that can be made is to inform customer when the order has been dispatched. I've found out that order is out for delivery from DHL on the day I wasn't at home.

Easy transaction and speedy delivery. Website updated when product was available and email was sent straight away so i was alerted allowing me to get Xbox when everyone else wee sold out. Very pleased with whole experience.

If it wasn't for Marlon from customer service this review would have been a 1 star.I received a device which was not to a standard that I would expect. However the response I received was second to none. Instead of being questioned to death, Marlon resolved the issues in a swift manner which turned around my experience completely.Appreciate the help!
