Is exabytes.my Legit?

I used Exabytes service since year 2007. I bought more than 5 domains, used different types of services including dedicated server, cloud server, share hosting and etc. Their service was excellent before. However I found strange behaviour in their hosting after having many domains. Sometimes a domain's DNS not editable due to some strange reasons. They seems not yet willing to fix this system bugs. Now the support not as good as before. Maybe many customers nowadays? They still willing to solve the problem but the response sometimes slower and the technical skills not as good as 10 years ago in average.

Feel Like Being Scammed!I suspected lots of paid or fake reviews here. Purchased a domain last week, after payment made, then only able to create an account. I was stuck with 2FA, where there was a problem with their system. it was so frustrating where chatbot kept on sharing me guides on how to do 2FA. I have indicated in the emails that I have been using Google authenticator & Duo for few years. My issue was not how to use it. Yet they still treated me like I do not know how to use 2FA. Issue finally was resolved after I called in to Customer Care. I was able to pass 2FA & was advised to save my passcode for future verification. Second time I logged when I purchased hosting. After payment done, I was supposed to be routed back to the Exabyte's page. I was asked to do verification again, which is fine. But suddenly, I couldn't log in & message shown was i keyed in wrong passcode. I was denied the access & sent email to reset password. Password reset, and when it comes to second verification, it was stated that wrong passcode. How stupid is the system. As digital transformation enabler, this service provider really sucks!! Since there is a '100 day Return Policy' I would like to request for full refund.

The online chat support are pretty much useless when it comes to technical support. they're just receptionist who does not know anything and only knows how to redirect traffic. When they have no resource to direct the traffic, they ask you to send email wait till the technical team comes back from their long break.The actual technical support doesn't seem to work on weekends within office hours. Talking about having a live site with people of different timezone using your site. You will be in for a massive headache when crap happens.

realy riped me off! be carefull with this company i ordert singapore vps with 1 month paied 32.99 us (paypal) and suddenly got an us server with 6 days total use and it shows paied. mycity.pictures/ Screenshot-2018-09-04-10-46-PM.jpg not enough any ticket to ask them kindly to change that error runs in no answer and the support always write your mail is forwarded to sales. after i complain at paypal in resolution center i got the mail that i account is suspendet? non about the paied 32.99 us nothing.

really frustrating service. they make you change your password but dont tell you what the password requirements are, when it should be clear since its website security. instead you have to keep on guessing. managed to get through to the customer service via whatsapp, but i dont think she has any idea, coz she keeps on giving either half of the info or the wrong info. i really think most that give 5 star to their service, must be bots or their own people. really really bad service.

a platform claimed provide 24 hour technical support could ignore ur enquiry of refund status after cancel services. if you are paying customer, you r god to them; if you are about to cancel your services, be prepared you be treat like nobody.

Very bad service with multiple downtime. Moved our company email server to their dedicated server platform. Since then were hit by multiple downtime due to storage issue, firewall problem. Tech. support is very minimum.

Terrible 24/7 Servies We have been using Exabytes for more than 3 years. I've had enough. First - we get told our current hosting plan is insufficient to host our site. Which happens, its fair enough. The rates we are being quoted as an existing client is 30% higher than the advertised rates on their website. " Sorry this discounted rate is for new customers only " Second - in the past few months our site has more and more issues - downtime, server errors etc. Exabytes has a Client Login, which is as useful as not having a Client Login. 24/7 Technical Chat only sends even the smallest issues to a ticket via email, and you have to sit and wait while your website is down. Claiming to have round the clock service is pointless when that service never actually does a damn thing besides forward you to someone who will sort it out. Goodbye Exabytes, you're a disappointment of a Malaysian company.

Scammer becarefull i lost my money, them say i have fraud ip, and not show my money what i top up with my creditcardbecarefull dont using this service anymore them scam peope now !!!!!!

Frustrated when using Exabytes - the service level is not up to par. Had requested for step by step help on how to backup my wordpress website and install the latest version of wordpress but the service personnel just left me hanging and told me to liaise with web developer

Great service at 24/7 especially whenever i am work on non working hours.The only problem facing is the communications with different personnels at diff timing due to the working shift which sometimes i have to repeatedly explain again and again although on the same case ID given. there's are lack of internal communication or understanding on the given problems. Anyway, there are helpful enough to help solve the problem. Please be reminded that solving client's problem come 1st then marketing your products. which some of you did that. Must know which priority come 1st when you are attending services. that's why the 5th star is not given to you. TQ.

Shifted from US servers not too long ago due to lags and other disappointments. Exabytes' service has been fantastic so far. Will look to use more of their services e.g. Dedicated Server and CDN if quality remains intact

I have been using Exabytes hosting service for above 2 years+ and I have never encountered big problems compared to other hosting providers. I tried Exabytes is because I saw their Hosting Transfer Program, which offers me 50% OFF and also extra months. They are working hard and they have done a good job for me so far.

I have been getting fast and accurate help from Exabytes support, especially in the last 6 months or so. On my last request, the immediate problem was solved and I was told to request help from my WP theme provider for more information and help to avoid the problem in the future. I appreciated being told where to see further help. Sometimes we just don't know where the source of the problem is. Thanks!
