Is evesaddiction.com Legit?

I received a three stone bracelet and only had worn it a few times when 1 stone fell out; I called the company, but it had been more than 60 days since my daughter-in-law had purchased the bracelet so they wouldn't do anything. I had a jeweler put the stone back in, but it fell out again, along with the 2nd stone and one was lost completely. Feel so badly that my daughter-in-law wasted her money!

I bought three bracelets. One for myself and one for each of my daughters. The stone fell out of my daughters. I never got a reply when reaching out to customer service.

Only gave 1 star because I couldn’t give 0. Their overnight pitch is not really overnight. Tried to send a 50th birthday gift to my sister overnight on a Thursday… it’s now scheduled to arrive on Monday/Tuesday. When I asked for clarification, they told me they don’t deliver on weekends. Wish that had been clear before I purchased their trash ass product.

I bought the men’s Roman numeral bracelet in the box. Which is the only place it looks great. The bracelet links cannot be removed, the bracelet is huge, completely useless and I truly feel robbed of my money. I called customer service and received zero help with it therefore making me feel complete scammed. A bracelet that I intended to be beautiful and meaningful makes me so angry each time I see it sitting on my dresser in the cute little bag. I’m so disappointed. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM AT ALL, WILL BE VERY UNHAPPY.

I purchased hoop earrings and a silver heart necklace. Absolutely beautiful, fast delivery as well. Came in under three business days. However I am very unhappy how I got the necklace. Unfortunately the chain came with a knot in it. Chain is already very thin and fragile and now it may break completely. I am not interested in any refund but I just wanted Eve's Addiction to see my honest review and try to package their necklaces a little more careful so this doesn't happen again to another buyer. It's funny because you read the reviews on their website and it's all happy customers and crap. When you search their reviews it all come back 1 star. I bought an item.. piece of crap. It came with 1 stones missing and another 3 more stones fell out within a month. Too expensive for vending machine quality I'd give them a -1 review if I could. I only bought it because the 'reviews' were good.. liars

Terrible experience. Ordered the birthstone bezel necklace. After wearing it less than 2 months a stone fell out. Emailed customer service but they won’t do anything. Never wore it in water- shower, removed it at night. Total waste of $65, never recommending this company to anyone.

Unfortunately the jewelry doesn’t last. Gems will fall off after minimal wear, the chain will break easily, the fold will scratch and tarnish quickly, it is very disappointing. I gave this as a gift to my mother and while the immediate presentation was nice, that is the only satisfaction you will get from your purchase. Shortly afterwards, it will fall apart. I should have gone to a reputable jeweler. Save your time, disappointment and money.

Unfortunately I forgot to read the reviews beforehand..I ordered a personalized mens bracelet. Its too small. After 4 phonecalls I got someone who spoke decent English. They will not refund me since its personalized. There are no extra links available and no extenders. I am sunk after spending $99.37 This company should be put out of business. There needs to be a law in place to protect online consumers from this thievery .

I have ordered several pieces of jewelry from Eve's Addiction and each piece (in stock) was shipped the same day. Subsequently each one arrived within 2-4 days.The quality of the jewelry is indisputable. All of my rings and earrings are beautiful with polished looks. The jewelry is sturdy and of high quality. The stainless steel jewelry is my favorite. It is the best I've found.I will definitely support Eve's Addiction for the long run.

I bought my mother in law a birthstone necklace that had 5 birthstones for mother day. She had it for a month and one of them fell out. I sent an email to see if we could get it fixed and it’s been over a week with no response back which isn’t great customer service.

The pave' wedding band i ordered is absolutely stunning! Much prettier than the real thing. It arrived today & when i opened it i couldn't belive the sparkle & impeccable craftsmanship. I ordered it on 2/4 and it arrived exactly when they said it would. Customer service was very helpful answering any questions i had & were great. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Ordered a bracelet for Mother’s Day and the quality of the bracelet is absolutely terrible. Looks so cheap and the birthstone rocks are glued in. They won’t let me return because it’s “personalized”. I was offered a 30% discount and free shipping. No thanks!

Ordered a interlocking heart necklace that encases birthstone gems as a gift. Very disappointed in the quality and too embarrassed to give it as a gift. The item cost $70 and looks like a piece of $5 costume jewelry. The gems don’t shine like they look in picture because they are plastic. You can get Swarovski crystals and real silver necklace for same price they charge for this costume jewelry. The website offers return if customer not satisfied but they wouldn’t take it back because they saidit’s customized due to the birthstones. They can easily be removed from the interlocking heart as they were just floating inside the locket.

Placed an order for 3 birthstone necklaces in gold color metal for two grandmas birthday gifts and one for mom. Received all 3 in silver. Confirmation email doesn't reference the metal request, therefore you don't have a leg to stand on once you place the order and fork over the money. I wrote to them and response was unsupportive. Their website needs work and I don't have any faith in orders placed with them would be fulfilled as requested, so I won't be looking to purchase from this company in the future.

Due to the poor quality of the product and poor customer service I will be finding a similar product elsewhere to replace their broken bracelet. I ordered a birthstone bracelet for my Grandma last year and one of the gems fell out of the bracelet within 9 months. When I reached out to customer support, they said they could repair it for a fee of $17.99. I agreed since my Grandma really liked the bracelet only to then be told by support that it was not eligible for a repair. Instead, they could offer me 30% off and free shipping as a "one time courtesy". When I ordered the bracelet originally it was 30% off and when I was offered this "one time courtesy" by support there was already a promotion on their site for free shipping over a certain price, so they essentially offered me nothing. I expressed my disappointment but they did not seem to care. Would not purchase from this company again.

Just like all the other reviews say - DO NOT BUY from them! They have been taken over by a foreign entity and their customer service is aimed at pretending to not understand a word of what you write. Responses have nothing to do with what your concern is. A total scam of a company just making money until someone shuts them down!! That would be us consumers not buying!!!

Edit: I emailed Eves and they are giving me a one time courtesy return for my custom bracelet. I updated my 1 star to 4: 1 star for value and 3 more for the customer service. I appreciate they are not in fact a true scammerI paid $82 for something that looks like I got off the clearance rack from Walmart. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT SHOP HERE. This is a scam company. There is no way in hell I will give this bracelet to my mom for Mother’s Day. It would be a disgrace and an embarrassment if I did. This company Eve's Addiction doesn't solicit review's or let you add one to their website. This is a huge red flag for consumers. Not soliciting reviews means they have something to hide - low quality garbage jewelry. Save your money for something nice - something that won't fall apart in a couple of days. This is WAYYYYY overpriced for the garbage quality you will get. Do NOT be lured in by their strong marketing! Its all smoke!

They sent me a shipping label to return for a remake. 3 weeks out they can't find the USPS return and refuse to give me a credit. Didn't get my full order. I tried multiple times to reach customer service, no one ever picked up! I stayed on the phone for over an hour both times. Don't ever buy anything from this site. They will take your money and leave you with nothing.

“Poor long term quality. Only 7 months”

Bought two birth stone rings gold in color for 56.00 each after few months they turned silver and the stone fell out. Contacted customer service and its past 60 days so they won't do anything. I think something at 56.00 each should last a few years, seeing I could shop at tiffany's and get a nice quality ring for a little bit more with a life time warranty. Granted it doesn't have all the birth stones but at least they back their items. If you don't plan to keep your significant other shop here it won't last. I'm going back to the little blue box company instead of the Sh$# box company

“Deceitful products”

I ordered personalized bracelets for mother's day. When they arrived they were so small they would barely fit on my 3 year old. Their claim that the bracelet was 5" long did not uphold. They measured approximately 2.25" because they were rounded. I would have happily just straightened them out to fit an adult human however the chain attached would then not be long enough. “Junk”

I bought my mom a grandmothers bracelet at the end of July 2022. A few days ago she sent me a picture of the bracelet that had one stone missing of the four stones. I contacted Eves Addiction about this issue, and they told me that since I'm 60 days out of my purchase wi do that I am in eligible for any compensation or replacement. I think the bracelet cost me around $70 total with shipping. I really thought my mom would have a nice grandmothers bracelet for more than a few months. If you want junk, buy from Eves Addiction!

I ordered a beautiful mother's ring. After the 4th time my mom wore it, it only had 3 stones left out of 12! I emailed them and they refuse to fix it bc it's past the 60-day warranty period. It looked pretty. Now it's junk. Wasted my $40

This website used to be credible unfortunately they've gone to sh*t. I've ordered from them numerous times in the past and I've never had an issue and if I had I would just called up their amazing customer service. Fast forward to 2021. They first sent me the wrong items. Then I called up their customer service in India! The women at the other end of the line refused to even listen to me and kept speaking over me about when my order would be delivered and I was trying to tell her I had already received the wrong items. I hung up because she refused to listen to me. Then emailed their customer service. Two weeks later and I'm still waiting for a replacement order. I will never purchase another thing for these thieves. All of what is listed about the customer issues with this place is absolutely true. They did not pull through for the "expedited" shipping and didn't even refund the full cost of the shipping after failing to complete what we paid for! $126 bracelet felt apart in days. This place is a joke. And good luck getting someone competent on the phone, I have yet to and have called several times with 0 resolution to what is seemingly a simple issue.

I paid $90 for birthstone earrings for my sister's milestone birthday gift and received earrings that are so tiny they look like a child's earrings. You need a magnifying glass to see the "gems." I am embarrassed to gift them, so $90 went down the tubes. The product is much smaller than depicted in the advertisement. I will never purchase from this company again, and am considering filing a complaint. They have a "no return" policy and should be shut down due to misrepresentation of their products. I bought a necklace online in August. I have emailed the company to either get a refund or change my shipping address which they notified me was wrong. The website offers next day shipping so I felt comfortable placing an order and assuming that it would be here in time to give as a birthday gift. Not so much! I ordered on Saturday, it shipped on Tuesday, it is now Thursday afternoon and there is still no tracking information. It reads "on its way to USPS", 5 days after ordering. I have contacted customer service 4 times and have received nothing but one line responses about when it was shipped. Not a single we're sorry, let us make this right. Although you probably will not find high quality jewelry here, I enjoy shopping on this merchant's website to purchase items you will not find in your local jewelry store. They offer a wide selection of costume jewelry at very reasonable prices. I recently ordered a sterling silver Italian horn and am very pleased with it. Their customer service is also very good. Most items are available with free shipping.

“Misleading discount”

On their homepage it clearly stated "30% off all orders plus free shipping on all orders" ALL orders. After placing my order I noticed I still got charged $8.95 for shipping. I emailed them and asked for it to be refunded. After 3 back and forth exchanged they stick with, the free shipping was on first class option only (although is never stated that) and that since my order has already shipped, they can't do anything about it. So they are refusing to refund my shipping cost even though it was a screw up on their site. Tip for consumers:Dont trust what they say. Double check because their charges hide behind the excuse of "default". To be fair I have to add this to my review. Eve's Addiction reached out to me about exchanging the ring. After leaving my negative review. They said I could exchange it for a different size. I'm almost afraid to after reading everyone's reviews. At least I will have my credit card and Paypal behind me if needed.

“Questionable quality?”

I purchased a small pair of half in hoop earrings customized with 3 birthstones. The stones are much smaller than they appear online. You can barely tell the colors. They were advertised as sterling. A card with them says they may discolor (as sterling sometimes does) but it also says not to use a polishing cloth on them. I have used those cloths my while life on sterling and have never had an issue. I question if they really are sterling.

I order a custom engraved dog tag, it was supposed to be a medium, it was very small, but the quality of the actual dog tag was decent for what I paid for it and the engraving was way better than I expected it to be

This will need another update but I wanted to be fair. They did not contact me via e-mail so I made a phone call. The service representative was very polite and helpful. They will be replacing my keychain. I made the error of not recognizing the portrait/landscape mode when ordering so she will change that for me. So upon arrival of the replacement I will update when I see what that looks like. But, I wanted everyone to know that through a phone call they were helpful. Now, whether it happens is another story. Will keep everyone posted. Also, they were quick about the phone process.
