Is everyhealth.com Legit?

I'm giving 3 stars because the products are excellent, however, the delivery times are quite ridiculous, unless we were in 1972. For today's world, waiting nearly two weeks for an order to ship from the US to the UK is madness.I think this is the 'new' site for Garden of Life, or some sort of partnership. However, I cannot find lots of other products I buy on either store's website, so they seem to be attempting to push me to see quite how loyal I really am.Luckily for them, I like the products, so am being patient, but it does really need to get better to keep up with the competition as a minimum. Now, do I still get my voucher for a 3 star review? Hope so, as I think I've been quite reasonable...

If I could give 0 stars I would. I'm waiting for my parcel since the 20th of September. I went to the live chat I was told by the agent that my parcel was delivered on the 26th but it was definitely not delivered to myself nor to my neighbours. Never received a dispatching email or one that states that my order has been delivered. They sent me the tracking number and the status is 'delivered' but to who??I'm still waiting for my parcel to arrive, you are responsible to send another parcel. Otherwise it means you're a scam

I thought they were scammers based on the reviews and panicked when I had ordered and checked Trust Pilot after .. but they were super fast. Two weeks delivery to Denmark and products were top notch. No complaints. Will probably order from them again since we don't have these supplements locally.

Only used this site because vitalproteins.co.uk has just started redirecting people who want to buy specific flavours of their collagen coffee creamer to this site for some bizarre reason (since you can still buy the majority of their other products including one lonely flavour of the creamer at their original site).Was already annoyed about having to place a double order but have just received my estimated delivery date from Every Health and it’s 1-3 weeks longer than it would have been from Vital Proteins…The beauty of buying from VP was that I could realize I was out of a product, order it and have it arrive within a couple of days. Would not have ordered if I’d known the delivery times and that it was coming all the way from America and wish they'd been a bit more transparent about delivery times (i.e. by showing estimated shipping times during checkout).

First of all, I ordered the product on 08/08/2024 and it was processed on 08/09/2024. It’s supposed to be going to Italy and is way off on the delivery date estimate. It’s also very difficult to get a hold of someone who can help. Instant chat says not available and the phone number hasn’t worked once for me. So the product still has not left NJ and it was processed on the 9th. Thats more than 15 days sitting idle. I will be reporting this to whoever I have to in order to get some help. Order #597455317

Been ordering from Every Health for a while and then after my last order they've closed my account - apparently for bulk buying - I do larger orders when items are on offer and suddenly they've closed my account with no warning! very disappointed.

Very poor customer service still a week and no updates what so ever- still waiting looks like my order won’t arrive this week either ??Why the bad communication we have also been charged for this? I have had no email notifications either Very poor will definitely not be ordering from this company again sorry…

tried everyhealth for the first time since i wanted garden of life products, it was pretty good, got all my products and their customer service was helpful. will definitely buy again from them again.

The sell Garden of life products but perform really badly. Missed the deadline for delivery. They promise discounts that are never applied.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! Would put 0 stars if I could. Ordered a product which never arrived, spent 30 minutes waiting to get through to customer service to be told computer says no on processing a refund! Terrible company, useless customer service. Don’t waste your money!!

Placed an order on 02/02/2022, said delivery would be within 48 hours. It has been over 2 weeks and it has not been been dispatched. Asked for an update on this on two separate occasions, both times told me I’d receive an update within 48 hours, which I didn’t. Requested a refund as it was taking way too long, they said they cannot gurantee I will receive my refund? Completely unacceptable.

Place an order on 26th April 2023 and thought it was a UK company. Only when I started tracking it did I realise it was coming from America and delivery should be 2nd May. We waited in on the 2nd May and it didnt turn up. Contacted Every Health and they said it was lost and i could have a refund or resent. We arranged for it to he delivered to a friend we were staying with over the bank holiday and Every Health couldnt guarentee that the next shipment would arrive before we went home. Its going to take 3 to 5 working days to get my £128 back. As i pointed out the purchase transaction is instantaneous so why cant they make refunds. Worried i wont get my money back. Avoid like the plague!!!!!

Order never arrived. Using a Hong Kong 3rd party shipping from US (for products originating from the US) but tracking is vague and never arrived. It’s been over 8 weeks. They finally deemed it lost package and refunded me but short changed me by almost $4. Definitely not ordering from this site again.

Another perfect experience. I live in the UK and my order arrived in the predicted 3-4 days. I’ve now placed 4 ordered with Every Health and had no problems. Maybe I’ve not experienced any problems because I’ve used express delivery each time but I honestly can’t fault them as a company.

I ordered some electrolyte tablets from them, which turned up in good time - no issues there. But when I was ordering I was offered a free extra tube of tablets because I'd spent X amount, so naturally added the free tube to my basket too. There was also some weird soup for people on a diet that I didn't want but it was free and I couldn't remove from my basket? So this huge box arrives with all this soup (plus what I actually ordered)...but then I get ANOTHER dispatch email to notify me that my free tube of electrolyte tablets was being sent from Kentucky (!) to the UK. Why on earth would they a) dispatch this separately and b) send a box with a single, small tube of electrolyte tablets across the Atlantic by air freight at (presumably) vast expense, not to mention the carbon emissions etc.?! I won't be buying from them again and will give all my unwanted soup to the foodbank. Weirdest experience I think I've ever had ordering online

After seeing these reviews I was reluctant to order from here but thought I would give it a go and to my surprise the package came a day early than the expected delivery date! Don’t let these reviews put you off. Quality products as well. Will definitely be ordering from here again.

Being scammed. Placed my order and tracking number has disappeared. Last checked when was visibile sunday with customs for a week. No response helpdesk. Avoid these scammers

I ordered 2 Item's but it's been almost three weeks, and I still haven't received them.When I track the package, it shows "out for delivery," but I have not received my order. There hasn't been any note left at my door or an email confirmation stating that the items have been delivered.

I order 4 bottles of Omega Supplements for my kids.The products are late and it is found all the tablets in stick together at each bottle when arrived and maybe it is too hot during transportation.I contact to the Customer Services and provide all the information and photos for changing a standard one or refund, Every Health pass to the investigation team and said 3-5 days for investigation. However, up to 1 month, there is no feedback and also my further email. Totally disappointing and frustration and MUST not buy product here again.

the products garden of life is fantastic, very good quality,i receive it today, it was fast. i was worry with the bad publicity . but for me it is not true at all. i wrote this to rectify , this company for me is reliable, deliver the product i expect and in a good time. completly satisfy. sorry for the english mistakes, i am french
