Is everlywell.com Legit?

Hi, so as far as my experience goes, I think for the price you pay you might as well go to a real doctor for a few extra dollars, It's been over a week and a half since my thyroid test has been mailed out and has been processing for the last week now and still awaiting results. Had I gone to a doctor It wouldn't have taken nearly as long to complete and I probably could have been on medicine at this point.

I bought the thyroid test because they said a doctor would follow up and prescribe meds if the labs were abnormal. I knew my labs would be abnormal, and in fact they were, and nobody ever followed up with me and I'm still without meds. Over a hundred bucks down the drain.

Everlywell is such a great option for people who want to know more about their health without the hassle of going to your doctor and getting blood work done that really doesn't tell you OR the doctor what's going on. I have used Everlywell a few times now and have even purchased tests for family members. I am a huge fan and forever customer.

I still have not received my results. They may be available in my account but I cannot access it. I would like to get the results in the mail but so far nothing. Disappointed since this test was not cheap.

I ordered 2 kits. Mine went smoothly. But we had a registration problem with the 2nd kit. Unfortunately, it took a LOT of time to figure out how to get some advice and direction to resolve the problem. It was very difficult to actually talk to a "person". Once we did,she was able to walk us through the problem. I realize that most errors occur over-and-over and can be addressed with a FAQ or phone tree response. Our's could not. So access to customer services is currently lacking

I am a repeat customer. I recently took another HbA1c test. I mailed the test kit and the shipper showed a confirmed delivery on 7/12 at 10a. I checked the Everlywell dashboard on 7/12 thru 7/16 and the status still showed 'Kit Registered'. On 7/16 (4 days later) I sent a message to support asking when my kit would be tested advising 4 full days have gone since the kit was delivered. On 7/16 Within 30 minutes I got a response and the dashboard status was updated and that it could take 1-4 days to process. 9 hours later the test results were published. It seemed like the test was rushed and/or not processed properly. My results were higher than ever before so I sent a message to support again asking about the accuracy of the test before I go elsewhere to get re-tested. I got NO response at all. I would like to have the results re-tested or submit another test kit but I do not feel confident with Everlywell at this point. I felt like the test was rushed and poor support response is the reason for my review.

We heard about this from a family member who was really excited about his results. So we decided to give it a try and were incredibly disappointed. First, just know that you have to give them 10 drops of blood; not a smear, or a touch of your bloody finger - FULL DROPS. This is a bit more difficult than you might imagine. Second, your results come back in two categories - high sensitivity and mild sensitivity. We sent our bloody cards in and anxiously awaited the results. They did come rather quickly all things considered - maybe a week? We eagerly logged in to see the results. Zero. I had ZERO items of high sensitivity. I had 4 items of mild sensitivity. Here's what they were - grape leaves (maybe have had twice in my entire 50 years), black tea (don't drink it), clams (don't eat them) and garlic. My husband's results were similar. These tests were $270 each. Needless to say we feel totally rooked. And afterward, continue to get emails with tips on how to start an "elimination diet" for the sensitive foods, and subscription to further health tips and advice. UNSUBSCRIBE.Unless you have real food digestion issues that you're finding no solution to on your own and have no where else to seek help - do not recommend.

I received elevated out of range results for vitamin D from EverlyWell. Alarmed I scheduled an appointment with my doctor to run a vitamin D test and the EverlyWell results were wrong 40 points wrong / higher. Never again will I use it or trust Everlywell. It caused a lot of unnecessary stress and waste of money! 0 stars if I could!

The results took much longer than anticipated and there was no communication about the delay. We finally received the results six days after the end date of the range and only after calling customer service.

Easy Process! Very impressed! However the daily emails are getting old quickly.

The test are self explanatory and easy shipping along with the customer service is wonderful. However, I believe that the lab numbers are completely off! I went and did a redo test on this lab work and it was completely different.

It was a fast turn-around. I wish there was a little more information such as:Was the range provided for "Low, Normal and High" based on age and/or other factors?Is there a test for Cortisol level available?

I have used the company in the past. I noticed this time,the blood sample card seemed to require a large amount of blood to be filled. I had to lance a second finger to get enough! I had simple Hba1c test. It was received by them on Monday but no results until Saturday. Perhaps they don't have adequate capacity now? Otherwise, web and email updates are fine. Be sure to check web for coupons as they always have them but returning customers won't be told.

Following the instructions, it took me almost a month to collect all the samples. They then said my samples were invalid, and sent me a replacement. The whole process takes 2 months now and I have not received the replacement. They said every sales was final and I would not be able to get my money back. Such a scam...
