Is euybike.com Legit?

I bought two different models for my wife and I. We both love our Euybikes so much. We have only 100 miles thus far but the are very well made. It was easy to put together and shipping was fast. We love them!!

Fast delivery and good shipping everything came in well packaged.

Love the power and the durability. Very smooth and easy to ride. I wish they would have integrated the taillight into the battery pack instead of having a cheap bicycle light under the seat. The folding design isn’t the best but it’s ok. Overall I give it an 8 out of 10 rating.

This so far has been an amazing bike with surprising battery life! I can't wait to get the S4 Pro Max so I get those upgraded benefits. Got to wait for next black friday though lol

Hi, I recieved my bike everything looked good, except my seat (C-Clamp) was broken or defective. I sent an email to customer service like the instruction stated along with photos. I have not received an response from anyone.

10 days since order fulfillment and still not delivered. I took the original delivery date off work to receive and FedEx never came. I’ve worked with FedEx to resolve the issue and it still isn’t fixed. I’ve reached out to Euybike and have gotten no help at all. In the meantime it’s costing me a small fortune in scooter rentals to commute to work and back because my E-bike is lost in the mail.

Our 2 bikes arrived within 3 days in great condition. The instructions were easy to follow. One of the kickstands was wrong but customer support sent another on out the same day. Would recommend the bike and company to anyone interested in in E-Biking.

I received my e-bike quickly. Everything was packaged correctly. No missing parts. Easy to put together. I was writing it on my first day. I just love it

Fast free shipping, I feel like I got twice the bike for half of the price, I like the way it handles, the dual suspension really smooths the bumps and holes that are on any street, path or whatever, The hydraulic 180 mm disk brakes stop very well,The motor is quiet and powerful and can handle most uphill climbs. I feel confident on my S4

I’m giving euybike this rating because they delivered a high quality bike with great customer service when 2 other bike manufacturers didn’t. FedEx had several issues delivering the bike but euy provided great support and was with me every step of the way even when I los patience. The bike arrived 95% assembled as claimed and I was able to assemble it alone in about 30 minutes. And that’s with zero bike building experience. I am extremely happy and will purchase again.

so far the bike has been great at about 100 miles, its a comfortable ride with a plush seat that makes longer trips more doable. however the one issue i have is the bike struggling at pedal assist 5 to give full power, the bike claims speeds of 28-33mph. but on PA5 full throttle i often cap at 24-25mph, not sure why and ill follow up with support to see if its a setting that can be changed. But overall for what you get its worth the money with other similar spec'd bikes often being 2000$ or more

Brakes need a little adjusting. Headlight should show further off from center good light just no preferable light. Needs better shocks. Improve the seat. No comfortable. Otherwise good bike

Was told that the bike I wanted was in stock and it would ship in 1 or 2 days. The FedEx label was created but the bike was never given to FedEx until a week later. Euybike told me it was FedEx that forgot to record the pickup. FedEx said that the bike was never physically shipped. It wasn't till I suggested filing a lost claim to Euybike that it magically was given to FedEx the next day. Normally this wouldn't be a huge deal, but the timing was important to me and why I inquired about the delivery time before ordering. I also didn't appreciate puting the blame on FedEx.

I accidentally ordered under my previous address and the customer support team was able rapidly respond to amend my mistake before shipping. Then when I got my bike, it was easy to set up and is AWESOME to ride. Very happy with my bike and about to order another!

The order was delivered earlier than expected. Everything was in great brand new condition. Packaged well. I’m only 1 week in but the bike is performing great! Suspension is awesome Brakes are amazing I’m over 350lbs and this bike is still working perfectly

We looked around for the ebike that would fit out needs. A folding bike that was still stout, fast and durable. I am 6'2 and 230 pounds. We also needed them delivered within a narrow timeframe. The company was great to work with and got us the bikes on time. No taxes and no delivery cost. Easy to put together I would say that the manual needs updating because there were some differences that we had to figure out. But wasn't a problem. We needed them to fold up and go in the back of an airplane and they worked perfectly for that. I highly recommend the company and the bike.

You guys build a great bike. Everything as advertised except for the fun level. It’s much more fun than expected! The quality, styling, ride comfort and performance is over the top. Would highly recommend.Just one man’s opinion, but if you knew me you would know I don’t give such high marks unless earned.

Euybike's Customer Service listened to what I had to say and remedied my issue. I am pleased with how they took care of me, their customer.

Bike arrived in good order and was easy to assemble. Range was listed as 50 miles extended to 80 miles with pedal assist. I ran out of juice in 23 miles(!!!) pretty frustrating as this is not close to the advertised range even accounting for driving conditions.
