We bought tiles for our new kitchen from Eurotiles in Stevenage. Excellent range, friendly and knowledgeable service and good pricing and delivery. There was a small accident in delivering the tiles to us, but Eurotiles rectified matters with no fuss. It's also commendable that Eurotiles coped well when we repeatedly changed our minds about tile and grout colour - didn't phase them at all.(We introduced out builder and kitchen fitter to Eurotiles, and he's impressed too).

The Rustington shop has great selection of items. Imre was very knowleadgable and patient with us, made the whole shopping experience enjoyable, not to mention the great offer! Will be back definitely. If you do, just ask for Imre!

Sophie was so friendly and knowledgeable and made my experience of looking for tiles really enjoyable.She gave me some good ideas and even gave me some samples to take away so that I could discuss with family and my kitchen company.

I had a great experience when I visited the Rustington shop. I went over the basis to look after certain products and to have an ideia of the total cost. The gentleman that shown me around (Imre if not in mistake) explained and shown me a variety of product and advised according to my ideias and explained the materials, long term use and expectable issues over the years with the different materials. Very pleasant visit and extremely enriching experience.

Can't thank Simon in Braintree branch enough for his excellent customer service. He went above and beyond what I expected. He initially sourced taps and bathroom fittings for me that not only matched but came in at an unbelievably competitive price. Everything was delivered on time. One year on and we had problems with a tap. All was under manufacturers warranty however the manufacturer didn't want to know. I turned to Simon for advice. He picked up the gauntlet negotiated replacements and reimbursement of my plumbing costs for removal and replacement with the manufacturer. He took away all the worries. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

I have had to find a tile cutter which was not Uber expensive. I went to Eurotiles whom were immensely helpful and explained which would be better for the job I had to do. Perfect customer care and understanding Cheers guys

We were helped with the entire process. From layout to design, to product choices and everything else up to delivery. Excellent customer service and the Assistant Manager, Sophie, is a complete superstar!

Placed order for tile inc delievery charges was told 2 weeks later tile not available order was cancelled 3 months on and 20 emails later still no refund

I have brought from this shop many times and they are always so helpful and I wouldn't go anywhere else, highly recomend !!

Honestly, I highly recommend this company to anyone. I was just a bargain hunter who was after clearance sale tiles on Eurotiles & Bathrooms website. Twice I purchased a small number of tiles, both of a total value of £100-£200, and each time they treated me as if I was their most important valued customer. It's clear no order too small and they will definitely go the extra mile to help you. Be it by a telephone call or an email my enquires were promptly responded it was always extremely professional and helpful. My second order needed quite a tight delivery turnaround to my local branch, and of course, they achieved that at no extra cost. When collecting my order both times, the staff at the branch helped me load the tiles into my car. It's not just the service but their tiles are fantastic products! I love them - they are truly great products. I also didn't know they have such a great showroom until I went to the local branch to collect the tiles. Spacious and many quality displays were so inspiring. So glad that I came across and found this company online and also found the showroom. Thank you Aidan for your 5-star customer service for my online orders, and Sophie and her colleagues at my local branch for being so friendly and helpful. You all understood how stressful a house renovation project could be and thank you for your kind words and lots of encouragement!

I recently used these guys for the first time - & Al-Murad. Well, Chalk & Cheese! Al Murad are Rude, Lie & cheat you. They have some nice tiles, but these guys have that & more. Euro Tiles really know how to look after a customer. I went in a few times. Each time I was greeted warmly. None of them could do enough for me. I actually felt like I got to know them. I know them all by name. Their show room is up to date. There are some great deals to be had. And good advice was handed out continiously. I've never met a better team. In fact I'm sure if I bump into any of them anywhere again I could have a decent chat with them. Never been so relaxed whilst shopping for something I know very little about. No pressure at all. Thank you guys (& Gal)!
