Is europeanmint.com Legit?

I bouht 2 gold coins worth € 2.751,83. I immediately reported the non delivery and an investigation was opened. I filled out the form they sent me and returned it to them at the end of july.A complaint was opened, but although the shipment is insured so far I have not been reimbursed. Hope this problem is going to be solved soon as they're collaborative and kind16/10 In the end I got a full refund. They are reliable

I have made two purchases so far and both went really smooth. First one was delivered through standard post which took around 20 days to arrive, second one was sent through UPS, which took less than 5 days. Everything came packaged in a discreet and safe way. No complaints at all, support is really responsive, will definitely order more.

I have been buying gold and silver from the European Mint (EM) for over a year now and I must say that they have the best and most responsive sales team that I have dealt with. I live in Qatar and shipping or customs rules can be challenging in this part of the world. However, EM were always on top of all issues and they always ensured I get my orders the smoothest and fastest way possible. Great deals and range of collections as well! Thanks for shipping so fast. I placed my order and did the money transfer with no problems. When I needed help with tracking my order, they responded quickly and sorted it out. The package arrived in Scotland well packed, so there was no damaged. The coins I received are just what I ordered, and all original coins in Proof condition. Thank You for the good business. European Mint recently reached out to me after a previous review I left and sought to make things right. There is a new person in charge of customer service, and despite my review being a long time ago...he wanted to make it right and did so. I was not asked to change this review, but when I recognize a company is seeking to learn and improve (as we all do) I really appreciate that. Recently received my third order, so far the coin quality is really good. It's worth mentioning that last time I had to pay to another bank account, but everything else was the same. I wish transit time was a bit faster, but that's common for online shopping.

I have been using The European Mint for over 3 years in both a formal business supply and as a personal customer. I have found their service to be excellent in every way and their coins and silver excellent quality. I would highly recommend them to any prospective buyers of silver or gold in Europe.

Fedex recently lost my parcel and admitted responsibility. Although annoying, I thought this wouldn't be a problem as EuropeanMint would have parcel insurance with fedex. Doesn't matter because EuropeanMint have just flat out ignored all of my emails so now I have lost £3500. Oh and you'll also need to pay import tax when ordering to the UK (not stipulated anywhere on their site).Updated 22/11 - was contacted and told they would open an investigation 2+ months ago that could take up to 21 business days, this has long gone and i'm still no closer to a resolution.Updated 6/22 - I have since been refunded by European Mint in full for the lost order.

I have EM several times now and have never been disappointed. The quality and range of products is excellent and the packaging and delivery is great although sometimes the delivery time can be a little long, but that is only moan. I would heartily recommend EM to anyone looking to but precious metals.

I have revived 2 delivery's both were extremely well and secure packed, great selection and pricepoint. The European Mint it is probably the best place to buy VAT free Silver in Europe.

WHAT is happening!? I have bought here several times and was always satisfied. You do have to pay weeks before they have some coins, which is irritating but I accepted that too. Then suddenly my order of a very collectable Disney coin was "oversold". So they could not deliver what I paid for weeks ahead. Very unpleasant, but what can you do?Now I ordered again for over 5000 euros and the invoice has a different bank, account name and even country (Lithuania!). I don't know about you, but we are dealing with a private company, where you must put your trust for weeks, even months before delivery. All red flags in the air when they want an order to be paid to someone else, a one person company without any assurances. Make up your own mind, but I do not deal this way.

I placed a larger order here. Prices been great and the service has been excellent every time. Always replying quickly by email and being helpful. I cant recommend them enough really. My favorite shop in Europe by far. Thank you!
