I was never told, until this week, that I had to translate all my product data and keywords into different languages myself. Very disappointing.

you advertised a company called cosmetique totale france through euro pages and it was also verified. This company is a scam, gets money from you but does not give any products. (its a fraudulent company). FRAUD. they took my money, gave no products and then stopped responding and stopped using the number i was contacting them on. BE AWARE. SCAM FRAUDULANT COMPANIES ARE LISTED ON HERE.

Company is a fraud. 0 Impact. They invoiced us another 5k even though we cancelled in advance. In the small print was written that you need to cancel 3 months in advance. After discussing with them, they didn't give us any concession. Again 0 Sales, 5k Cost per year. AVOID!

Company just declined my intention to list my company on the platform. Our products are office furniture, office furniture components and accessories. Europages said there will be no demand on our products and we will not include you. But same time there are 152 companies in office furniture sector on the platform. I would advise any company against working with Europages. They first call to indicate that they see that a lot of searches are being done on their platform for terms that are relevant to our company.Then had 2/3 meetings where this was emphasized again. STAY AWAY! FOR THE LOVE OF GOD!What they do is that they lure you into a contract, and then trap you in that contract with ridiculous renewal terms. As soon as you show the slightest interest, their sales department will literally spam you with emails and calls to make you a client, and as soon as you are trapped with a contract, then they completely ignore you, there is absolutely no way to communicate with them!I have been sending emails for the past two weeks and they don't even reply back. I have been calling them and the only answer they give on the phone is that I should send them an email. You end up in an endless loop!We have paid so far 8000euros due to their scam and the impact was 0! 0 sales, 0 inquiries! STAY AWAY! You will regret every moment and every penny you will spend with those people!EDIT: Just an hour after I have posted this review, I received an answer from europages on trustpilot, asking my details in order to further investigate this matter.How about you just answer to the emails and phone calls that you receive from your clients? If only you were that eager to reply to your clients over the phone or email, rather than trust pilot!That clearly shows that you have absolutely no control and that you are lost. I will give you all my details when my contract finally ends with you! At the moment I will not share my details because I am afraid that you will intentionally make my life even harder than it already is!

The contract gives the right to the clients to have an immediate termination.The service wasn't fulfilled in time, and for example the advertisement is still open, the translation is still open. In addition on Europages website, the company profile is defined in the Terms of service:Company profile means the page of the Website dedicated to the User, offering him the possibility to present his company, its activities, products and services, to display his contact details and to integrate a hypertext link to his own website.The contract doesn't define which part will be translated, and during our conversation you said, that it will take more time, but not that it won't be translated.

Even though our profile is complete, the type of clientele isn't yet satisfying as they look for different suppliers from our core business.
