Is euroflorist.de Legit?

Hello. I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent order I placed for a birthday bouquet for my daughter. Unfortunately, the flowers were delivered one day earlier than the requested date and to a neighbor instead of the intended recipient. This created a significant inconvenience, as my daughter was not home to receive the flowers on time.To make matters worse, the packaging lacked sufficient water to keep the flowers fresh. By the time they reached my daughter, the bouquet had wilted and was no longer presentable. This was meant to be a special gesture for her birthday, but it fell far short of expectations.I trust that you value your customers and would take measures to ensure such issues do not occur in the future. I would appreciate a response to this feedback and a resolution to this matter.Thank you for your attention.

Extremely poor service!After purchasing a bouquet it arrived nothing similar like on a picture. Much less stems, most flowers unopened, roses almost dead. Absolute ignorance from their website, very trivial answer that bouquet had been delivered, what else you want? By the way, you will receive a notification just after purchasing on your email that flowers will be delivered in buds. This is the main argument why looks like crap.Pure disappointment. Never ever deal again.

I’m in Thailand and was order flowers to my bf in Dortmund it is really nice. I read many bad reviews and also worry at first but the flowers is really come in time but it is ship by mail so maybe this is problem in case you didn’t got in times but for overall it is really good impression for me and my bf for our 1 year anniversary.

It was easy to order and seemed like it would be super smooth and fast, that's why I paid over 40€ for flowers that were worth half that price. I ordered shortly after 9 and paid 10€ extra for same day delivery to my wife's office. I know they don't guarantee a specific delivery time, but I assumed that since I ordered so early they would be delivered sometime during the day. Instead they were delivered to a security guard at almost 8pm. Well after my wife left the office. Surprise ruined, money wasted. I won't count on them again.

Very disappointing, my sister ordered flowers for me from the UK to Germany. The tracking number and link sent in the email did not work so we could not find out where they had been delivered to. By the time we got a correct link from customer service it was too late and the flowers were dead. It was very stressful for my sister as she does not speak German and customer service would only speak German with her. Considering its a Europewide company you think they could have at least used an online translator to reply...

I ordered twice from the company, the flowers don't look like anything from the pictures advertised, there were more green leaves than the exact flowers. Horrible for the price you paid for. So to speak this is the second time dissatisfaction. Refund is not available, they are offering voucher with 20% off to buy again from them which is hilarious. I definitely won't be using this company again.Communication from their end was terrible. If I didn't proactively ask about the flowers I wouldn't even know the unavailability of the flowers I ordered.

I ordered flowers two days in advance for a funeral. They were promised to arrive on time by the staff after contact and planning. The flowers never arrived and neither was there any clear communication that could have helped in finding another solution. I hope they learn a thing or two after this very poor service.

I am facing one of the worst flower delivery service in my life! Firstly, they didnt deliver flower on the selected dateSecondly, they blame me that it was my fault about misdilveryThirdly, there is no reimbursement in case of that. I selected flower, payed everything, filled everything in their site. Once the order was created they sent me my tracking number. The next day I see that courier couldnt find an address(that is also doubtful how they couldnt find the place. courier could have just called the recipient). I contact to customer service, they see the same issue and offered me redilevery to another date. As a customer, I am really dissapointed in service, and moreover, they say that I am the guilty here since I didnt share some address details(although I gave them everything). And I couldnt reimburse my money because I was "guilty". No discount for inconvenience. How come that! Nice, client oriented as they say. I will never come back to this service. The flowers in the picture was amazing.But what we received...i was so disappointing.There were just few flowers and a lot of greens.I don't recommend anyone to order bouquet from this place

I ordered a bouquet for my best friend’s birthday on April 10th for delivery on April 22nd. The flowers were promptly delivered in the morning which I am happy about but they were not the flowers I paid for nor did I get any further communication that they were in transit or delivered.

UPDATE: I was contacted by the Euroflorist.de team, who apologised and offered a redelivery. The flowers have arrived safely this time and my friend loves them.*****************My flowers were not received, despite the delivery company tracking page saying they had delivered. I contacted customer support at Euroflorist by email to try and find out what had happened, but never received a reply. Won’t be using again.

I suddenly remember my friend's 70th Birthday who lives in Germany (I am from the UK). I ordered through Euroflorist, as I have done before and was very happy with the experience. I ordered late afternoon and they were safely delivered before 10am the next day. Website is easy to use, selection and price range is great and the service overall was fantastic. Friend was delighted with her bouquet, sent me photos and the flowers were beautiful. Highly recommend this company.

These guys are incredible for the second year in a row. They delivered flowers to my mother for her birthday this year. I almost missed the date and placed an order at 00:30 at night for the same-day delivery. They delivered it exceptionally well in the morning of the same day and I was impressed for another time. Thank you very much for your service and I appreciate all you do.

The order has been delivered after 17:00 "near by entrance". Unfortunately there was no any feedback, no any phone call/e-mail about delivery. I guess flowers are not newspapers and not envelopes with bills(. Could be some human understanding.Thanks.

After the recipient of my flower delivery wasn't home, they promptly arranged a new bouquet delivery. Contacting a real person through chat and email was straightforward, and they simplified the entire process. The flowers, too, were stunning. Danke schön!

Was easy to order online, flowers were delivered on date promised, and were absolutely beautiful. I am so happy to have a reliable website where I can get flowers delivered to Germany even though I live in the U.S. The prices are actually very reasonable also.

First time of using this way to send flowers. Due to a family bereavement in another country. Excellent service, easy to follow web page and emailed through the transaction. Recipient very happy with the product. Highly recommend.

Updated 20.03.2024The express delivery didn't work out as promised but the flowers (very nice flowers ) were delivered the following day. I will upgrade to 4 stars instead of the original 1 star. So safe to stay the Express delivery is not a real thing but I am grateful nevertheless. The express delivery is a scam. The live chat option connects to a BOT that gives the same responses that are not helpful. I really wanted to surprise my partner with flowers before she resumed her work and I paid for express delivery because I wanted to make sure that she got everything timely on the particular day as this had been listed to be possible. Unfortunately besides the order number no further information was given regards the status of the order and nothing was delivered. Now I wait for flowers to be delivered to my dissappoitned partner's house who has now left her address.
