Hello. I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent order I placed for a birthday bouquet for my daughter. Unfortunately, the flowers were delivered one day earlier than the requested date and to a neighbor instead of the intended recipient. This created a significant inconvenience, as my daughter was not home to receive the flowers on time.To make matters worse, the packaging lacked sufficient water to keep the flowers fresh. By the time they reached my daughter, the bouquet had wilted and was no longer presentable. This was meant to be a special gesture for her birthday, but it fell far short of expectations.I trust that you value your customers and would take measures to ensure such issues do not occur in the future. I would appreciate a response to this feedback and a resolution to this matter.Thank you for your attention.

Extremely poor service!After purchasing a bouquet it arrived nothing similar like on a picture. Much less stems, most flowers unopened, roses almost dead. Absolute ignorance from their website, very trivial answer that bouquet had been delivered, what else you want? By the way, you will receive a notification just after purchasing on your email that flowers will be delivered in buds. This is the main argument why looks like crap.Pure disappointment. Never ever deal again.

I’m in Thailand and was order flowers to my bf in Dortmund it is really nice. I read many bad reviews and also worry at first but the flowers is really come in time but it is ship by mail so maybe this is problem in case you didn’t got in times but for overall it is really good impression for me and my bf for our 1 year anniversary.
It was easy to order and seemed like it would be super smooth and fast, that's why I paid over 40€ for flowers that were worth half that price. I ordered shortly after 9 and paid 10€ extra for same day delivery to my wife's office. I know they don't guarantee a specific delivery time, but I assumed that since I ordered so early they would be delivered sometime during the day. Instead they were delivered to a security guard at almost 8pm. Well after my wife left the office. Surprise ruined, money wasted. I won't count on them again.
Very disappointing, my sister ordered flowers for me from the UK to Germany. The tracking number and link sent in the email did not work so we could not find out where they had been delivered to. By the time we got a correct link from customer service it was too late and the flowers were dead. It was very stressful for my sister as she does not speak German and customer service would only speak German with her. Considering its a Europewide company you think they could have at least used an online translator to reply...
I ordered twice from the company, the flowers don't look like anything from the pictures advertised, there were more green leaves than the exact flowers. Horrible for the price you paid for. So to speak this is the second time dissatisfaction. Refund is not available, they are offering voucher with 20% off to buy again from them which is hilarious. I ordered late afternoon and they were safely delivered before 10am the next day. Website is easy to use, selection and price range is great and the service overall was fantastic. Friend was delighted with her bouquet, sent me photos and the flowers were beautiful. Highly recommend this company.

Updated 20.03.2024The express delivery didn't work out as promised but the flowers (very nice flowers ) were delivered the following day. I will upgrade to 4 stars instead of the original 1 star. So safe to stay the Express delivery is not a real thing but I am grateful nevertheless. The express delivery is a scam. The live chat option connects to a BOT that gives the same responses that are not helpful. I really wanted to surprise my partner with flowers before she resumed her work and I paid for express delivery because I wanted to make sure that she got everything timely on the particular day as this had been listed to be possible. Unfortunately besides the order number no further information was given regards the status of the order and nothing was delivered. Now I wait for flowers to be delivered to my dissappoitned partner's house who has now left her address.
