Normal delivery time was 1 month from the manufacturer. But EU Automation provided spare parts within 14 days (2 weeks).

My company was looking to source a older, harder to find, breaker and they were able to locate a model that would work. Pricing was great, shipping was very reasonable for where it was shipping from. I was working with Benjamin for this order and he was great. He would constantly check in with me for for any updates, make sure any requests I had were taken care of and overall just a great person to chat with. I had only great experiences while working with these guys and will go here first for any future purchases.

I couldn't locate a PCB for our down machine. I called after hours and the guy who answered the phone said everyone went home for the day. He powered up a PC and located the part. It had to come from out of the country and it delivered on the day promised. It was brand new and the price was reasonable for that type of board. One happy customer.

As far as items are concerned we have no complaints but hsn code indicated is not correct for a dc power supply and this hsn no specified as SMPS POWER SUPPLY which is a restricted and banned for imports . Moreover the items weigh less than 2kg booked in cargo mode attracting unnecessary hassles in cargo clearance involving heavy demurrages due to HSN code problem. And yr people refuse to change the wrong hsn code natuarally we run into irritation. who decides to convert courier mode to cargo mode ? incurred heavy loss on account of import duty, man hours and begging at customs for HSN CODE? VERY BAD EXPERIENCE

Our experience with this company was a disaster, we placed an urgent order with them on 01.08.2024 with too many big promises by Ben Chaplin, but in the end everything was false, the material was promised to leave the next day for China, but wasnt even ready until 1 week, during this course of time they never replied and started throwing attitude on us, later we cancelled the order and was promised refund, which took 15 days to receive, that also with plenty of reminders and putting pressure on them. They have troubled us from day 1 and only made false promises all the time.

Kevin Sieburg made the experience very easy! He was quick to respond and helped us order a new VFD. The VFD arrived within a couple of business days. We decided to contact them because we had ordered a VFD from another vendor that came damage. The experience with EU Automation was day and night compared to the other vendor. Even the packaging was better! Highly recommend and we will be using them in the future.
