Is etzy.uk Legit?

Ordered 3 pairs of loose fit trousers. Checked their sizing chart, got someone to measure me and ordered a size up as recommended on their website. Certainly don't fit and are skin tight so struggled to get into them. Have only been offered 3 US dollars in compensation which is ridiculous and no use as in UK. They suggested I pass them to someone else! Measured the actual items, waist at full stretch was 102cms and not 121cms. Hips at widest point was 115cms not 120cms. No way are these true to size on their sizing chart and can in no way be classed as loose.

Etzy.uk is a scam site -BEWARE do not get sucked in by their professional face book ads.They have copied Etsy.com which is a legit site.They make every excuse to not refund after you have purchased items via their misleading advertising. The products they do send out are not as described and the wrong sizes and definitely not the products advertised.Do not buy from Etzy.uk check other reviews and the spelling of scam company’s name is ETZY.UK (Spelt With a Z) Do not confuse with ETSY.COM (with an S)

Pathetic customer service. Write 20 emails and each time got ridiculous excuses. Was sent wrong item but was told if I wished to return it I would need to pay for it to be shipped back to China !

Do not order from etzy.co as the goods take a long while to come and eventually the reason becomes clear that they come from China and so returns would cost more than the product. Also check your bank statement as additional tax is added that is not on the invoice. Don’t be misled, it is not Etsy which is a completely different, excellent company!!

It is stating that my parcel was delivered on the 9th of August but I have not received it

I ordered trousers in June money taken but no acknowledgment or tracking information.It was difficult to find site on google but when i eventually found it judging by reviews I can either expect shoddy goods or no goods at all.I will happily amend this review if proved wrong but I am not very optimistic.I would certainly never use this site again because of poor customer service

I didn’t realise this “magic kinetic windmill” was being shipped from the US or China - I wouldn’t have ordered if I had. It took 3 weeks to arrive and although it is pretty it would require gale force winds to make it actually rotate so pretty useless either as a bird scarer or even as ornament.

What a rubbish company. Purchased two pairs of trousers, were far too small. Contacted company to organise a return and refund but they have come back to me and said they don’t allow refunds or returns. No where in their return policy does it state this. It just says that the purchaser should pay the postage (which I was happy to do). Don’t waste your time buying anything from this company, you will be very disappointed. Poor.

I am disgusted that I bought 3pairs of linen trouser that are meant to be size 22-24UK but are no bigger than a size 8UK. I contacted them to ask for a full refund & they offered me £3 which I told them wasn’t acceptable but they are still saying the trousers are the right size but now offering me £5 as compensation! I have told them I am not interested in anything but a full refund. Don’t get anything from them as you don’t know what you will receive. I have now been told if I won’t accept the £5 then I will need to return them to their china depot!! There’s a surprise & I would never have bought them if I had known. Disgusted!!

Interestingly, most reviews I've seen of this company by customers in the UK are poor, whilst those in the US are very good. However, I can offer Etzy five stars. The decorative windmill arrived here after a reasonable 18 days (including 12 days wandering around the US!). Despite its protracted journey, it arrived well packaged, in perfect condition, with no parts missing or damaged, and working well (when the wind blows!).

I ordered 2 of the items, one arrived broken, the other went rusty a week after I put it in the garden.I contacted Etzy regarding the broken item but trying to get them to understand the problem, even with photos was impossible.Eventually I gave up and contacted PayPal for help.Etzy then agreed to a refund but wanted me to return the items, which were no use to anyone!.The cost of returning them was £25 which I wasn't prepared to pay.The items may look nice but are extremely poor quality and, it would take a gale to get them to spin.Had I realised they were based in China I wouldn't have ordered.TOTAL SCAMMERS, AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Definitely not a birdhouse. Will never buy from Etzy again.

I purchased 3 pairs of trousers which arrived over 3 weeks after payment. They are nothing like those shown in the advert from which I selected my purchase. I’ve been offer £4 as compensation to keep the trousers. I have shoddy goods which are of no use and they have my money! This is unacceptable

I ordered a garden bird house in Early February still have not received mid May. Paypal have now given a refund the tracking with Etzy was classed as suspicious. Why is it that the only good reviews on this company have only one review, Very disappointed wish I could of given no stars. Do not touch !!!!!!

Not a uk company ev though they use UK flag. Too 3 weeks to arrive from China. Quality poor won't work in wind as it blows down, not worth the cost. Took extra unauthorised funds from my account, when I noticed the said it was a mistake and refunded it. I have completed a review on their site but its not been published - I wonder why!!!. Save your money and don't buy from this site.

This website is abysmal! I ordered two pair of trousers and waited 9 weeks kept being told to be patient. When psrcel finally arrived they should have been large size but would only fit my daughter who is size 8. Now they want me to accept £2 when I paid £18. Avoid at all costs I wish that I had read the reviews before ordering!

Want to select no stars ! I ordered 2dresses in March and they arrived 16th may! They are nothing like the picture in the Instagram advert. They are very small and very cheap material. I had been chasing delivery for weeks and in an online chat I was told to “be patient” I have now asked how to return due to the exceptionally poor quality and was told to keep them and they will refund me £2!!! Complete scam! If you Google search ETZY, nothing comes up. My credit card company has refunded meantime but not sure I’ll be able to keep this.

These slippers are the best!! So comfortable, beautiful red and true to fit. Excellent quality, nice suede. The stitching was heavy duty and the price was VERY reasonable. They have a thick rubber grip sole which can be worn outdoors. I liked these so much, I ordered a second pair in the dark gray. I would definitely recommend these!!

I would give this company zero stars if it were possible.I ordered the ginger leopard dress, and was overcharged.No joy whatsoever in getting a refund of the difference between the correct price and the amount paid through PayPal. I wouldn't even give the dress to a charity shop, such was the quality.Avoid this company at all costs, I honestly don't know how it can continue to trade.
