Is eticketing.co Legit?

This website is a scam. Please don't use. They charged £250 for tickets which cost £40 directly. The handling fee alone was three times more than the tickets cost. I have tried to resolve this directly with them and have requested a refund but this is refused. I have seen they are selling Glastonbury 2025 tickets on the website but this is impossible as Glastonbury has strict rules about tickets touting. Please avoid!

We are very satisfied with our experience purchasing tickets from eTicketing.co. We were a little nervous at first when ordering the tickets because we did order them shortly before the Olympics events on August 10th. We received many messages from eTicketing letting us know that we would receive the tickets soon... and we did! Thanks so much eTicketing for your impeccable service! We truly enjoyed the Olympic games!Would highly recommend. We will use this service in the future.

I recently purchased tickets for the Olympics in Paris. Although the website doesn't look the best. I can't fault the service and my tickets arrived via the app a few days before. I even received numerous text messages and calls to confirm I had received from them also. Would recommend.

I booked my rugby world cup quarterfinal tickets on eTicketing.co and I received my E-Tickets in email four days before the game. I would be glad to recommend others to use their services. Jaime kept updating me via What’s App regarding the status of our tickets and also answered my question through out. He even congratulated me when my team won.

bought a mens gold game basketball ticket and everything was official and legit. ticket was delivered to me via text and email an opened right in the olympics ticket app. no issues, 10/10 recommend and would use again

We bought our tickets the morning of the Ireland vs Romania World Cup rugby match at a very reasonable price. There was great communication from staff at eTicketing.co via what’s app keeping us up to date and reassured about when we would receive our tickets, and sure enough they arrived by email within 2-3 hours. Everything went so smoothly. I would definitely buy tickets from this website again in the future!

This site was the only place able to get tickets to the event we wanted to attend. I had never used the site before and wasn't sure it would be ok but they continued to be extremely responsive as I waited assuring me the tickets would be transfered, and they were. E ticketing recently helped myself and 5 mates to get last minute RWC23 tickets. Booked 6 tickets around 11am on the morning of Wales Vs Australia, was contacted via WhatsApp very soon after the booking to speak a very helpful fella (I forget his name sorry). He told us he would have the tickets with us in the couple of hours and he did. Great service, great communication, can’t fault it.

I accidentally purchased tickets for the USA women's basketball team instead of the men's team and thought I was in an impossible situation, especially with the strict no-change and no-refund policy. However, thanks to their assistance via WhatsApp, I was incredibly impressed by their dedication. Despite the busy Olympic season, they took the time to call me multiple times and ensure I got the correct tickets. We were sceptical about whether we'd actually receive our tickets when we used eticketing website to get tickets for the Rugby World Cup Final., so were thrilled when they arrived quickly. We then just had to find somewhere in Paris to print them out....and what great tickets we had too, so close to the action. We were very happy we had used eticketing.

Bit of an anxious wait for tickets but they did eventually arrive. Bought Category B tickets for Olympic Rugby 7 a Sides but felt like Category C. No trouble entering ground or access to seats.

I booked my ticket very late and still received the ticket in less than 15 minutes. I spoke with a representative on the phone and he was VERY helpful and even offered a refund if the ticket was unavailable. I highly recommend this service and plan to use it again in the future

Ordered tickets to the Festival of Speed on Friday for the Saturday. Met up with their representative close to the show and received the tickets. Later that day received a phone call from the representative to make sure I was enjoying the show. It’s the personal attention that is missing from most companies today. I Highly recommend using this company for your ticketing needs.

Disgusting company. We paid £523 per ticket to attend the Tyson Fury vs. Usyk fight. However, the fight was postponed, and both DAZN and Saudi released statements indicating that original ticket holders would be refunded. Unfortunately, we are unable to attend the new dates due to other commitments, but we have been informed that no refund can be issued. Moreover, we have now received the tickets, each with a price tag of £21, despite our initial payment of £523 per ticket, plus an additional £165 handling fee per ticket. Stay clear of this company; their customer service is awful.

Very professional service. Bought tickets to the rugby world cup final a week before the game. Naturally was anxious about arrival in time and had to make travel requirements. I contacted the company the day after buying the tickets and within a few hour's they had come back to me reassuring tickets would arrive in time. They then had the decency to call me on the day they were arriving by email and said to call or message if they didn't arrive that day or any issues. Tickets worked fine at the stadium printed off and got to fulfil a lifetime experience. Would highly recommend.

Despite worrying, eticking.co, provided us with excellent tickets for both Rugby World Cup, semi finals. They even upgraded the first semi final tickets to a category higher than we had purchased. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Could not fault this company for their service. Our tickets were delivered in plenty of time for the match. Customer service was also fantastic, questions answered within minutes. Will definitely be using again in the future!

Great experience at the UK NFL game between the Giants and Packers. The stadium is top notch. We were seated in block 451 and the view was fantastic. The only complaint I can have about the whole experience is the cost of the add ons at the ticket purchasing side. Over a hundred pounds in fees and even a fifteen pound fee to receive an email and then add a ticket to your digital wallet. Would I go again, from the experience, YES, because of the charges, NO
