Is etana.com Legit?

Etana Custody blocked my account, leaving me unable to access my funds or communicate effectively. When I tried to contact them, they insisted that I had to use the email registered on my profile, even though it seems they deliberately blocked my email from receiving or sending messages.They have been holding my $20,000 hostage for over four months. They claim they sent the money, but my bank never received it. They refuse to provide the SWIFT details or even respond to my inquiries. Don't be fooled by the positive reviews, all the 5 starts ratings are fake#112975

They closed my account without a reason, after I made a larger transaction. I am very disappointed with etana. I have never had something like that. That is the message I got:Following the conclusion of an account review, your Etana account has been closed.We will unfortunately not be able to offer you our services in the future. Please note that in order to protect the integrity of our security processes, we cannot disclose the reason why your account was closed.

I have relied on Etana Custody’s services for over 5 years and have completed multiple transactions (mostly onboarding fiat to the Kraken exchange). They are a reliable service and I have felt well supported. On the handful of occasions that I have needed to reach out to the support team, all of my concerns and/or questions have been addressed and I’ve been extremely satisfied. Most recently, I encountered a technical issue that prevented me from accessing my account. Specifically, I tried logging in and was met with a prompt to "Please complete your profile." As a result, I couldn’t access my account, or my deposited funds. While stressful, my stress was exacerbated further by a recent post to trustpilot.com (i.e., “Avoid Etana Custody…”) that suggested a number of major concerns, including the user being locked out of their account. Despite my concerns, I’m pleased to share that once again my interactions and overall experience with the customer support team were excellent. They were quick in responding to my inquiry, and promptly addressed my issue (I was informed that a recent tech rollout had caused a few issues with some customer profiles). Without hesitation, I recommend Etana Custody. In my experience, they are an extremely competent and professional service, and a pleasure to work with.

My money disappeared from ETANA for 24 hours without reappearing on my bank account and then finally reappeared on my ETANA account without any explanation, without having made the transfer and without having paid me back the transfer fees they had deducted from me.I then sent emails to ETANA without receiving any response from them.I don't understand why KRAKEN forces its customers to go through ETANA without offering them other, more professional and honest intermediaries.I hope that ETANA will solve my problem very quickly, without me having to go through legal channels to make myself heard.

Etana custody is highly recommended , professional, quick, helpful.. i have been dealing with this company for almost 6 times now .. and im very happy so far .. they are really fast and professional.. they do ask a lot of questions about you when they put you in “Account review” but ones you provide all the required information.. they are really fast .. thank you Etana!

So far so good in setting up an account. However I suggest Etana address the review from a customer calling Etana a scam. A great way to scare off clients. Never a good idea to leave these complaints with no response.

I had a great experience with customer service when opening my account. Etana is the best alternative to traditional banks if you want your money and assets saved and available for use right away in the US. Etana has fair transaction charges, and no hidden charges because all withdrawal and deposit fees are emailed to you from the beginning. I hope to have a great experience in the future

I've always found Etana Custody to be helpful when I have questions, and very quick when transferring money to my bank account in Hong Kong; hours rather than days. I use this solely as a conduit from a Crypto Exchange to my bank account, so can't comment on their other services.

I've used Etana for the last 4 years in connection with some digital asset transactions with a well-known exchange. They have consistently responded to queries on time, always keeping us posted on holidays and delays if any. I got enhance KYCed by them a year or two ago - it was friendly and quick. Unlike banks where they take forever and you get lost in a sea of faceless custommers. I would recommend using them - if you are above board and not sketchy.

I have opened account with Etana in order to be able to withdraw funds from Kraken app. From the start it was obvious how professional Etana support team is, very fast responses and assistance and in no time all was done.Even when I made a mistake with a withdrawal they corrected it for me very efficiently. Once I withdrew money, within couple of days funds were in my bank account. Truly exemplary service and company!

I had to update my residential address and was expecting days of back and forth communications, lots of hoop-jumping, unhelpful replies and general nausea.How wrong I was. It took a very short time, just a few hours before I received confirmation that the job was done. Excellent service, very prompt and helpful. I think many of the bad reviews are from people who were simply impatient about their transfers taking days to go through. They always do, however, and Etana can't do anything about that after they've sent them off. There are also complaints about their somewhat demanding application process, but there's nothing wrong with their being careful on something like this.

As an infrequent user of the Etana Trust platform I was informed my account would be suspended due to lack of use. When I attempted a log-in to comply for continued service I realized my 2FA code had not transferred to my new phone. Etana support provided the guidance I needed and the issue was quickly resolved.

When I first on-boarded with Etana several years ago the support service was close to non-existent. This means that their response time was between 3-4 month. Currently that has improve dramatically to a few minutes if not seconds and the matter gets resolved as well. This is why I am so happy with their service and would recommend it to anybody

For non-english speaking countries etana KYC process is extremely unfriendly or maybe consider horrible. In these countries obtain English billing statement from bank is not possible, also get even get English version utility bill. Finding qualify translation agency and get notorized is harsh for most of people in remote area. I go back and forth more than a month.

Recently I was pleasantly surprised at the quick response from Etana. I've become used to somewhat delayed response from some crypto brokers, and this experience was better than I'm used to. They assisted me with a login issue I was having. So far, after using Etana for about a year, I haven't had any issues, I've rated them highly as a great company to deal because too often its only when folks are upset, they leave reviews. Anyway, here's to hoping that my experience continues to be positive.

I’ve been using Etana for nearly a month now and have experienced top notch service every time. My 4 digit withdrawal was processed within 5 hours! I highly recommend this service. Just make sure to authenticate everything properly beforehand and maybe ask support if everything is in order for you to go ahead with withdrawals/deposits the first time! I've been very pleased with Etana Custody, they offer an inexpensive and efficient way to move money from my bank to/from the Kraken exchange. I've completed multiple transactions (well over 10) and never had an issue. Whenever I've needed to reach out to customer support they've answered promptly and addressed all of my concerns. A reliable and excellent service.
