Is estripe.com Legit?

Estripe have really impressed me. The website was clear and thorough, enabling me to build a desktop computer to the specs I would need. I also called and had some really useful advice, polite and helpful. The final product is great, and terrific value for money. I certainly recommend them unreservedly.

I have never configured a custom PC before and the website was very helpful and user friendly, so the configurator being able to tell me what would and wouldn't work was super helpful. In addition the constant updates about the progress of my build and information about installation of my PC made it feel special. Almost as if I was buying a brand new car! Keep up the good work! The last time I bought a computer from Estripe was in 2020. It still works great and outlasted the 2 laptops I bought from HP since then. For my next laptop, I decided to try out Estripe high end custom laptop and after 3 months of use I can say it has been great so far. I like the fact they have a very informative laptop/computer configuring page and I can pick and choose the configuration I want without ending up with a bad configuration - which usually is the risk of customization. I haven't needed to use their warranty or support so far, but I hope it is as good as their products.

Configuration process was easy and highlighted any significant issues. Customer support were really personable and helpful with specific queries that I had before ordering. Build took a week or so, fell within expected time, item arrived in perfect condition.

Ordered a new laptop on finance with them. Reasonable price overall and monthly payments especially as the laptop will do and pay anything I want which is brilliant. Baldurs gate 3 runs so we'll on it. I got the laptop within days of ordering it coming just in time for the weekend of the week I ordered it. Amazing.

I wanted to replace my old PC (also from Estripe) as I'd had it for a while. Like last time I love how customizable everything is. This time round I picked one of their suggested builds but changed only a few components and it works like a dream.

Ordering was easy. The computer arrived very quickly and was well packaged. I had no problems setting it up and it was working perfectly within a day. I'd recommend Estripe to anyone who requires a new computer.

The computer was built and set up just as I asked and I was sent regular updates as it was being built. It came very well packed if I had any criticism it would be that tips on how to remove the packaging especially the internal 'hardened foam' would have been helpful.

Incredibly helpful in setting up my first pc from the,. I spent a long time in the forum fien tuning my custom pc with the help of expert members. The pc came on time and packaged very well. I've had it for about 2 weeks and it runs smoothly and does what I need.

Great build - I initially thought the CPU fan mount was broken but it turned out to have been partially unclipped - either be vibration or snagging on the packing material. GPU support bracket was a bonus I hadn't expected.Initial setup was fine but Win 11 update a mess as it seemed to want to 8 or 9 updates at once insisting that these had already been deferred. It stalled at 65% on latest major version. Restarting according to the minor update prompts didn't help. Chkdsk reported uncorrectable errors and DISM stalled at around 60%. Reset via recovery console (Shift-shutdown) ran but dumped me back to the login prompt without changes. I have been here before with Windows update so did a fresh install which ran and applied upgrades without problems.Sorry about the saga but I hope it helps someone downstream, Liam

We choose Estripe after looking at reviews on Trustpilot and were not disappointed. There are a lot of options when configuring your PC, however the site is very easy to navigate. Kept us informed about progress and delivery. Very happy with the purchase and process.

The PC i have ordered is OK but not great. The way the GPU has been positioned is terrible, they've put it in way that if i want to add more fans on the top side of the case i have relocate the whole GPU and if i move the GPU i have to change the position of the cables. And speaking of cables the way the cables are managed is terrible. So many zip ties its ridiculous, it needs only on 3-4 places and they've put like on 10 and in order to add an additional fan on the front panel you have to trace the cables from the main fan which is mission impossible. Overall is OK, but if i consider building a PC I'll be looking elsewhere.

The website is nice and easy to use, even more so as a first time builder where it gives recommendations/advice when components may not be compatible etc. Then build and delivery time was super quick and the pc came really well packaged and ready to set up. I've had it for around 2 weeks now and the PC is flawless no issues at all.

The estripe Website is clear and organised, to order my PC was simple. There was quick and easy payment methods, confirmation. I received emails from start to finish, so I knew what stage is my PC in. Customer service is excellent. Took about five minutes to set up the whole machine. I was pleased and satisfied with the overall experience, smooth, efficient, good product.

The PC I ordered would not boot up into Windows. Contacted Customer service who advised to check the leads from the SSD card and found that the cable linking it to the motherboard was not plugget in properly.I ordered a digital copy of Office 2021 which I presumed was installed for me but it wasn't. Again I had to contact customer service to sort it out.PC now working fine but disappointed that my issues were not sorted prior to delivery. However customer service was brilliant however.

My 4th Pc form Estripe, 3 for me and one I spec'd for a neighbour. As usual a brilliant service. I love the way it's possible to change the smallest of details for any pc and get an instant update on the price. The PC this replaces was built by me 7 years ago but now I can't the components at a price that makkes the 3 years warranty worth losing, hence another from this company. I bought a low end RTX4060Ti to keep me going but the case was chosen to take 4090 when the price comes down after the 50 series comes out next year. Easy to order and it was delivered within a week of ordering in a huge padded box. Not many PC companies have lasted as long as this one and I expect it'll continue to be the number 1 in my book.

We put together this laptop at the suggestion of my nephew, who is a gamer. The service and the price are really great. The computer is slightly slow on opening software, such as Adobe suite and the touch pad is not very reactive and the battery doesn't seem to last very long.

Arrived in good time and the commucation was excellent. Have bought many times from Estripe and appreciate the relative local availabiity of support. That support has always been excellent. The bought laptop is all I would expect and is now in full use. Thanks again!

This is my first time ordering from Estripe and it's been great. I've had a really old laptop for 10 years where the hardware was limited so was in need of a big upgrade. I was able to fully customize that my PC*. I did months of research to get the best what I could get for my budget. My build came to $1399. Delivery. I've had the PC for about 2 weeks now, it took about 7 working days for build and delivery. Happy with the time it took, the quality of the pc is a lot better than I thought. It was well packaged, however the packing foam that was put in to fill between parts of the inside of the PC was quite tricky to get out, I was worried to break something as it was so lodged in, just be careful when taking that out. Also if you get a wireless network card, you attach the antennas. I did have an issue with some updating feature restart problem with windows 11, and I contacted Estripe, and got back very quick responses with a solution. I was able to follow these and sort the issue out in Command Prompts. The PC works brilliantly and so much faster than anything I've had before. I use it for 3D software such as blender and I've also now been able to play games like Star Wars: Fallen Order and others on Xbox Game Pass. *The monitor, Keyboard, speakers and mouse in the images are not from Estripe.
