Is essenza-nobile.de Legit?

I placed an order for 157€ as a New Year’s gift and waited several days for the order to be processed. When I requested an invoice, they also failed to provide it. Then, I asked them for a link on their website with detailed information about order processing and delivery terms. Instead of answering, they canceled my order without any explanation. They didn’t send me an invoice or a credit note for the cancellation either. No documentation was provided at all, and they left me waiting for days only to cancel without a reason. Highly unprofessional and unreliable. Now, on top of everything, I’ll have to wait up to ten days to get my money back. I did not give my consent for the cancellation of the order, and their actions are unlawful, violating consumer protection rights. This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating and unprofessional, especially since this was meant to be a New Year’s giftI only mentioned that I would contact the tax authorities and consumer protection agency if they failed to provide me with the invoice, as not providing an invoice is a violation of the law. Additionally, not providing customers with information about order processing and shipping on the website itself is also a legal violation. This is not a threat; it is simply a statement of fact. All I asked was for them to comply with the law and adhere to the terms of purchase and sale of goods. Very reliable service, reasonably fast shipping. I have already ordered twice. The site has a good selection of niche perfumes which this way you can sample before buying as they're otherwise difficult to get ahold of and shelling out a significant amount of money on a blind buy is very inadvisable. All samples are 3 ml and they also have an excellent offer: samples of your choice for the total of 20 EUR if you buy a full perfume bottle. I would recommend it.

My last and final response to this lunacy (since you keep adding comments here) -I live in Cyprus not Barbados, and yes I expect to be treated with the same respect when I order 20 euro sample or 400 euro perfume. I suggest you turn all this energy into service of your customers instead of picking fights and lying about someone who gives you criticism. I found the store from the stores section on the official page behind Puredistance. Niche perfumes are very expensive and unfortunately there are many imitation products in perfumes. I made 2 orders within 1 week, confident that it was reliable. I asked questions many times via whatsapp and e-mail during my order, the customer service department works flawlessly, they helped politely. There are very high quality products in the store, I recommend it to everyone

My second purchase was delivered today. Excellent service. I will definitely buy again. Fast international delivery. Great sample service, great prices and free newly released samples? What could you ask for more? My number 1 go to from now on. Highly recommended!

Excellent service, I used to just buy perfumes until one time I loved perfume in store but in real life it did not last at all despite costing over 100€. Since then I was concerned with buying full bottle especially with niche fragrances that can cost at least twice as much. But due to services like this one I can order samples of perfumes and try to wear them couple times before spending money on full bottle. Ordered list of samples for €150 and they arrived in 2 weeks time, samples fully filled, well labeled and sprayers working well, no complaints at all, will definitely be purchasing again. Would love to see more brands like M. Micallef but even without it - they have a great selection of perfumes.

Five start review for this online shop. Two times ordered from them, both times the dispatch was super fast. The second time there was a missing item, which was refunded with no fuss in the matter of minutes after my email, requesting it. The items that I receive are packed with care. The communication with customer service is problem-free.

I ordered a Frederic Malle perfume. In fact, I tried to order it previously from Frederic Malle directly, where I ended up receiving an empty box (not sure where the error happened, but the box was clearly not even sealed) and had no reply from Frederic Malle customer service for a week. Upon looking for an alternative place where to order it again, I came across Essenza Nobile. The order warned, with additional samples it may take up to 3-7 days to process. Well, actually it got processed on the next days and received on the following day. So just wanted to say Wow and Thank you, you have won a new customer, because will surely be ordering again.

Delivery didn't happen. Placed order at 11.02, with ETA of +- 10 days which was fine by me. Then it was failure to deliver once, with the email from company that product is not yet in stock and still expected.Another contact from me been attempted beginning of March and I've been reassured I'll get it in time to my date.One day before the date - no movement, i've asked to cancel and without any excuses order been cancelled immediately.Got my money frozen for 1 month, no delivery, no happy wife.Product still in the state of"This item is currently not in stock but can be preordered.Shipped within 11 - 12 business days."So basically these statuses are far from truth and couldn't be relied on.

Very good experience! Have been using them for a while now for niche fragrance needs, decants and full bottles. very good selection of houses and releases. On my last order of decants they emailed me a few days after ordering that one product was out of stock. I took the chance that the delivery was not shipped yet and added a few samples on my order asking for a Pay Pal link so I can pay the difference. This webshop has the Best costumer service i have ever experienced in a web shop. The packaging is perfect and the delivery time Quick. Everything is beautifully packed, and the response of the costumer service is just impressive. I would give them 10 stars if i could.

It was my first time purchasing from this website and the service was great! Item was despatched the day after ordering, could track the progress of the package until it arrived. Delivered to me within 6 working days after placing the order (including the day I placed the order). Packaged well and I’m very happy with my purchase. They also give some free samples, which is awesome. They have live chat which makes things easy if you need to get in contact and they reply back quickly.

Amazon used to be famous for quality of the customer service. And yet they can't compare to the quality of service I have received at Essenza Nobile. There was a problem with my order - and even worse, it was very time sensitive due to the gift nature of the order - and Sjörn from customer service went ABOVE AND BEYOND to solve it, giving me several solutions. And the best part? It was an instant service. No waiting, no "we'll get back to you in 2-3 working days". Just instant HUMAN contact. I repeat - A HUMAN contact with a person who thinks and replies, not someone copy-pasting responses and formulas. Truly an outstanding experience and despite the issue I've had with the order I will be shopping with them in the future.

I tried this shop for the first time, cannot be happier with the service.Loved the opportunity to order almost every fragrance in the sample (3ml) size, also they added two unexpected gift samples (6 and 2ml) which were an addition to 3 free samples when you purchase a full-size fragrance.Downside: it took couple of business days to ship out the package, but overall delivery was very fast - less than 7 business days.Also, be sure to check prices before purchasing because Serge Lutens fragrance was much pricier than I could get at my local store (other prices were fine).

Despite the fact that my parcel was late (dued to DHL software issues) the lady from the client attention was very very helpful and beared with me and all my frustration (I'm sorry Jessica) .The website has amazing brands, very pretty design and very functional.The products I have bought were legitimate products and they have this system that you can order a sample and a perfume and don't pay the sample. Also they have a large selection of samples (3ml) to choose from, so you can teste your favorite perfumes without compromising to a full bottle right away. And I was surprised that when I added to my cart a bottle of a perfume I had purchase the sample before, they have automatically made a discount of the sample price! Also when you add to the cart a bottle they offer you 20€ in samples (how cool is this?) I'll be buying over and over again! 💖

Awesome service!!! Extra samples of perfumes and face care items. Nice packaging. Also I opted for gift wrapping that was free and nicely done. For any full item, even if is a beauty product they give you a 20€ voucher to choose perfume samples they decant for you. Their niche range is wide and you have plenty of choices. Definetely I will purchase again!

I have make an order at Essenza Nobile shop last month. So far their products are Genuine and legit. This shop is online shop but their offline shop is Kurfursten Perfumerie which is located in Mannheim Germany. Kurfursten Perfumerie is one of authorized reseller of Parfum de Marly in Germany. So back to my order story, make sure that you don't choose to buy the product which is Out of stock (with labelled "8-10days for shipping") Because they will not restock all products which out of stock. Make sure you only order product which is Available then they can deliver you fast. But if you still place an order of out of stock product, you will never know when they will restock and send to you. Also DHL Germany doesn't accept Perfume shipping international. I had this trouble last time so make sure you have a family who lives within Germany. So far their service is very good and friendly. Only about the stock of products make sure you place an order with "Available" mark.
