Is esky.es Legit?

Good day. I have bought ticket from Alicante to Barcelona on 31/07/2024 and I have not received my booking confirmation on my email. I checked spam, nothing is there. I used the "resend confirmation email" function on the website, but it sends me the information on a different flight from Paris that I also bought. Support form on the website is of no help since it asks for the reservation number, which I have not yet received on my email. Please help how can I retrieve my confirmation/booking number?

Process was smooth although I did have trouble findong out how to arrange special assistance for my wife. Couldn't do it while booking so ended up having to email support requesting it.

I recently booked a flight that turned out to be a complete disaster due to misleading pricing and excessive fees. I was under the impression that the final price I consented to included all fees, but I was wrong. After finalizing my booking, I was hit with several international transaction fees that significantly increased the cost of my trip.To make matters worse, this was not the cheapest option available, and my flight ended up being a grueling 30-hour journey with two layovers. Despite paying a premium, I was shocked to find out that I had been overcharged by $200. As if that wasn't enough, over the next few days, I continued to see new international transaction fees appearing on my statement.This experience has been incredibly frustrating and has left me feeling deceived and overcharged. I strongly urge others to be wary of this company and their hidden fees. Transparency in pricing is crucial, and unfortunately, this company falls short in that regard. Avoid at all costs!

this rating is for the simplicity of the service and the speed of the service itself. As for the completeness of the service, i.e. ticket checking, we will see. of course, if I am satisfied, I will be very happy to recommend you and regularly travel on this route myself. greeting

Would like to have more clear contact phones for urgent matters. All other easy and good. At the moment waiting for callas made typing mistake in reservation and system does not allow e.g-change of flight / on the sameday.

This is my booking reference 3270365399.I fly this evening and I have not received any confirmation nor boarding passes yet.Please, proceed asap to fix this.

The very worst! They will not refund a 1 hour error in which they switched our departure to another airport miles away. We called report the era within the hour they refused to fix it so we tried to cancel then they informed us there would be a charge of 33 for each passenger and sent us a one hour link to pay. We thought we were dealing with Delta direct!! No only go to www. Delta.com to book direct and avoid these issues

Peor experiencia que he tenido al reservar los vuelos .No me lo confirmaron hasta 5 horas antes de la salida. Al tener reservado alojamiento y otros transportes era esperar y ver qué pasaría o comprar otros bill.Al final perdí los 400 euros de la reserva con Esky . No hay forma de contactar con ellos . Sólo contestan cuando das una opinión.Primera y última vez que lo utilizo. No os confundáis con Skyscanner.Worst experience booking flights.The payment was done instantly when I book the tickets but no confirmation for the flights until 5 hours before the flight.I had to book other flights to avoid losing accommodation, holidays and other train tickets. Of course before I bought other tickets ( not with esky) I tried to contact them several times . It’s impossible!!! So I lost 400 euros .I recommend you not to use it according with my personal experience.

I Pay for insurance! But when you try to change your flight there’s no way in the world you can contact them! I pay extra for the insurance I don’t see the point it’s a scam , never purchasing with this company and I’ll no recommend to anyone. Do yourself a favor and don’t by with them

Esky is very usefull but we do not like Wizz bevause of Wizz organization.

Booked flights and due to work commitments I've tried to reschedule and now the email I've been sent is wanting an extra payment which is less than my original booking. I would have thought that rebooking on cheaper flights I wouldn't need to pay for flights again even with it being 3 months to the original booking and 6 months to the rescheduled flights. (Update)I contacted the airline who have said if I had booked through them I would have been able to reschedule for free whereas Esky are wanting an extra £118.99 to reschedule (original booking was £172.68). If anyone sees this avoid this agency at all costs.

Like the previous rating, I booked with this company thinking I was direct with RyanAir. Very high add on fees and I accidently found out that the flight has been cancelled. Not a word from them or RyanAir! Really a poor service and never again!

This is the 3rd time that I buy my ticket's using your service and I plan to keep doing that. You guys are good at what you do. Stay safe!
