well. its like this. a person/company. can be sued AND thrown in court/jail/PRISON.for accepting payment in any way/shape/form. to let a company/individual advertise false existing items on their websites. does anybody know what this means. mitigating and extenuating circumstances can not be used by those high dollar corporate lawyers. to protect web site owners. there are no shades of grey.it's all black and white. web site owners are responsible for their content.THEY LET SCAMMERS ON THEIR SITES. Seeing a Singer HD sewing machine that goes for nearly $300.00 "on sale" for $39.00 was the first red flag. Looking closely at the advertisement, the "size" was shown as an air purifier! When something sounds too good to be true, it always is! Don't fall for the tricks!

Purchased mans 'chunky' biscuit coloured cardigan costing over £50. Awful product, dreadful quality, thin not chunky, wrong size, different colour (orange and white). Tried to return without success (no response to emails). It's my belief the items advertised are copued from another site and them imitated (poorly). I have spent over £100 pound on a poor quality hair piece including return postage of £11 with this company.. Who now say my return package which was registered has been lost in the post . I ordered two dresses, one was a white crochet Dress, instead I got a Hugh bright yellow linen dress that looks like a tent, it’s long enough for someone eight foot tall, I can’t return it, no address in English, it took me 3 months to get it delivered ,the other dress they are making excuses so I applied through PayPal to get my money back! They are scammers stay away from them! They ignore your emails as well!

Ordered April 30... received today July 6. Not unusual in this virus time. Was so looking forward to receiving. However the top is nothing like the website photo, not even remotely, I ordered M (went by the size chart) but this is definitely XL or larger. Return policy is a scam. Tried to return item in line with their return policy but they lied to me and stated they don't have a USA-based return location (which they list on their website), wouldn't supply a full return address or label, and instead urged me to accept a 20% refund rather than ship it back to China at my own expense. 12 emails and two weeks later, I had to file a claim through PayPal and got my money back that way.

The invoice shows I paid less than what my bank account was charged; I never received an email confirmation for my order. I should have known better. Now I cannot reach customer service at all.... the invoice is completely incomprehensible because it's in Chinese. The charges also show up as "the Seller" or BEI JING JU DE L (not Eric Dress). I would give it a negative rating if I could.

I ordered 1 shirt and 1 dress on April 2nd 2022 believing they would be delivered by Easter April 17th because they advertised 14 day delivery. Well, its May 2nd 2022 and the shirt is still being processed. 30 goddamn days later. I will contacting my Attorney General and several other authorities to see if I could get my $67.58 refunded. They are misrepresenting what they state on their site. This the WORST site I have ever solicted in my adult life. It is a good thing they are not in America!

This company is a joke. The shoes ordered arrived after one month. They are nothing like the pictures and are cheaply produced. I have tried to action a return but to no avail. I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. The positive reviews on this site are so obviously posted by the company themselves - cowboys or the Chinese equivalent.

I'm still waiting on my package and I spend $131 and now they're trying to offer me $15 refund. I will never buy anything from China again because of my experience with this one company. Paid $31 for expedited shipping. Needed shoes for special occassion. After a week my order was still waiting to be shippped. My event came and went - no shoes. I decided to cancel order. Each time ericdress would offer discounts from 10% to $20 begging that I keep waiting in response to my multiple requests. “Eric dress is a scam”

They never send your items, and their customer service is terrible. I ordered a tux with expedited shipping, expecting it within 3-5 business days. It has been 3 weeks. I payed 38 dollars for the faster shipping. The tux was for my son, and we haven't received it. Eric Dress hides behind the covid shipping delay, so you wait too long to get a refund when your items never arrive. They are a Chinese business, so this could be chalked up to the average 25 day wait times, but they haven't been any help as they just keep asking me to give them my order info, and then saying I'm giving them the wrong info. I ordered a few items for a major event in plenty of time but only 1 item came before the event. The quality was very poor and old looking on the wig I received. The dress when it finally came a month later it looked like it was made of Styrofoam. I ordered shoe tassals but only one came. I still haven't received the last item I ordered at the same time. “Short Afro”

Blatant false advertising. I ordered the short razor cut afro wig; very chic on the website and received an old-fashioned jeri-curl which is long. It has a curl pattern making hair stand apart. There is nothing afro about the texture. Supposed to be human hair but I doubt it. The only truth about this wig is the full lace cap. Ericdress has no business ethics. The picture on the website is nothing like what I received I have been deceived. Paid a lot of money for this wig. “Total rip-off”

I ordered a few items from them, which was charged to my cc. Never got the items, called to find out what was the deal and ended up talking to someone who could not understand English, I explained to them I paid and gave them conformation numbers( to no avail). After Multiple attempts to correct the situation by calling back same thing or no answer at all, don't waste your time or money on these $#*!s, they have zero customer support and I've still yet to be reimbursed!

“One of my worst shopping experience”

I made a purchase of almost $250 just two weeks before my birthday which was on May 11,2020. It's now June 23,2020. I've only received one of the 7 dresses I ordered. Don't get me wrong the dresses are cute. But they are not worth waiting a month and a half for. That is ridiculous. What irritates me the most is the fact the rarely update the tracking information so you can know where your order is. They will not contact you, nor bother to excuse the fact your order may be coming in late. The Customer service is terrible, I would not recommend this website to any of my close friends or relatives. This is just sad because they have good potential with the products they sale, but the customer service stinks. Which is a big thing on rather or not I will support a business.

Ericdress would like you to THINK that they are legit because they allow the use of paypal; however, they are in the business of waiting until the last minute to provide details of shipping, etc. if you open a dispute. Why do they wait so long? So that shipping info can be provided for something altogether different from what was ordered. You can order a clothing set for $40 and they will send you a $2 USB cord. Once the additional info is provided, they will offer a $5 refund. Really? These people won't quit. I have been in a dispute with them for 2, almost 3, months now and am still waiting for paypal to issue a refund. The jogging suit was ordered. After making a claim, the cord was sent.
