Is ereplacementparts.com Legit?

I believe this company is a scammer. They take money before sending or delivery. Likely, using this method to add interest to their account. I ordered some parts for a fishing reel on 12/3/24 using a CC which was billed immediately. I sent an email on 12/24/24 to inquire about it and never got a response. Called to speak to someone but kept getting put on hold and then just decided to cancel the order. Never using or recommending this place to everyone I meet.

Ereplacementparts had the exact part we need to keep us in the game! Website was easy enough to navigate and prices were reasonable! Shipping was quick.

I ordered 5 replacement parts for my Bostitch brad nailer. After a month of not getting the parts, I canceled my order. It shouldn't take a month. I will be watching my CC statement for a refund.

Easy to use website. All I had to do was type in the model number and all available parts were clearly listed. The replacement gasket for our blender fit perfectly. The margarita's will be flowing this Newyear's Eve.

The site is easy to navigate and the pictures and diagrams are valuable in selecting the correct part. Prices are good and delivery is fast.The only issue I had was an incorrect part was delivered. The part number on the packaging was correct but the wrong part was included in the package.The issues was resolved quickly and easily. I will be using Ereplacementparts again in the future.

I picked the part based on the pictures you have online. The model number on my Hammer/drill was wore off. Most people working beat the heck out of their tools so often times the model number will not be readable. I match my armature to your picture and the part I got fit and work like a champ.

terrible communication..sent a email staing parts were no longer available then 7 months later I receive a part after I disposed of the unit...WTH... I do not recommend this company... Took my money though...

When I got home the package from Ereplacement was on the porch. When I picked it up I could tell it had no weight, the package was empty. Sent photos to Fedex and Ereplacementparts. Ereplacementparts quickly made adjustments and I received my parts order. The company workers were nice and knowledgeable about how to handle the problem.

I bought an almost new food processor at Goodwill recently for only $12.45. I didn't realize until I got home that it was missing a blade. I went to the Cuisinart website and realized that the model was discontinued. I was going to return the processor to Goodwill but did some research and found the Ereplacement site. What a gift! I ordered the replacement blade, that no one else carried, and now I have a brand new food processor. Fits and works perfect! Thanks so much!

As I have not yet received my items yet to date (likely due to the Canadian Postal strike, I am not pleased that I paid $50 US (approx.) for express USPS shipping and still have not received my item(s).

The circuit board in the push button controls was causing all the unattended turning of the fan on and off. The Manufacturer had no suggestion other that get a new overhead vent hood ($4000=/-?).For $50.00 you had the part and it took me 5 minutes to replace. I ordered a 2nd one for any future issues due to out of warranty from the Manufacturer.Thank you.

You sent a part that had no resemblance to what I ordered. You refunded my payment - Great. Then you talked me into re-ordering, saying the shipping folks understood what they did wrong and would send the right part. You charged my credit card again for it. I'VE NEVER RECEIVED IT!. I regret re-ordering and am tired of the hassles for a small inexpensive part.

Panic set in when my dryer bit the bullet two weeks before tenants were to arrive in the rental unit it was housed in. Finding a local appliance repair person proved to be close to impossible.
