I have ordered from Epic Militaria several times in the past. Their products are always top-notch and arrive quickly. During my most recent order, I received an incorrect uniform part. I reached out to customer service, and heard back from a sales assistant named Ceri. I explained the issue. In a very short amount of time Ceri took multiple steps to get me the correct uniform and worked out the return shipping for the incorrect piece. Through it all I was kept informed and up-to-date every step of the way. I cannot say thank you enough to Ceri for the hard work and attention to detail. I will be buying from Epic Militaria again in the future!Gabriel

Button came off when trying on this German Navy coat. They need to have some quality control prior to shipping.

Made a couple of orders with these guys this year. Both arrived quickly and well packaged (although one of the packages did suffer a bit at the hands of the courier, the contents was fine).Surplus gear just seems to be getting more expensive, so I can't comment on prices, but the stuff I brought seemed reasonable.Would happily use them again.

I've bought several items .....OK a few more than several over the years. Great personal service from Holly and the rest of the team. They have helped me out a number of times and always made me feel like I am their best customer. Can't wait for my next purchase.

It's quite responsive and do deliver. Quality not bad. The C/P ratio is acceptable. If can ship with complete trackable post service will be great. (current only tells you shipment, customs and arrival, no more detail.) It takes a months to arrive which I supposed.

My experience was not that great. I ordered a hat. Something went wrong with the exchange rate, They didn't want to claim responsibility nor did They want to refund my money.I was out twenty eight dollars. This happened in 2018. The box below would not give me an option to put in the proper year.

There is a few companies that I trust for excellent reproduction of militaria clothing etc., and Epic Militaria is one of them. If time travelwas possibleand you wanted to go back as a British infantry soldier then just purchase the 40 Pattern Battle Dress Uniform and your halfway there.

Purchased the German military watch (WWII type Oberkommando der Wehrmacht) with black strap. Brilliant watch, been used daily and is reliable & sturdy. Arrived within two days! Keeps good time which is essential at work and it suffered a couple knocks..not a scratch! I advise being careful with it because it’s a beautiful watch and (again) pretty spot on to an original (including the tooled back and correct German stamp) but it can take normal wear & tear. Great for reenactors, excellent for dress down and/or daily use. Thanks again! Really appreciate it!

Got some problems with the ordered product.They are all solved bij the customer department in a satisfying way.In the end it all comes down on how a company respects his customers.And this one does.

I've made a small handful of purchases from this shop in the past 2 years and with all of them, I am very satisfied with the service provided. I've only really been in the market for surplus/repro clothing and some smaller reproduction items. The listing and postage prices, dispatch times, condition of items, and descriptions of stocked items all make my experience of this store great.

This shop, though I do not live in the UK, is the No. 1 adress for me to browse for militaria items. The product quality, choice and sheer scale make it fun to order again and again. Because what you see is what you get!Regarding service, the answer speed is astonishingly fast and competent as well as friendly. Props to your staff!I've always experienced speedy and complete deliveries. From ordering via air mail until delivery it takes seven days at most, five was the fastest. Another point from the 3-point line!Looking forward to receiving my next order.

Epic Militaria Is a great place to purchase stuff from. I ordered M43 Uniform and the prices are reasonable they’re not too expensive like other sites although sometimes you may turn your nose up if things get a little to pricey. Apart from that Epic Militaria have a great website with many items available. I also ordered a M42 Stahlhelm and came undamaged and neatly packed. I heard that people say the helmet chinstraps are bad and break easily from Epic Militaria, but I think that the Chinstraps are good and sturdy although they are a little thin. Apart from that Epic Militaria is the place to buy! Never had a bad item whatsoever. 👍🏻
