Is eot.edu.au Legit?

The course I am currently taking is absolutely fine for me, I have a degree already so I understand the language being used. However some might not understand the scientific language and the course states that you only need a basic GCSE to get onto the course. There's also a huge design fault that I wonder if anyone else is having trouble with, the writing on the slides is a very light grey but the background is white. I literally cannot seee what anything says.

Rude staff when you ring, submitted a whole lot of recorded answer and it took them 3 days to message that they couldn’t hear it for technical reasons, so rang again for clarification and again rude, I’d rather have my money back, very sneaky how they take it before completion. Will never refer this company. Would be helpful if when you record your answer you could listen then send , but No they leave it for days and then type to re do complete rubbish.

The course was progressive, simple to login and remain logged in to work at your own pace without being locked out. Resources were good, but some slides didn't match the download and needed updating

The White Card (WA) course was easy to navigate.Most questions were common sense so you didn't really have to use the slides but was comforting to know the relevant information was at your fingertips.

The course was super easy to use. I found it easy to navigate my way through the interface. The questions were good and actually made me look through and read everything over to find my answer. Doing so helped me learn a lot of relevant information.

Doing the RSA course. Money got taken out of account straight away. Tried submitting the videos for an RSA twice but none of them would load completely, and no review options to see if they did get recorded. Tried ringing to talk to someone and all my calls got cut off as soon as they were auto answered. Very poor and very unimpressed. Considering reporting it as a scam and having to go to another company.

I really enjoyed the course despite the fact that some of the questions, while seemingly difficult, basically came down to common sense and knowing the law. I'm really glad I took this course...

My training experience was easy and informative. The notes and questions were straightforward and simple to understand. My only complaint is the requirement that the answers have to be exactly as stated in the notes. However, I would recommend this program to anyone who wants a simple way to get a white card.

although i gave some wrong answers i had extra input to correct it. The staff i rang when i was blocked for to many wrong answers was helpful and gave me good advice re reading the guidelines for the questions

The set up of the online course was great and all sections were well thought out and instructions clear and precise. Not much could be done to make it better, was one of the better online courses I’ve completed

I had trouble with the slides for some reason there was missing information causing me to answer some questions wrong on my assessment . When I rebooted the PC the slide then had the full content! All in All a very good course I would highly recommend even if its just for your own personal information.

The information was easy to understand. Helpful to have the questions linked to specific slides and to be able to click back into the relevant slide to find information. The videos helped to make it more practical and memorable.

its straight forward and to the point, easy to use site, no stupid drag the answer over to here bullshiz that doesnt cross-platform well, it was good,well made

The information was clear. A couple of questions were hard to get by and were a matter of thinking outside the box. Overall a good experience. A couple of spelling mistakes in the test and content

It is so easy to access and fast to complete. I can always stop and resume the courses, so it is very convenient. I can re-read if I missed something. It will be the best option for someone who wants to get RSA online.

I enjoyed the experience of quick access to the incomplete document, even after several weeks. I had no trouble with getting lost online, which I often find because of my limited IT knowledge. Answers were quickly assessed and feedback almost immediate. Thankyou!

Very easy to complete online. If your english reading comprehension skills are not strong, it may take longer to complete.

My first time using this service, need a RSA for helping at my golf club, will recommend to other members to do the same
