It was honest and quick

Ordered some Norbar torque wrenches on the 28th June 2024. Order No. 117253.Chased for delivery on 3 July 2024 only to be told there was a lack of stock. I cancelled and requested a refund. Enrgtech confirmed the order was cancelled on 3 July 2024 and said to allow 21 days for the refund to be credited i.e. by 24 July 2024.After chasing again on 2 August 2024, I was told it would be another 3-5 working days i.e. 9 August 2024.After chasing again on 9 August 2024, I was told it was escalated to the head of finance and further information would promptly be provided.Now another week later, 15 August 2024, still no refund or information.UPDATE: Hours after leaving my negative review on Trustpilot on the 15 August, Alex, from EnrgTech customer services called to apologise and say the refund would be sent ASAP. It finally reached my credit card account on the 20 August.After having to borrow £2,000 from my wife to manage the cashflow problem caused by EnrgTech's slow refund, I can't say I would use them again or recommend them to others.

The staff Enrgtech are cool and well qualified to serve the clients need. Response is so prompt which is all clients looking at this moment in any country.

Dealing with your company has been absolutely awful from start until now. I can't put finish because I am still waiting for refunds. The stock levels on your website are totally misleading, and Enrgtech are fully aware of this and do nothing about it. Your communication is poor, you tell untruths in emails and on the phone, you take money knowing that you are advertising stock as available when it is not, and then you do not refund the money when orders are cancelled.Looking at the reviews for 2024 I can see that you are doing this to many customers. I would suggest that anyone reading this thinks twice before placing an order with this company.

This has to be the worst company I have come across in years. Place an order then nothing, no updates nothing. Phone and get through to what seems to be an overseas call centre who give vague details about the order. Then get told they will have to check with colleagues on status of order and call back yet can clearly see my order. An obvious take money then order stock process.

Order out of stock as soon as payment made ,was told they would get item .After 3 weeks contacted them to be told item no longer made .Refund was authorised 11th April ,still waiting .....Husband on phone 15 minutes trying to get hold of someone in charge . Order number 116597

This company is fraudulent in how it operates in the UK. It shows products as being in stock, and happily takes your money, and then time passes with no product arriving. When chased they lie about issues with the warehouse etc., and then when a refund is requested they take a very very long time to process it. I would warn against using this company if you are in the UK. Maybe they are better in other countries, who knows?
