Is enqez.com Legit?

The garment I purchased was totally unsuitable, in many ways, a great disappointment, having watched your advertI would like you to send me a Returns Label, so that I can get a refund on this purchase

It took a long time for delivery and a lot of communicating back and forth, however, the clothing finally arrived, and they always reply to my emails quickly. I would like better tracking though. The pant suit was beautiful. Thank you

Having never used Enqez before, I was sceptical about how long the delivery would take and the quality of the product. I was pleasantly surprised. The delivery was quicker than I expected, and I did receive delivery updates quite regularly and when my V neck jumper arrived and was very happy. The quality and thickness of the knit were very good, it didn't look or feel cheap and nasty at all, plus the sizing is realistic too.I would order from them again

Was cautious as had mixed reviews so only ordered two items. Pleasantly surprised from the getgo as tracking was good and items arrived in good time and are value for money. Would definitely order again.

As usual, the dress I bought fit me beautifully, and the material is so luxurious - yet the outfit so inexpensive. The dress is a creamy grey color - a lively grey that is perfect for spring. At 61 years old, I am always happy with this company's clothing that fits my body but keeps me chic and stylish.

I purchased two sweaters. Both were good quality and well made. One I absolutely loved, but the other just didn't fit me well. Nothing wrong with it, but I didn't like the fit. Rather than have me spend money to send it back, the seller worked with me to make sure I was satisfied. IMO, she went above and beyond to ensure I had a positive experience. I highly recommend this seller and would purchase from her again.

When the 2 outfits arrived they did not look like the they did in the picture. They were very poor quality and didn't hang right, certainly not wearable. The material had a strange feel to it too, like it had a slimy coating on it. All in all definitely would not but from them again. Looked and felt like cheap Chinese quality, certainly not USA quality they portray.

I was very happy with my purchase of 4 sweaters from Enqez - All fit perfectly - I normally buy sweaters one size up but ordering small did the trick. What I was really counting on were the long sleeves covering part of the hand. Just love that look and they also delivered very well as to whether or not the clothing looked on a regular person.

Three weeks into the order got a tracking number. Two weeks after that the tracking number indicates they are still waiting on the package to arrive!?!?!?!@$&?!

Absolutely crap. DO NOT BUY anything from this company. Very misleading pictures of their products, nothing at all like the pictures they show. Cheap and thin material. Please do not make the same mistake I did . Avoid at all costs. They come from china

I recently bought two sweaters and one sweater was a much darker blue than in the catalogue photo, which was advertised as sky blue. The sweater itself is nice and thick and warm so I’ll probably keep it. The other sweater I would like to return and I tried to contact them with no response so far. There is no packing slip inside to make returns nor in the confirmation email is there an email for returns. They don’t make it easy for you to figure out the return policy and so far I have not heard back from them. I received my order in a timely manner and I’m sure there are many great items but my only complaint is that the return policy seems non-existent.I finally heard back from Enqez and they allow for size exchanges and no returns if you just want a refund/return. They offered a $10.00 compensation, no full return/refund.

Was slightly skeptical about this website because it has a slightly off kilter vibe around it, and I saw a couple not so good reviews. But the stuff I ordered came in about two weeks and are of high quality and they person they were for ( a gift) loves them.. I inquired once about the shipping date and received a response. I will shop here again!

My cardigan arrived in a timely fashion. Beautiful quality and well made. The fit is true to size. I’m really looking forward to taking it with me on my upcoming trip to Europe. It’s very smart and will really lift my outfits!

Love my sweaters. But if you want an oversized look size up. Be patient, shipping takes a little while. Love how each was individually in a zipped bag. Will definitely order from them again.

So far my experience has been awful. Ordered 3 weeks ago and nothing yet. I contact them over and over for approximate delivery timings and I get same response 'we will contact you when shipped'. Why havent they been shipped yet?? Are they knitting as they type🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️. These items aren't cheap and they are making money from MY money while I stay in the dark as to whether this is a scam or not. I will never order from them again whether I receive this item or not. Disgraceful customer service. Not acceptable in this day and age

One of my items was not available and they never notified me. So, after weeks I asked about my order and they only ship full orders. I cancelled that item and finally received the rest of the order. They need better communication.

So far, no complaints. Appears to be fairly well made. I may alter a bit by adding a button or two or some sort of closure. Shipping was rather slow although it did finally arrive in good shape. I am satisfied.
