Is enjoyfball.com Legit?

I placed an order for two Arsenal football shirts (1 red, 1 black) and was sceptical. The package arrived containing the red shirt and a black Brazil shirt (instead of the black Arsenal shirt). I contacted the support team and asked where I could return the shirt and for them to send the correct one. They apologised and told me they couldn't accept returns but would provide a "coupon" so I can order a replacement shirt. I accepted their offer but no coupon has been provided and I have chased every day for the last five days but they have not responded.

Ordered 3 kits and before they’ve even arrived this company stole my card details and attempted to defraud me. Thankfully my credit card company cancelled the transaction and my card and identified this payment as how my card details were cloned. Don’t use!!!

Order placed on July 15, received on August 3. T-shirt Spain is OK, but the T-shirt Barcelona is long-sleeved instead of short-sleeved. I have sent messages via WhatsApp and email to resolve the issue, but the seller replies that he cannot find the order. I send him photos of the email order with the number, then he says a number is missing. Conclusion: if your order is not in stock, they send something else without asking if it’s okay for you. Never again Joyfball or EnJoyball or anything that ends with Joyball!

So far I've made 2 orders in this "shop". The first time I bought one Barcelona kit, it arrived and everything was fine. Quality was satisfying and it didn't really look fake. A few weeks ago I made my second purchase ( 3 kits ). And that's the moment where it gets stinky. I wanted to ask them a question so I contacted them via email. I asked them about my kit personalization and in their reply they asked me if I wanted to add the kit that I bought previously to this order??? I tried asking them the same question again but no response. My kits arrived but as always they came later than expected, but that's not the biggest problem. I don't know if my credit card details were leaked or sold, but I can say that I lost my money due to the fact that I bought there. Don't use this website unless you have a credit card that you never use.

So first of all I got the shirts I ordered and they were broadly fine (hem fell apart on one but I fixed it). I mean obviously it's a shop selling fake shirts so what was I expecting Well as other people have mentioned clearly details were then sold on to someone else as had a load of transactions on my card a month or so later (a card I only used for this purchase and nothing else for last year). Then got a call claiming to be from my bank from a guy with a Scottish accent who was pretty convincing but went with gut and hung up and called chase and they confirmed it wasn't them. Literally no Comms throughout the order process either, no confirmation email etc. use at your own risk, I'm sure some people are happy with their stuff and they haven't been scammed yet but if you do use it make sure it's an empty bank account that you use.

I've ordered 3 shirts from this website in 2 separate orders. Both orders arrived within 2-3 weeks.One shirt wasn't incredible quality, but it was a fan-designed Arsenal shirt that doesn't officially exist so I'm not surprised about that one - it was still very legit looking though. Another was a retro Arsenal shirt that felt good quality, but unfortunately the size I ordered (L) for these two shirts was way too small and so I couldn't really get a proper feel for either of them as they were unwearable.The third shirt that I ordered was the Nike England Away shirt for 2024, that I ordered in XXL having looked properly at the size guide this time. I am absolutely blown away by the quality - it is exactly the same as the legit shirt at a quarter of the price (£19 incl. shipping, compared to £85 from Sports Direct).For the price of the shirts, it is well worth giving this website a try. The cons in my experience are the time it takes for your order to arrive and the very small sizing (compared to UK standards). If you're willing to be patient for your order and use the size guide on the website, you could end up with a cracking shirt for an absolute bargain.

Made 2 orders so far with this site first order was little bit worried about putting details in so only orders 3 shirts took about 2 weeks to come decent quality too very happy so I then placed a bigger order with 5 shirts and 4 shorts again took about 2 weeks to turn up with royal mailWill be ordering more when the new 24/25 season kits come out

Supposedly my jersey was delivered but I never got it. I can't recommend this site.

Ordered two customized jerseys. Had to be a patient but they eventually arrived after 25 days. Very good quality and totally happy with the purchase.

Ordered 4 strips. One was completely wrong team. No response to numerous emails or WhatsApp. After I said I'd write poor review, same day, my bank cancelled an attempted payment made from China and have to reissue me a new card. This is from a card I've very rarely used.

Item hasn’t arrived yet. Ordered on 5th June. No delivery time/estimate given when requested when ordering. Eventually was told 7-15 days. Currently 30th June and still no sign. Was given a tracking number on 8th June for Royal Mail 48h tracked….Royal Mail still have no idea this parcel exists. Received a message on 28th saying it’s on a plane to my country (UK) and need to wait 5-8 days. Will update when and if it turns up but I recommend purchasing on a credit card for a bit of security as I’ve managed to secure a refund through Mastercard.

Doesn't even deserve 1 star! Ordered on 26th may ,used the contact what's app method and I have been told to pe patient..5 jerseys and kits I bought and they are now ignoring me .I will be filing an indemnity claim against them for my money back they truly are taking the pi$$.

Very good quality, took me 3 weeks to get it shipped to Sweden and as good quality as a real one, I would absolutely recommend getting a shirt from her it’s 4-5 times cheaper than getting one from puma. 5/5

i bought a real madrid jersey from here and the quality is amazing. the jersey came in less than 2 weeks. the wait was totally worth it and i am shocked how low the price was for an amazing kit. would totally recommend.also, this website says malware detected on my browser and i found out that there are multiple websites which look the exact same such as- joyfball.com- joywplace.com- fballshirt.com fballshirt does not show any malware detections

Order took a little longer than expected to arrive (about 4 weeks) but arrived today and pleasantly surprised. The shirts look great (England for me and my 5 year old) ans the new spurs home. To get all for £54 is great, and I think the quality is good, I ordered the 'player' versions (slightly tighter fitting) what I wanted. Which over her would be £300 So well happy Thank you very much Will be ordering again in future

I bought 6 jerseys and received none. Upon request, i got the information that the status would be „unpaid“. However, I have presented the debit. After that I never received any more answers.

Ordered the new Germany Euro kit (cost aorund 20 Euros incl. shipping costs). At first my card declined multiple times, then they charged me twice. I was worried that I got scammed but once I had requested a refund the customer service was very friendly and immediately refunded me. Jersey arrived after around three weeks (They even sent me a link to track the shipping). The quality is GREAT, best fake jersey I have ever had. I will definitely order again!

I took a risk and ordered 2 football jerseys (Italy & Germany). I was hesitant in the beginning but the service turned out very good. The package was shipped within the first 3 days and the customer service was great to keep me updated at each step of the process. Delivery time was under 20 days. The quality of the jerseys is really good for the price and does look very accurate and similar to the original. The printing however was very low quality and could easily come off after a few washes. Overall, really pleasant experience for the price but printing can be a lot better.

Absolutely fantastic. The delivery took 3 weeks, but it was worth the wait. My family ordered a Lisandro Martinez home shirt 23\24, a Goretzka away shirt 23\24, a Ronaldo 07/08 home shirt and a Beckham home shirt from 98/99. The quality was incredible and I even like the texture more than the authentic man u kit. For such a low price the products are an absolute bargain, I will certainly be ordering again.
