Is engravedinnature.com Legit?

I ordered an iPhone case Dec 10 2024 , I’ve checked with USPS and they’ve made a ticket for tracking and still have not taken to the post office for shipping . This place is a scam don’t order run away and save your money I’ve emailed and they’ve made a said there on it , but tracking number says they engraved has it still . If I could I’d give them a 0 rating

Ordered a phone case as a gift. Was supposed to be here October 21. I reached out to company October 25. Was told the same as all the other reviews that they were short staffed and was told it would mail out Wednesday October 30. It did not. I emailed company again yesterday afternoon and received no response. At this point I’m not even sure I can gift it as a birthday gift because that date has come and gone. Company should really update timeframes because if they were honest I never would have purchased. Disappointing because they look beautiful, not sure I’ll ever know.

Here is an update on my previous review, I gave a negative feedback for the seller due delay in the order status and not getting an update. The seller contacted me with a good news. Finally, my order was shipped and on the way to its destination. In his email he was explaining the reason behind the delay and offered a free case as a compinsation. The Point of contact was Michael. I'm satisfied with the update and can't wait to receive the case, the image they shared of the product (iphone 15 case) looks Amazing!Michael, Appreciate the honesty and following up on the order.

I ordered a phone case in May for my husband birthday. They never shipped it. I contacted customer service over and over again and each time they said it would be shipped out soon. They never sent anything. I have attempted to contact them and I always get the same answer. Finally they said it would be sent out for sure on July 31 and sorry for inconvenience and still nothing. This company has very bad customer service. I do not recommend them at all. All they did was take my money !

UPDATE: We finally received our case which was nice. After this review though, (below) we were contacted by Michael letting us know our order would be out that day. I really think this review kick started this company into getting our order out the door. We were also asked to revise this review as they do not scam people but are short handed. My advice is to contact your customers regularly with an update. This was the first and only contact we received in a 3 month period. If you are having issues with production, please keep people in the loop. Original Review: If I could give this company less than one star I would. Do not order from this company. It is a scam. We did order a phone case months ago. They took our money and nobody ever reached out to us for any delay. There is no way to get in touch with these people. This is a scam. Do not use them.

I had placed an order here for a phone case for my girlfriend a couple of months back. After about a week, someone by the name of Michael emailed me to let me know that they were experiencing some delays due to someone on the team leaving. I thanked them for updating me and continued waiting. Throughout this period of waiting, they had continued to update and reach out to me often to let me know what was currently going on and why my order was still taking some time. They were very transparent with me and filled me on many details, and even offered me a free phone case for my troubles. I will admit I was a little worried as I have had trouble with other businesses trying to rip me off online. However, THAT WAS NOT THE CASE HERE! Today I had finally received the case and it was fantastic. It is incredibly high quality, looks absolutely fantastic, and even has a spot for an extra sim card and removal tool in the case! I am incredibly happy with the product and would recommend it to anyone. I will definitely be ordering from them again when it's time for another new case!

I ordered an item on the 9th of December and was assured with an email saying it would arrive before Christmas. It is now the 3rd of January and I have received no news and they will not reply to a single thing I send to them. Feels like I've been scammed but still awaiting any good news. I also spent over £100 and feel extremely saddened as the product looked incredible.

Ordered 11/22. Received a notice the product was delayed. I emailed the seller noting I needed the item as a gift for a 12/12 event. I was assured by a representative that it would arrive on time. They shipped it 12/16. Now the seller is not responding to multiple requests for return/refund.

They did a great job with the customization for me, they helped me when I needed to know how long it would take to arrive.

I’ve bought multiple phone cases, craftsmanship has been great and communication always honest.

Amazing quality watch. This is the perfect gift!
