I was a little worried about my order because it contained glass jars of preserves and I had had a bad experience with an order from another source in the past. So, I was delighted to open the package and to see everything packed with great care, especially the three glass jars! The teas received were satisfactory, but the delivery was very slow, and I would not order again. There are so many places on the internet to order tea, such as Teadog, where the delivery is very fast, as fast as Amazon. Reason I chose this business: Was looking for British and Irish teas on internet.

“Fast service”

Fast shipping, nothing expired, good experience. We shop here every year for our favorite items that we cannot find locally. As Ex Pats we enjoy having English goodies that remind us of home and make Christmas special. One of the Fruit Pastille tubes arrived open with the sweets in the bottom of the box, I called and spoke with a nice lady, she sent a replacement. Thank you. Order arrived without breakage. Last company I ordered from had to refund. Theirs arrived broken even tho huge red fragile sign on both sides of package. Price of mincemeat is getting way to high and it's my favorite purchase every Christmas. Reason I chose this business: Hoped for safe arrival

I was delighted to receive exactly what I had ordered. The treats were exactly as advertised. The qualtiy is super. I was surprised to see that the packing box did not have 'fragile' or 'food' on it. My order was shipped promptly and quickly.

Couldn't use the "search" feature. Everything else was great, especially the recommendations of similar items. Part 2 after delivery. Not your company's fault but the package was wandering around my location for almost a week. So from order to delivery took two weeks. Of course it was not Emergency tea. The Pumpkin tea, I bought it for myself, was excellent!

I ordered bottles of Henderson's Relish from Amazon. It did not turn out well. The first order they destroyed in shipping and then the replacement order was lost. The English Tea Store got it right. Next year I'll order all my Anglocentric Christmas gifts from here.

Upon opening the box the tea bags were in disarray; assuming the cause was due to traveling by mail. Upon organizing the tea bags by category, the box was not full like the above picture. Wish there were more of the jasmine and lavender tea bags in the nice box. Reason I chose this business: Choose English Tea Store as the description of the item I was looking for was the closest to what I wanted

Box was open when it arrived via Fedex. Ordered 30 boxes of jellies, and 3 were missing. Due to Fedex box damage. Customer service had me send photo, and immediately sent me 3 more boxes out at no charge. Excellent Reason I chose this business: One of the few places that carries the mini bon momama jellies and at a great price. Service

“Marmalade fit for a queen!”

The site was easy to use. The marmalade was well packaged and arrived in just a few days. I was very happy to be able to locate this product. Where I live in Wisconsin I have been unable to locate a local source for authentic marmalade. Thank! “Great store to find unique products for your holidays”

I was looking for loose leaf tea and this website popped up. After picking some Peach tea to try I found an English Christmas pudding. My husband had been watching a show on the traditional Christmas foods and we wanted to find one to try ourselves. Excited to try this.

“Great Experience!”

The English Tea Store has a wonderful selection of British goods and foods. Everything I've ordered has always arrived in great condition. If there is one small complaint, it was that a cold pack was included in my last order, but was completely thawed by the time the package reached me. The amount of time between my order and delivery was 5 days. All of my order was shelf stable so I'm not sure why the cold pack was included. It seems a bit of a wasteful expense and added costs to my order unnecessarily, but, as I said, a very small complaint. Reason I chose this business: I'm looking for a more realistic British foods experience and hoping that this will be a long-term relationship for me.

The jars are super small. I should have known when it said 1 ounce, but for some reason I was thinking it would be taller. I was going to use them in gifts for my neighbors but am too embarrassed by the size to give them out.

I had to make a substitution for one of the 3 items I ordered, because the item was out of stock. I really wanted the out of stock item. Otherwise, the order was great. The order arrived in a cool pack which was good. Reason I chose this business: I have ordered from English Tea Store in the past and had a good experience.
