Seeking a change of tenancy it has taken over 8 weeks and nothing. Complaints remain unanswered customer services state they cannot communicate with the COT team and therefore there is nothing they can do!If my companies treated customers like this we would be out of business and they need to be!

would leave minus 10 if I could. Absolutely rubbish company, we have neem trying to get a meter for a rental unit reconnected since January. Our tenant absconded without our knowledge so they disconnected the meter and now tell me I have to pay £225 to get it reconnected 5 months later! Also telling me I have a debt but they seem to have lost the payment we made to them in April. Avoid like the plague. I will never use them again!

The person we spoke with was not only helpful but friendly. As foreigners whose language skills are lacking, she was wonderful and took care of all of our needs in a very kind and understanding manner. The only two issues we have is poor updates on the web. The physical address for the office in our city, was vacant. When I tried to click on the options to open different pages, I got an error message. In the US, we have an option at the first of every call to have the call in Spanish. It would be nice to have an english option especially with all of the English speakers in France. In the meantime, we continue to learn French.

Charged me twice for electricity and gas for a period of 2 years. Billed me for an energy meter that isn't mine. Claim I never paid my bills, even though I sent them proof.Customer support's answer? Ooops, nothing we can do. Useless, useless, useless. I'm taking these people to court using BAJ.Never, ever, ever in your wildest dreams sign a contract with Engie. These are the most despicable, dishonest people I've ever had to deal with.

Shocking customer service. They admit to an error in the billing but then they don't correct the error and stop responding do you. I have paid 1200 euros more because of their errors.

They took a payment for £7300 without a question , then not willing to comply with the law to send me invoice for it! Absolutely crap company to deal with AVOID at all cost!

It’s the same platform structure securely strapped to the wall that’s been up for the last 2 visits and for previous services!
