Is enduraxphoto.com Legit?

I am sorry to write a negative review. However I am very annoyed with company. I purchased there Endurax photography backpack extra large after they offered me an extra 10% of from there web site, I paid through PayPal. 3days later they sent me a refund and said that they were sold out. I was charged dollars and when I received the refund I lost £15.00 as the pound dropped in value. To add insult to injury I checked there web site and the bag is still available to purchase. I ordered the lightweight camera tripod. It is awesome ! Perfect size, good quality materials, and super lightweight too !!! I needed thistripod for my Grand Canyon trip next May 2022. I'm totally satisfied with my purchase. I even setup my Canon camera with 200mm lense on the tripod. Excellent stability! I would "highly" recommend this Endurax tripod to any serious photographer!!!

Ordered a product off Revixcare. Did not receive product. Revixcare canceld my order and told me to contact Enduraxphoto for a refund. I did just that. Never responded to my email. Had to call my bank and report fradulant activity. Do not trust this company with your money!!

Terrible customer service. Received a damaged product with scratches. Sent a photo of the damages to customer support to get an exchange or refund. Customer service responded with a list of questions including the request of a video of the damaged product. After providing everything they have asked for, they still have yet to accommodate me, with one excuse after another. I will never use this company again.

Purchased this backpack to carry both my DSLR Camera and my DJI Mavic Air 2. Recently returned from a road trip and the backpack was perfect! The laptop pocket works well for other misc essentials and the zippered pocket is ideal for holding extra memory cards and batteries.

I like the product, it would have been nice to have some type of brochure showing how the product can be used in regard to equipment placement rather than having to find something online. Not everyone knows how to use this type of product, especially when one is use to using the conventional photography bags since the turn of the century.

Fantastic camera bag! I have been searching to find an oversized bag with ample storage to take on location, and this bag is perfect. Lots of pockets for all your gear, removable fanny pack, 2 separate tripod holders, and it can store multiple cameras. The construction is very durable/sturdy for protection of your valuable cameras and lenses.

I love these camera Tripods, and backpacks! I really like this company, Endurax has beautiful affordable products and in my opinion is way better and care more for each customer then the major retailers out right now. The waterproof features, built in shoulder bag and flexible dividers in their extra large backpacks prove that Endurax is the best out here now!!!

I like that it holds my monopod on the side of it and I can take all my gear with me inside it on my motorcycle as well as in my truck. The semi hard shell inspires confidence that nothing is going to get damaged by an accidental blow to it and it's fairly roomy for an amateur photographer (me) that doesn't have a whole lot of equipment. When walking around with it I usually just throw it over one shoulder and the grab handle comes in handy for carrying also.

The delivery was quick, and the backbag is amazing. I can fit all my gear to it including 2 cameras and extra batteries, Drone and it's accessories, a gimbal and other staff that I need foor film making. The backbag feels durable, and with the water resistant hood that is included in the packaging really protect my stuff from water.Highly recommend.

Great backpack- big enough for my large computer needed for editing videos, and sturdy hard casing on the outside for protection, with extra padding inside. And a phenomenal price to boot. Great job!

Ordered $121.96 worth of REVIX products; returned them (I had to pay shipping!) on January 28, 2022.Package arrived (I tracked it on the USPS site). Never heard from them. Tried calling 859 252-0434HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO GET TO ANYONE BECAUSE IT'S A RECORDING WITH CODES FOR IN-HOUSE USERS Will now call my bank and report them as FRAUD.

Bag seems adequate, zipper pulls seem sub standard.Company communication is below sub-par. Once I test it in the field, you will find reviews, positive or negative where I post my photos and comments.

Arrived well packaged. Was impressed by the quality build and materials used in it's construction. Got three cameras in with the lenes and a few other items. Very easy to carry and is comfortable to carry. Good product so far.

The photographers backpack is awesome....the shipping on the other hand...... I ordered on the 17th of April, waited for 2 weeks for the email saying my order had shipped. After 2 weeks I emailed asking for an update and within 24 hrs my order shipped and after 2 more days I got my order. Little odd.

“Much easier to manage gear and organize for run & gun”

Very glad I picked this up as it's a lot easier to manage than the two gorilla bags I also have. This slings over the shoulder comfortably and allows my camera w long lens, cage and wooden handle to slide in nicely on top with minimal effort. The pockets are great and offer plenty of little versatile storage. The larger area at the bottom is where I store my G4 audio case and the straps secure it as it's just a little to big to zip up, but it's fine. The overall build quality is about an 8 or 9 if the zippers hold up.

This bag is so sturdy. It stands by its own. It is shock proof. Lightweight. It has a space for 13" Mac. For some lenses and camera. I don't have so many lenses yet, thinking how to use those empty spaces... It is a quite big bag, good for photographers. It has a shockproof coating in both the sides. Front is very hard which will keep your laptop safe from bending. And yes, it has place for a tripod which I didn't use yet. Inside as others told you can adjust the spaces. Inside dividers are removable. But at the same time securely attachable to the sides and bottom. Probably this will be a perfect gift for your photographer friends.
