Exceptional trip planner. Took all the worry out of planning, suggested activities that we would not have done; connected us with fantastic local guides. Stayed in constant communication throughout the entire trip via text. I will use them on my next trip.

I arrange a teip for 10 family members and all but one of us are vegetarians. We were promised that the lodhes would make us the vegetarian meals that we are use to having and the lodges did not make those. The lodges were required to provide 3 meals per day for the 7 days and we we very disappointed that we did get those. Also we were promised that we would see plenty of lions and laperds in the safaris we took. We had 2 sadaris per day for 6 days and we didn't see any. Since they failed these 2 major areas, i requested a partial refund and they refused. Don't use this travel angency.

Kaitie was knowledgeable about all the areas of interest to support us through our decision making. She listened to our interest and then made suggestions based on our trip goals. When I wasn’t sure our budget would fit, we made adjustments to allow us to plan the trip of a lifetime.

Bronwen has been amazing in putting together a trip with just a little over two months until the start of our trip. More importantly, she is based in Lima and is so knowledgeable about the countries we are visiting. The phone call to personalize our trip was the best.

This is a top rate company. They put together the perfect trip for us to Argentina and Brazil, and didn’t miss a single detail. We had taken a trip through National Geographic previously to Peru and Enchanting Travel was even more communicative than that co, which is also great. She listened to what we wanted, was courteous, patient with us as we made decisions, provided detailed answers to our questions, and went beyond in helping us to plan what should be an amazing trip. We feel the price is fair considering the personal service and care we are receiving and an itinerary that will be a custom experience for us. The service was perfect. At first, Alyssa helped us to arrange the itinerary and activities we would do in Alaska. Then Miriam, as our tour coordinator, is always ready when we need help there. Everything is settled until the end of our trip. Definitely will look forward on other trip with Enchanting :)

We were so happy with our experience in Italy. Taking my teenagers to a foreign country can be scary but Enchanting Travels had our back. They planned every excursion for us and had every ride set up for us. The app made it very clear when and where to meet our driver. The wine tastings they set up were magnificent and we met some really great people that I will never forget. This entire trip was something we will remember forever!!! the ease and pleasure of travel is not diluted by having to worry about connections, the hassle of bus stations and ports. everything is organized and runs like clockwork. this was our second trip with Enchanting and it will not be the last.

It was a huge trip and it went smoothly! We saw Venice, Athens, Santorini, Split, Dubrovnik and Amsterdam. Our transfers and hotels were exactly what we needed. We didn’t have to worry about a thing, so we did nothing but enjoy ourselves

We just spent two wonderful weeks in Peru (Lima, Trujillo, Paracas, Cusco, and Machu Picchu). We were a party of nine including two small children and a one year old baby. Concerns over exposing the baby to the high altitudes of the Andes led to some of our party staying on the coast in Lima, Trujillo, and Paracas while others spent a few days in Cusco and Machu Picchu and then re-joined us in Lima. Enchanting Travels did an excellent job in planning this bifurcated itinerary. The in-country transportation (air travel, trains, and overland tours by car) were all seamless and the guides and drivers were friendly, knowledgeable, flexible and accommodating to all of our needs. The tours that were suggested to us were very enjoyable and informative and completely in keeping with what our goals were in visiting this beautiful country. Our 24/7 in-country support person, Claudia, was always available to us for last minute questions or requested changes; and she kept in touch with us frequently to make sure everything was going according to plan and our desires. The hotel selections were excellent; and leaving adequate time for us to just relax kept us from feeling "pushed" during our two week stay. Special requests, even those made at the last minute, were always accommodated. We will definitely use Enchanting Travels again for future trips.

We are repeat travelers with Enchanting Travels and booked a travel experience to South America tailored for our desires and capabilities. Jonah listened when we picked and chose the alternatives from his selection of activities and cities. We have recommended Enchanting Travels to friends as an ideal way do things the way you want.
