Is empiretoday.com Legit?

Empire kept me informed about when they would be arriving. They arrived promptly and got to work immediately. They were very polite and professional. They finished installing my hardwood floors in one day. Keep in mind they had to remove the old flooring! I would recommend Empire to anyone!

Ernesto and his team were great! Disappointed that Empire didn’t have enough wood to finish upstairs at the same time, but the installers were prompt and did a quality job with what they were provided. Ernesto moved all furniture and covered everything with minimal dust. I would love to request this exact team for my next flooring job with Empire!

John Skidmore and Jennfier Klask were both respectable, polite, knowledgeable and projected their true combined experience(s) when demonstrating the company's product samples. This was all done in our home which provided us a chance to envision how they would look real-time. Really excellent advice. John was on point with the demo and Jennifer lent her experience in software as she helped with John's tablet. They both complemented each other and in answering our specific questions.

Our flooring consultant Mr. Lewis Anderson was awesome!! He was very professional and knowledgeable. He listened to our needs and provided great options for our project. We look forward to working with him on our next project.

Well, for starters our very nice salesman took incorrect measurements, then sent us a new contract that was 25% more expensive while the installers were in route to our house; then the installers arrive and our stair runner does not have bound edges, which is what we were sold. We declined the install after the installer confirmed binding was going to look much better. After we finally hit a call back, the rep said they no longer offer bound edges and could cancel and refund our order. A week later, still waiting on that refund, or a returned phone call from the rep. 0/0 would not recommend.

Those guys were super professional and completed 3 rooms in one day. The craftsmanship was also top notch, and I can't believe the experience was as great as it was.

Marcus JohnsonAs a flooring consultant, Marcus was conscious of our needs as retirees and what we could afford, He worked with us in giving us the best deal for our money due to we were paying cash. It was over our initial budget but he worked with us to make it affordable. He answered our questions when we asked as being knowledgeable of his profession.

I called and spoke with the manager about my Experience in my home.Being asked to speak with your manager should not be for the customer to feel like they should have to do. I get it a sale sale but sometime people need to discuss with their partner. I hope some higher ups change this process asap

Just a very informative and inspiring meeting with Jeremy last 17th, October.He was not only professional, honest & amiable but will go out of his way to explain the details of the project from materials to the work process from inception to he finished product.You can't go wrong with a a guy like Jeremy if you have a major flooring project be it carpet, hardwood or alternatives, tiles or stones, etc.Those were explained to me by Jeremy and the pros & cons hence the varying prices & installation methods concomitant with the kind of materials Good job Jeremy!

Cary was very nice and explained the product. But, I felt pressured to make an immediate decision to get the best price. If Empire thinks they have the best price there should be no issue with allowing the customer to meet with another company because they will come back for your price. Also - if you CAN do the job for $5000 why would you charge me $5800? Why would waiting for my response for 2 days cost me $800?

The whole experience from beginning to end was good. Every detail was handled in a very professional, timely manner. So refreshing to deal with a company that is so positive and professional.

My sale person was Donna Brown and she was awesome is every way, knowledgeable, helpful and really done an outstanding job.

The salesperson was very knowledgeable and understanding to my needs. Made me feel my floor concerns matters which helped with make the selection process easy.

They put the furniture back wronglyWithout considering the outlet of electricity places.Which was very difficult to reach or impossible.I had to bring extra pearls to arrange everything after they left.

Sale guy Steve was amazing. Walked us through the entire process. He answered all of our questions. After we explained what we wanted, he knew just the product and even the best colors to go with everything in the house.

From the initial consultation to the end results! Amazing! This is my 2nd time using the company for another part of my home and again I’m still not disappointed!
