I encountered an issue with one of my orders that got lost. I contacted them, and they handled everything for me. They initiated an investigation with the carrier, confirmed the parcel was lost, and instantly refunded my payment (made via Bitcoin). I was able to place a new order, which arrived safely and undamaged. Overall, it was a great experience. Thank you.
