Is empirecovers.com Legit?

Can't say enough about Empire. I noticed a tear in my Hatley cover and called to get a replacement. Turns out it had a 12 year warranty. The sent me a new one (got it in two days!) I called abt something else and mentioned that the new one didn't have tie down straps like the original.New replacement on the way! What great service. Each person I spoke to was nicer than the last. I couldn't be happier or more impressed!

No instructions included with the car cover. There was a piece of paper with a QR code linking to instructional videos. If they can include paper with a QR code, they can include paper with instructions. Video instructions were wrong. Online instruction video said to find label indicating front. No such label. Said to locate attached straps/buckles. None on cover. Have to install buckles yourself. But no instructions! There’s video on installing buckles but no closeup so you can’t see how it’s done. Even after figuring it out for myself, the cover is loosely fitting. I won’t be a returning customer.

I purchased a Stromblock cover for my 1970 Cadillac Coupe DeVille. Unfortunately, after the first substantial rain I found that the cover had soaked through and was sticking to the painted surfaces of my vehicle. Being thoroughly disappointed, I immediately contacted the Customer Service group of your company via Email to request a return and full refund and received a prompt response from Customer Service Representative Melissa who provided me with clear and concise instructions with next steps to be followed in the process. Melissa was extremely helpful and patient since in order to send pictures of the sales tag and the leaking cover, my phone service could not support delivery of them through email. Melissa reached out to her supervisor and promptly advised me that they would be able to accept a text message from me with the pictures so that we could continue to move forward to process my request without delay. Through Melissa's diligence and professionalism, I was able to successfully meet the requirements necessary for review and approval of my return request. I greatly appreciate all of Melissa's help, guidance and support throughout this process and and grateful for her in going above and beyond to provide elite customer service to me which I am most grateful for. I ordered a table cover and today I tried to cover my table only to find it was 2" too short. In order to speak to someone I have to PAY by credit card??????? It should have been 36 inches but it was 2" to short.

Just wish they were the first company I purchased a cover from instead of carcovers.com. This company is honest, great quality cover (actually waterproof) and they do not have a limit on the number of warranty claims like carcovers.com. Obviously, these guys know that their covers will last more than a year. I had an issue with the cover they suggested as it was too small. They immediately sent out the correct one.

So far so good. The ordering process was easy and standard delivery was fairly fast. The material feels better than our last cover but we haven't yet put it on for the season, soon though. I'm hoping it holds up better than our old one but because of the size of our camper and the sizes available we had to get one that will have a few inches of extra fabric, like our old one which worries me. Despite how much we tried to tie down the wind always got the best of it and caused lots of flapping and areas of damage. I'd like to say we have continued to learn each season on what we can do to help prevent that so this year will be a test to see.

Very fast delivery. Item was as described. Fits fairly well. Already covered 25’ RV and appears to fit and work well. Did not include any instructions for installation. Instructions would have been helpful. Had to find information online.

I had a tough time telling exactly what some of the color choices on the website were. As a result, I called to confirm my selection - the helpful rep gave me a quick rundown of the actual color choices and I'm so glad she did. Very little instructions. The instructions included with the cover had no dimensions or measurements for installation. When we called for support, the person could not give us information either. Basically had to take a chance and drill holes in the boat where we thought they should be. Luckily, we were correct.

Inexpensive cover that feels pretty well made. Wish it was made in the US, but the elastic is strong, would have to be a serious wind that would knock my scooter over to blow the cover off

Received the cover for the Honda Van the day after getting the one for the truck. It also fits very nicely. I have antique tractors and will be ordering covers for them, by the closest measurements I can get for a vehicle.That is unless you have covers for tractors.

I have 4 motorcycles and 4 cars. I use covers a lot for all my vehicles. Recently one of my motorcycles needed a new cover. I looked at all the offerings. Empire was what I chose. When it arrived, I was disappointed in the quality. I paid much more for this inferior cover than any of the other covers I have, and it is not as good quality as most of my others. If it was half the price, I would not be unhappy. I feel that I was charged for a premium cover and received a cheap piece of junk. I will not be purchasing any other of their products for my vehicles. When I inquired about sending it back for a refund, they told me to destroy it and send them a picture and they would give me a refund after they received the picture. Really! This is such junk that they do not even want it back. If you are looking for a cover for your motorcycles or cars I would suggest that you LOOK ELSEWERE. You can do better!

The cover was delivered in a very timely fashion. However, the cover is too long for my Weber grill and drags on the deck. I am considering adding velcro to the bottom to shorten it.

We bought patio furniture covers to protect from the sun, dust, and rain here in the southwest. Empire covers are very high quality. We had rain a couple days ago and there are still some beaded water bubbles sitting on top of the covers. When I measured I didn't allow for the angles on a square fire-pit with 4 chairs around it and had to exchange it. Their customer service was exemplary. Just wish we'd ordered them a few years ago. I'm 54 years old. The cover was actually very easy to put on. Did my homework to make sure the one I was ordering was going to be the right size. Well, it didn't fit. Needed to be 2 to 3 feet longer. I called Empire Covers and they are sending me another one with no questions asked. Didn't charge me for it. “Great Covers at a Bargain Price!”

If you don't want to splurge on custom-made covers, Empire Covers are a great alternative. So far, they have kept our patio furniture completely dry when it rains. Just because of the design of our furniture, which is more round-shaped with a swivel base instead of legs, it is a bit tricky to figure out the best way to put the covers on, and the tie-downs don't work for us because--no legs. However, that is something we can work figure out. We are really pleased with our purchase and have recommended Empire Covers to our neighbors. We would not hesitate to use them again in the future. “Great boat cover”

We received our boat cover for my sons bass boat. It is a great cover and the quality seems to be very good. As soon as we got it put on it started raining and we could see the water bead up and running off. Fits well front to back. Not much extra over the windshield, side to side. Easy enough to put on myself. Straps down in five places that look like they'll hold. I didn't trailer it far, but it should stay on ok for trailering.

So my buddy orders this on my 2017 ski doo 1200 and I say no way! Well yes way fits great and looks like a glow in dark yellow is stitched in like eyes! For 4 times less than a ski doo one, I bought 2. They rip any ways so y not save and buy two! For the price of one'! Great deal you guys rock!

A new cover arrived within days, even though I apparently ordered the wrong size to begin with and was beyond the return deadline. I volunteered to return the old cover and pay the cost difference. Recently, the new management of Empire Covers reached out to me to find a way to improve my past experience with their customer service department. I told their representative that they could instantly improve my experience by refunding the cost of shipping an ill-fitting boat cover to me. The have agreed to do this. I have no qualms at all about the product, as it was what I wanted in the first place. It just didn't fit the boat, The real issue for my poor rating was the return policy and poor customer service experience during my attempt to return the item. It appears that the folks at Empire are attempting to rectify that situation, and to that end, I wish them the best of luck. The fact that the new management team has reached out to make things right is a step toward reclaiming a more customer-focused reputation.

“Wicker Chairs”

The covers for the chairs are very large and there is no tag as to describe the head, i.e. Which end goes over the top of the chair.; After fiddling with it for about 5 minutes I finally figured it out.

“A little disappointed.”

This is the second winter season I (with the help of my son) have put the cover on the class A, 36 foot, 1998. The cover is about 2 - 3 feet shy of being able to cover the entire height and wrap beneath. The first year 1 strap broke and one strap attach pulled out. The fabric seems to be great and is holding up nicely. The placement of the zippers could be better. My rv door is located behind the passenger captain chair. If there was 1 more zipper it would be helpful for ease of access while covered. The cover is very heavy, but that is probably why the fabric seems to be holding up to the elements. The weight of the cover is why I need help putting it on. (I am a 69 year old woman).

“Great cover”

Overall great cover, has a warranty for it however have not needed to use it. A couple clips broke after about a year and a half keeping the cover tight. I just Bought a second cover for the same boat just to have a backup in case any damage or the crazy weather decides to take my cover. Cover does stain a little bit but that's mainly due to parking the boat under a tree filled with birds. I would buy again obviously.

“Antenna--Skip R”

Cover looks nice, but can't fully cover my Ford F-350. No instructions on how to use with exterior antenna. Where to cut the hole, if one does cut a hole would that void the warranty. I did get 2 small square pieces with holes in them: GREAT! How to measure for cutting the 1/2" hole, you have a 3'high antenna. How do you account for centering the hole anywhere near with the cover draped up over the antenna. STUPID

... I was looking for a parachute like material rather than the heavier material your product is made of. My interpretation of your product description must have been in error. I am however, using what you sent me as I'm actually prototyping a unique waverunner cover design that I conceived. Once I'm done with the prototype I can change to my material of choice. This is going to be great!

Got a 300 danier cover for my bass boat that had a 3 year warranty. Got only 14 months before the cover got some tears in it. The sun in South Florida is very brutal so not shocked at this. The company was very responsive to my issue and will be taking care of the situation. Sending back cover for replacement.
